I had applied for correction of pan card, yesterday i have received the card, but there is a mistake in my name, before my name my father name got printed, i have attached the pan application which i have filled, new card which i have received along with my old pan card photo copy, we request you to correct my name in pan card, and furnish the hard copy of the same.

this is Very worst Experience for me, I will not recommend any once for this website, After paying Rs.499 also, not getting any response your side, if you can't correct my card, please refund my money, i will do it from other website in less money.

Immediate reply is very solicited.

I spoke to this customer care people after several attempts, as per them they will check with concern person and get back to within 48 hours, now its become more than 18 days, still now i haven't received any reply from these people, i fed up with this, please refund money i don't want any service from your side.
Applied for pan card on 1 july 2019 . Not received till now. Need it urgently. Order no :- DI-[protected]N
Complaint on Panind.in : Not getting any response on queries. application filled got downloaded with incorrect name. but we were charged 500 Rs. feel to be helpless. Several mails sent. Contact number on the site not active at all. The fee is so higher than other service providers.
Still now i have not received any reply from Panind, I am try call that customer on several times its always busy, so, please take it on priority and resolve the same,
I V.Aruna Jyothi applied for new pan card online with order ID [protected] in the month of may2019 n still I didn't gety pan card. It's too much time. Now I lost interest in pan card n I don't want it now n I don't need it now. So kindly refund my amount paid for new pan card n amount to be sent the bank from which I send it to you..

    am sanga reddy, i had applied my pan card correction through panind services on last week more than five days is over, they charged me rupees 499 through online idid nt received acknowledgement on my mail mentioned over there after completion of payment i have downloaded the application form coupon id printed on the form iS C-[protected]. I MADE CALLS MANY TIMES ND MAILS NO RESPONSE

    please cancel my application of pancard as bi need argent so i applied through government portal so i want to cancel my application as i paid 499 rupeews please refund me and my coupin id is C - [protected]
    Please cancel my order (AN-[protected]N) as i needed a urgent pancard for my education loan so applied it through the original website through e sign method as this provide epan card very quickly so i need refund if applicable . .

      I have applied for pan card from this website before 15 days . They charged me rs.499/-. which is too much high but service is very poor i want Pan card urgently. ( reason already mentioned them) They replied, "Your coupon number is going to generate so please wait for sometime" I can not wait .it's very urgent, Now i want to cancel my application and refund my fees immediately. I just need to cancel. Please help me.

      Hellow..I placed my order and I paid payment.but I still dint get my pan card.i couldn't contact them too..how can I contact them.
      My order no. is [protected]LO, I have applied for issue of duplicate pan card and paid the necessary amount.I have submitted all the required documents, nearly more thane one and half month has passed but till date I have not received the pan card.
      Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.

        I have sent my Application form via DTDC from Hyderabad, which I have applied through the PANIND website. I have not received any information regarding the status of the pan card yet. I need it as soon as possible because I have job oppurtunity and PAN card is mandatory.

        Your customer services numbers are not working at all and you people do not reply to our mails. What's the point of having a mail address and a cs firm when you do not respond? I had payed Rs.499

        I need my acknowledgement number and pan card asap. I please beg you to give my pan card, please. It's something related to my personal life and my family. Please help me out.

          Applied on 24th of june, it's been 15 days still i didn't receive any message of my pancard dispatch. I have got the coupon number on 7 th july. When can i get my pancard? Why is this delay??? So please make it as fast as possible to deliver my pancard because of my urgency i need it very very soon. Please provide contact details of pan office in case of emergency to contact.

                I applied pan through this website they chrged rs.499 but when i came to know that nsdl website is charging only rs.107. So when i tried to call them to he given number that is [protected] they does not respond. So i came to know that this web site is a fraud websie kindly block this and take further action. Not like the above said or is this a true one kindly get me my refund and cancelmy pan application.

                  I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and i only got an automated response asking me to wait. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

                  I just want to cancel my pan card application and want a refund of the full amount i paid.

                    My balance got deducted two times from my bank account against transaction id[protected] and[protected].in these transaction id the first one deducted the balance but showing that you have to complete payment and on the other side the second id fullfil my payment and sucessfully completed my application. Kindly please look into this.

I've read the reviews about the bad service provided by this company, and regret my decision. I've e-mailed the customer care, to which they would reply after the limit of refund issue is crossed.                             I did from your website to reissue my mother lost pan card, but
                            Till now nothing had been processed, and as it was urgency so later i had to visit pan center physically in my area.

                            Now already raised my complaint on mentioned email. Id at your website & got even a order id. Acknowledgement no. Also orderid is ve-[protected]lo.

                            But now i want my refund back to my account on urgent basis.

                            I complaint about it main office of nsdl & uiitsl also.

                            Tried regulary to reach on your contact no. Also, but no response.

                            Its pathetic for taking or suggesting services from panind.

                              I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me ₹499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at ₹110. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

                              It's been much much more than a yr and I had literally forgotten about this complaint. Like the usual complaints, my complaint should have been addressed much earlier.
                              But I am still requesting the company to refund my full money. The application didn't get processed at all and I have been charged ₹499 for a PAN card issued by government of India.
                              I didn't even receive the Pan card after this application.
                              I had to separately apply for it on the website of nsdl and pay about ₹110 on that site.
                              My ₹499 should be refunded asap as it has been more than 1 full yr.

                              Mark my complaint as urgent as you should have responded to this complaint much much earlier...Charging more than the government for the services provided by the government is known as a fraud. And if your company is not a fraud then you should refund the full amount.
                              My registered email id, order id, payment id...all are clearly visible in the screenshot attached by me.

                                I have applied for the pan card in this site. I've made the payment through paypal but now i want to cancel the application for some reason. Pleased refund my payment of rs 499/-. Your site is asking for hard copy of the application form for which it will be easier for me to apply with the agent and i also don't have enough time to go to speed post or to the courier service.

                                  I have got someone who has fixed rs. 200 and will be issuing a new pan card that will be arrived within 15 days to my issued address.
                                  Finally i want my money as i have to go somewhere else to where i have to apply a new pan card as previous one lost today...

                                    I have submitted the requisite pan card application fee of rs 500 and got the order number ja-[protected]n.
                                    After i have submitted all the relevant documents, which already received by panind address on 19th june 19 vide dtdc docket no: k32093501.

                                    Since then i have not received either any acknowledgement or any status communication. I also have not got any acknowledgement number, which is required for searching the status online.

                                    Please help me to know the application status urgently.

Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.

                                        I've applied for new pan card but it has not been taken the application form due to the adhar declaration and my payment has been cut from my bank account so kindly refund my payment as soon as possible thy are fake amd disgusting.. Please do not apply from this website... Fake website they did pick up any call r won't reply of any messages thdy are just making us fool
