Long time back i have submitted my details. But response.in your website given fake numbers call also not rech.

As of i seen that people maintain in there website.. With 4 to 10 days. They ll give work complications..
I am keep on asking then that send me at list pan card
Applycation details but no response.
Its given one number on there... No body can rech that number.
Its fraud company

I have applied for pancard through panind.com but don't want to continue with the process further due to personal reasons. i have paid 499/- Kindly refund my amount back ASAP.

    I had applied for correction in pan and sent my documents for which they had called me stating that they want other document (Marksheet) which i had sent the very next day. I checked the status in their website and it is showing document under verification since two weeks. I have tried to contact them but till now could not reach them. I have also sent email to them for which they have set an auto reply (Attached in image).

    Please refund the amount of rs.499 which that i last transacted for applying new pancard, now i dont have enough datas to proceed the hard copy of details. So please refund the amount, and please cancel the application for pan. I tried many time to contact the office through mails and calls but there is no responds from anyone for long time.

      Today morning i got a call from a number which was showing pan india customer care on my true caller and the guy was taking all #. When i asked him where did you got my number from he disconnected the call and he was calling again and again with different number.
      This made me worried as the number was from the name of pan india.
      I have no idea what did this happened.

        Hi, i did not get an acknowledgement number to trace my application.

        I paid 500 rupees and i check on the ite it was only 100 rupees.

          What is this ?. Why you not refund my money? . I submitted complain within timeline. All time you send status Panind customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. but there is no call or msg about this. I am tired to update complaint.
          Plz take a action on this and confirm me about my money Otherwise I complain in consumer website.

            I have sent across multiple emails but no one seems to be available for any reply.
            They have not given their customer care number as well so that its hard to reach out to them.

            This is too frustrating. I need my refund

              I am really disappointed with your services, sorry to say this, I had applied for my pan card through panind.com, I have submitted my details of passport, license & Aadhar, I hadn't got any update for 3 weeks, right now I'm in immediate need of pan card, please make sure you give it as soon as possible, and the main thing to add up is I have paid my money online .

                I had applied for pan card last month from your website i had also done payment for it and had also confirmed my name on your request but no response from your company if you cannot make my pan card please refund me my money.                   Dear sir / madam,

                  Kindly note my pan no. Aazps9547d on12/06/2017 have applied with panind for date of birth correction online using ekyc option and linking the aadhar[protected] details as verification document.

                  Due to some error i have paid 3 times online for this correction request.
                  Since then no prompt reply nor nobody takes my call, and action till date including payments made nor the correction.

                  Kindly help.

                    I have applied for name correct in PAN card via Online, I have done all the update and the payment also got confirmed and 499rs got deducted from my card, The problem is I have given my client office address for the communication but address to be changed to my residential address, I could not find the edit option after the payment done .

                        As i have lost my pan card few weeks back have applied for lost pan card on[protected] and paid 369 but later after checking various source on internet i came to know that panind is not the genuine government portal and many people have not got pan card through this process and their money got wasted and so am not sure whether it is authentic or not and also asking for copy of docs via post and no online submission method is available which is again suspicious hence i request them to kindly refund my money and cancel the process.

                          I have also registered the nhc for fraud for same complain.

                          I have requested name change requested for pan card, but panind is not reaching upto my requirements and dedicated money with out confirmation from my bank.

                          I request to return my money since i haven't got any service from panind and whatever service is panind commented and its not reaching up to the consumer requirements.

                          I am unable to contact panind, no no response to my email query's.

                          My complain not resolved no call from Panindia to contact. As per new consumer rites i want to file a case on PANIND... I haven't yet received my money back.

                          Actual issue is PAN card correction form is not properly updated. I don't want to update improper details on PAN card.

                          The issue is not resolved but panind closed my complain.
                          Not got any response.
                          Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.

                            Fess you charge for applying form pan card is too high. And it got deducted directly from my paypal a/c. I want it to be refunded.
                            How are you charging 499/-? When real cost is o[censored]nder rs.200/-.
                            For that value, you are not providing any additional service.
                            And there is no one to attend the call at customer support number.
                            I want refund otherwise i will consider it as online fraud.

                              This is a company providing services for pan card, but never seen such a disgusting team and heads. Charged ₹499 for duplicate pan card before a month. Hopeless customer care and employees and employers. This should be taken with high level of seriousness, no phone number, no answering executives. Luckily, mails can be sent with nonsense response.

                                      I have applied form for correction in name in existing pan on january 2019 month however yet it is not processed or not communicated for any status. Panind charging inr 600/- in place of inr 100/- as fees. I had paid it to get the pan card on fast track but till date there is no response. I am very dissatisfied with such poor response as well as service. Till date i have not received my pan card. Plz solve my ploblem.

                                        Please dont go for panind.com for PAN CARD SERVICES.

                                        I think this is one of worst customer service I have ever seen in my lif time. when we send mails only auto generated mail will be sent and all customer service contact numbers are not working. I think government should take strict action on these fraud companies.

                                        If panind.com is really exist please solve my issues and send me the PAN CARD to my ADHAAR ADDRESS
