I had applied for my for my uncle's pan card but I want to cancel the application and want my money back i had tried so many time to call on your number but didn't get in touch with your service provider i had already mail you so many time for my refund and your reply towards my mail is only you will working on my problem within 3-4 days but since it's 2 months passed away i didn't receive any solution so again I am telling you please revert my money back which was ₹499/-.

      As per your rules submitted passport copy as a proof also submitted aadhaar card copy and birth certificate in addition.

      All documents are mailed as well as couriered to you.

      Asking same documents againand again

      Is this means you want indian citizen s to go through agents only this kind of work. Please confirm so that i will come again to you through agent.

        I have applied for pan changes in panind site online but then i changed mind and cancel that application within timeline as per their policy and ask for refund still i did not get refund till now.

        I have tried calling them several times but no response. I have also sent several mails, but always get auto mail revert, that it will take 3-4days.

        Please help me to get back my refund.

          I have applied for pan card through panind.com and completed payment aslo. After that i'm trying to reach the panind helpline. But they are not responding to my calls.

          They charged rs.499/- for a simple pan card application and showing irresponsibility in return.

          I lost my hope. So i places a request through mail to cancel my application.

          Now i need refund. So kindly process my request.

              I have applied for new pan card for my wife pushpa devi on 23.08.2018 and also paid rs. 349 with all document required (Order id is pu-[protected]n). I get the confirmation mail from panind for receiving pan card application hard copy also on 29.08.2018.
              On 03.09.2018 i have received mail for generation of coupon number:g[protected] and in mail written that pan card will delivered within 3-4 week but not get then i mail to painid.
              Still now i am not get pan card, my more work has disturbed due to this so i decided to complain.
              Request to see the matter and resolve.

                  You team has charged a huge amount for pan card only 110 is the fees but you have charged 500 for the same. Refund my money
                  The card tracking details are not showing when will i receive the card.
                  I dropped emails to your team but there is no reply.
                  Mobile numbers are unreachable.
                  What kind of services do you provide to customers?
                  I have an urgent bank work for which pancard is mandatory.
                  I am unable to track this in any way. Kindly help

                    I applied for pancard on dated19 march 2019. It is truly shocking to find that you people are charging rs499 for the same purpose for which it should be rs110 only. I request to refund my amound making the reuest stand cancelled. Please inform me asap regarding my cancellation status. I have checked it with other service providers also. It's etremly painful to pay in such a fashion which is just opposite its name showing "your legal partner". I just wish to inquire its validity and legality of charging in such exobitant way. I am waiting your response at the earliest possible.

                      I have applied for pan card in sept 2018. As on 20th mar'19 6 months passed have not received the pan card.

                      Team asked me to send permanent address proof which i have sent muktiple times as per request from call center team but still no response on helpline number and on mail.

                      Please contact me on [protected] to confirm dispatch details.

                      This is critical since i am unable to carry out many legala and bank related work for pan car being mandatory.

                      I have mistakenly applied Pan card through panind.com ...it was charging 499 for the application...i came to knew it later...i want to cancel my application and i need refund of my amount of 499...this is fraud company...it was just cheating on people with fake services

                        I applied in this website for a pan card on 06/03/19. I was expecting to get any sort of mail or message on my mobile number but didn’t got any. I have been trying to get in touch with the company but didn’t got any response from their side. So i request panind to give my money back or else i will make sure to take serious actions against panind
                        And i am expecting any sort of response from panind

                            I was tried to apply my pan card correction through panind.com. First time my payment was done but application process display failed again tried to payment and application both are succeed
                            I received success of application mail after first payment
                            I paid two times rs. 500+500 for one same pancard issues
                            I sent hard copy by courier on 15.3.19 but not yet get any confirmation and refund
                            & complaining two times by mail but no result

                              I had applied for a pan card with panind. I have sent them my documents as well and i haven't recieved any information through any e-mail or via telephone. I had also sent them an email regarding my query but there have been no reply from their side whatsoever except for an auto reply. I tried calling their customer care number provided here like 20 times and they haven't picked or answered even a single call. I would like to have a conversation with an executive of their's as soon as possible. This is an emergency.

                              I have order the service and unfortunately, I dont needed the change So I asked them to refund the Money, It has been 3 months these idiots are not responding and not refunding the Money,

                                  After sending a copy of my sensitive documents like passport and adhaar card and photograph, panind stopped responding to my mails and calls. They have charged me rs.499 for pan card correction, which has not been done and also have my sensitive documents. Before i sent the documents i got regular response from them requesting for a copy of pancard, and after sending the same they have altogether stopped responding.
                                  Please help me get my pancard and retrieve the copies of my documents.

                                    I applied for pan. The only document i had was aadhar card that too the old one where only birth year is mentioned and not date or month of birth. I requested for cancellation within 3 days through mail submitting all the documents as proof. Only once i heard from panind team through mail that they will refund only partial amount. Going forward they are not communicating with me anymore through mail. Even their customer care no never connects to any representatives

                                      I applied for pan card correction on 10th march 2019, and paid all the required fees, due to some documents reason, i mailed them to refund my amount, they were ignoring my mail and not replying to a concrened question. I want strict action to be taken for such company... I am very much worried about the process. It's not a trustworthy guess. I have paid 499 please refund my amount as soon as possible

                                        I have applied for a new pancard on march 12, 2019. They charged rs.499. Then only i know that government charge for new pan card application is rs.107 only. I tried to contact panind.com customer care number... But there is no response... I request you to refund the amount to my amount. My application order id is de-[protected]n..
