I have applied for pan card on 02/05/2019 and submitted the require documents and also paid the necessary fees also.
But till date i. E. 25/06/2019 i have not received the same. And please take necessary action and send my pan card immediately or else i will file complaint against the panind in the competent court of law and for further consequences only panind will be held responsible.

    I have applied for the pan card on 10.06.2019 and they asked me to send the proof for that, the same i have sent to their address, but there is no acknowledgment and also sent an email, but no response from them. The nsdl site rejected my application.. So i need refund...
    No one from the panind company is replying.
    I have sent across multiple emails but no one seems to be available for any reply.
    They have not given their customer care number as well so that its hard to reach out to them.
    Did not recieve any email from panind after i sent email about cancellation/refund for pan application
    This is too frustrating. I need my refund

      Respected sir,

      I have applied for an updated pan card through panind website by paying 500/- and have provided all the supporting documents a month back. Now i don't get any response from them & i don't have any other source apart from sending to their email box [protected]@panind.com, from which i have not received any update for the past 10-15 days. Can you please help me with respect to this?

        I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and i only got an automated response asking me to wait. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

        I just want to cancel my pan card application and want a refund of the full amount i paid.

          With reference to the subject above, myself koushik thorali saravanan had applied pan card through online and sent hard copy with necessary documents attached on 11-6-19.in this regard, we received email stating that "application received document under verification message" since 11th june, 2019. As we are trying to avail student education loan from sbi and our bankers need pan # to process our application. Hence i request you to kindly provide us the acknowledge # and send us the pan card at the earliest. Thanks for your kind help and cooperation, yours faithfully kaushik thorali saravanan

            I applied for Pan card via panind.com on 9th June 2019. I sent a courier with all the required documents the next day and they received it on 12th June. I received no follow up after that and called the executive only to hear things like "Be patient" and "We will fast track". My order ID is AB-[protected]N.
            I am a graduate who got placed in a company and they rescheduled my joining so that I get my pan number. I informed the company I would join this week after I got a mail from panind.com that the coupon number would be generated on 20th June 2019. I have attached mail as proof and it is 24th today and still, haven't received it yet. I am at the risk of losing my job now since panind.com are keeping me hanging. If I get a reply that it will take more time then I could've approached a broker.
            As of today, I sent them a mail on Thursday(20th June) and also today(24th June) and not receiving any replies. Their official contact number which is +[protected] seems to be redundant as the calls are not even connecting now. I have no way to contact now.

            1) The company won't respond and will not give you any refund. I have marked this resolved only because I've come to peace that panind.com is a fraudulent site. 2) I used NSDL's e-KYC method to apply for a pan card and got the e-pan card on the same day. Government has declared that e-pan card is the same as physical pan card. So, I would suggest everyone do the same who is applying for a new pan card(not correction) in case panind.com has not mailed you your coupon number yet.

                Hello sir/madam
                I have applied for a pan card. I have sent you the hard copy of the required documents. I have deposited 499 rs for the pan card you have asked me about the documents related to my initial. Till now response about the process didnt answer about the email i have sent you the required document but did not get my response till now. Process my pan card otherwise refund my amount.

                Please process my application as soon as possible.

                    I applied for my Pan card on the 3rd of June and I still haven't received it. I need my pan card to make a college payment abroad and am stuck with no way out. I feel like I'm being cheated because the only response I receive from the company is that my application is under processing and documents are being verified. I'm half mind to file a case against them That's my personal information in the hands of others.
                    I need an answer. Today is the 21st of June

                      I have applied for my lost pan card two months back with all details but have not received any response from them. Tracking status says application received but no further steps are taken. I have even sent mails to the team as the pan card is compulsory for me during my joining but those people are not responding. Such careless attitude by the team.

                        I have applied for pan application on 28th may and sent supporting documents on request on 6th June. From then I have not received any status updates. And the customer care numbers are not contactable (It gets disconnected every time).

                        Resolution: Need a Pan card OR Refund the money.

                          I have applied PAN Card Name change on 31-May-2019 and paid 500/-Rs. after application submission i have couriered all required documents. till date i haven't received update and even customer care number are not working. +[protected]

                          I wanted to change my name on PAN card due to urgent work, however this https://panind.com website organization wasted my time. this kind of online service companies should be blocked.

                          Government should take right action on https://panind.com website because they are claiming to process Government ID PAN CARD but service is very bad and even customer care number not working.

                              I SREELATHA SREEKANT NAIR have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me Rs.499/-. But I found out that I can apply in NSDL and at Rs.110. I have paid around Rs.300/- extra. during which the transaction was failed but the amount of Rs. 499 was deducted from my account.
                              After which i have applied again for which again Rs. 499 was deducted

                                I applied for PAN card one month back. Paid Rs. 499 and sent the required documents to the required address. Now I am checking the status of my PAN but it says the application is on hold for so many days. I have also sent many emails regarding this but no reply. I also tried to contact via phone call but never ever picked up the call. If you didnt reply please cancel our order and give the refund of Rs. 499.

                                  2 months back I applied for change in name in my pan card. I sent all the required documents through post but since last 2 months there is no proper response from them. They just try to drag things without giving any reason. I wrote more than 30 emails but the response from them is never satisfactory. I don't want them to process my application but refund my money Rs 499 immediately.

                                    I've sent my documents to your address& the postal tracking shows it is delivered at your office. But my order id at panind.com still shows it haven't received yet. I have sent a ton of emails regarding this but they didn't bother to resolve it.very worst and reckless service .I paid 500/- only bcoz you promised to give me pan card in 7days and anyway you've crossed the limit.                                       I have applied for pan card 10days back and I have sent my documents on the same day by speed post. My postal tracking shows documents are delivered. But I didn't get any confirmation from panind.com. I have sent a ton of emails regarding the same. They wouldn't bother to reply. Very reckless company. If you won't bother to answer me I will give a police complaint that this is a fraud company. And also by the way I'm a journalist I think you can imagine what I can do.

                                        I have applied for pan card, people here are very negligence and customer care number is dummy, always be in voice message and no one answers. Its almost 15 days and submitted double double documents in place of requirement is for one proof. Still came back aking for one doc which is submitted as additional proof but not considered the actual proofs ( voter id with full dob, electricity bill, spouse passport etc) but reverted query on adhaar card with full dob which shoues core negligence in seeing alk the submitted documents
