I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me Rs.499/-. But I found out that I can apply in NSDL and at Rs.110. I have paid around Rs.300/- extra. So i want my money back. When compared to other sites, the process is also too lomg in this website. So i want to go to another website. I want my money back. This is not fair to charge that much, so i want refund and cancellation if my pan card from this panind

    Its been more that 2 weeks i submitted the application with my respected document but i haven't recieved my pan card or it would be very helpful for me if you send my acknowledgement no because i have my joining from 10 july and pan card is very important for joining. Kindly take action as soon you see my complaint. I have texted you this a lot of times the reply is the same every time that we will resolve your problem in working 2-3 days but it's not getting resolved. And i also wanna know can i pick up my pancard from your panind vikaspuri center? This time please do send a reliable feedback!

    Very bad service, don’t apply for pan card through this company they charge 500 and don’t answer emails or calls ..3rd class company ..
    Please send me my acknowledgment no at least otherwise I have to find any private company to remake my pan card.

      I have applied for pan card through panind.com. And completed payment also. After that i've tried to reach the panind helpline. But they are not responding to my calls.

      They charged rs.499/- for a simple pan card application and showing irresponsibility in return.

      I lost my hope. So i pleased a request through registered mail id to cancel my application.

      Now i need complete money refund. So kindly process my request.
      Problem through pancard is that, they want scanned documents online but there is no any option to your website.

        I applied for my name and address correction at panind portal on 11th of june, 2019 and made the payment too. The orderid is si-[protected]cr which was conveyed by email on the same date. I sent the duly signed form and copy of aadhar card for proof via courier on 13th june 2019 and it was delivered on 14th of june, 2019. I also received a confirmation mail about receipt of documents from them on 17th of june, 2019. It stated the following:

        Dear siddharth singh,

        We would like to inform you that we have received your pan application form hard copy. Please find your status below :

        Status : application received. Documents under verification

        We have received your documents. Our document verification team will review your documents which you sent. If there will be anything which needs to be confirmed, our team will contact you else your coupon number will be generated and sent to you on your registered email.

        For any issues, you can always drop us an email at email : [protected]@panind.com

        This was the last communication that i received from them and after that there is no response or any communication from their side.

        Apart from this, i have sent 2 mails requesting for estimated time taken for correction of pan card details normally, dated 11th june and 20th june. The response i got via automated email was

        Hello,

        We have received your e-mail. We will get in touch with you within next 3-4 working days if required.

        Note : due to bulk clearance and load on servers there might be an additional delay. Our executives are trying their best to get in touch with you.

        I tried calling their helpline too but when asked, they gave me the same reply it was mentioned in their email. Even after 20 plus days, there is no response, no update and no movement on things. This is when they are charging such premium on such small services

        PanInd generated coupon number for my application and mailed the following:

        When I try to check the same via coupon number provided by them, it says that you need 11 digit coupon number and not 10 digit. Yet again I am stuck at the same place. Pathetic.

          They have requested for my details in pan card reissuance and now askinge to send details seems legitimate and thought it's a government website I applied latex came to know it's a private agency such a cheap way to acquire money

            I had submitted application for corrections in pan card and sent all required documents almost a month back. Even after several reminders, i have not received any response from the company. This seems to be a fake company with no proper customer service.
            I request all not to hire the company's services and the money you pay will also get wasted. Absolutely waste of time hiring the company for any work.

              Payment fee is rs 100. I pay payment by my debit card of sbi. They charged payment 499. Plz refund back extra charged money. This is not done good. They are cheating customers by doing this. Plz resolve my problem. They charge extra fee while applying online. This is government service they should not cheat customets like this. This is how they will loose trust of people. No one will go online registration. Request you to solve this problem as soon as possible

                My self Vijay, before 3-4 months I applied PAN correction i.e. name change on my pan card, my order ID VI-[protected]CR, , I submitted all documents, then they replied me back date of birth document not submitted, i already sent my driving licence, however i sent it by post, again they replied me annexture-a is missing, i sent it by post, again they replied please sent gov. office ID card, I sent them MLA signed annexture - A, however they asking silly things, then I sent mail please return my money they are not responding any massage from, 15 days.
                I hope here i will get help from you for getting my money 500 Rs back.

                  I have applied for pan card in panindia who charged me ₹500 whereas it takes ₹105 according to the government. I want my entire money to be returned as soon as possible. I am not claiming the site as fake or something, i just want my hard earned money back. You are taking more than 4x for one pan card is something not acceptable. Kindly return it or you will facs innumerous negetive publicity.

                    I had applied for pan card by panind.com and it had deducted 500 inr from me. But i didn't receive my pan card yet. Also they are not replying to any of my emails and not even making any refund. They are not telling anything about the delivery time of pan card or how the pan card will be provided to me. Even they are not giving any reply. I need my pan card urgently. If the process can't be done, at least make a refund. So that i can apply again from any other website. At least they should tell me about my application process, where it reached of how much time it will take. Please refund me my balance or send me my pan card within time limit otherwise i will take legal action about it.

                      I have applied for pan card of my son from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and i only got an automated response asking me to wait. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

                            I have raised a request for reissuing pan card on 29th apr 2019, have so many followups but still there is no change.
                            On 22nd may have received an email stating that i would receive pan card within 3-4 weeks, its more than 4 weeks now, when i check online status it shows it has been already dispatched but which courier it has been dispatched is not mentioned also my email id which is mentioned in the status isn't correct.

                              I have sent across multiple emails but no one seems to be available for any reply.
                              They have not given their customer care number as well so that its hard to reach out to them.

                                  Please download the application form and send it us at the given address by courier/speed post along with the document proofs for identity, address and dob. To view complete list of all the document proofs, kindly click on below button :

                                  Note : if you have a photocopy / xerox copy of pan card, kindly send that as well with the application form and document proofs. For list of document proofs kindly see the instruction manual attached with this email.

                                  Your application (Hard copy) should reach our registered office address within 90 days from the date of applying.

                                  Kindly note the application form should be properly signed in the 2 appropriate boxes and 1 across the photo in the application form. Please attach two recent colored passport size photographs of the applicant (3.5cm x 2.5cm) on the form. Please find the attached document which will guide you the next steps and where to attach photographs and sign on the application form. We request you to kindly send the completely signed and photograph pasted form along with the supporting document proofs at the earliest, as it would speed up the further application process.
                                  Br if the applicant is unable to sign and choose to put a thumb impression, then the same should be attested by notary on the form. Make sure that thumb impression or notary stamp should not be on the right photograph.

                                  In case of minor applicants (Less than 18 years of age), then the signature of his/her representative assessee (Father / mother) is required on all the 3 places instead of applicant itself. Dob proof copy of minor applicant is supposed to be sent. Also id and address proof of applicant's representative assessee (Father / mother) is supposed to be sent.

                                    But still I didn't receive my pan card. I have sent the mail regarding the issue.But I am getting the reply as the application is under processing.It is longer than usual.
                                    I am in need of it at the earliest since I have to join my company. Pan card is compulsory at the time of joining.I have to submit a copy of my pan card. I am in a fear that if my pan card is not received my joining can be withdrawn.Kindly look into this and do the needful as soon as possible.
                                    The amount is also too much. I have paid Rs.499/-.

                                    Kindly treat this as very important since I am in a position to lose my offer in a company if Pan card is not received.

UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed www.panind.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.

                                    Thanks for the reply. Now how can I get my PAN card through NSDL or UTI. Is there any option to cancel my application through www.panind.com and apply fresh in NSDL or UTI? Please kindly get back to me since I have to submit it in my company. I need the PAN card at the earliest. I didn't know that www.panind.com is not authorised by ITD to provide any pan related services. Please help me out. I am so tensed and I am feeling helpless. Kindly do something to resolve my problem.

                                      I need cancellation of my order of PAN card. they have charged 499 rs instead of 107 rs that one needs to pay at nsdl website (official pan card site). I still waited for 20 days, since it is written that one would get the pan card in 20 days but that hasn't happened. I have gotten no update on my order. It has been saying "application is being processed, and documents being verified" since two weeks. I need a refund of the entire amount and a cancellation. My order id is JI-[protected]N.

                                        I had applied for a fresh pancard and paid a fee of rs 499 and now i am getting to know that the fee is very less instead i. E. Rs.110. I want refund of my full amount and i want to apply fresh.
                                        This is very stange that even applying for such necessary identity proofs there could be this variation in fees.
