I applied for Pan card via panind.com on 9th June 2019. I sent a courier with all the required documents the next day and they received it on 12th June. I received no follow up after that and called the executive only to hear things like "Be patient" and "We will fast track". My order ID is AB-[protected]N.
I am a graduate who got placed in a company and they rescheduled my joining so that I get my pan number. I informed the company I would join this week after I got a mail from panind.com that the coupon number would be generated on 20th June 2019. I have attached mail as proof and it is 24th today and still, haven't received it yet. I am at the risk of losing my job now since panind.com are keeping me hanging. If I get a reply that it will take more time then I could've approached a broker.
As of today, I sent them a mail on Thursday(20th June) and also today(24th June) and not receiving any replies. Their official contact number which is +[protected] seems to be redundant as the calls are not even connecting now. I have no way to contact now.

Complaint marked as Resolved 1) The company won't respond and will not give you any refund. I have marked this resolved only because I've come to peace that panind.com is a fraudulent site.
2) I used NSDL's e-KYC method to apply for a pan card and got the e-pan card on the same day. Government has declared that e-pan card is the same as physical pan card. So, I would suggest everyone do the same who is applying for a new pan card(not correction) in case panind.com has not mailed you your coupon number yet.
Panind customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
