They are charging rs 499 for the same service for which it is rs 110 only. This seems nothing less than fraudulent behavior on the part of the company when not being responded for any kind of quarries or mails whatsoever. I strongly demand of complete refund by cancelling my application. The company is neither showing its professional integrity nor the rational behind making such exorbitant charge.

Even after submitting required documents they have sent a hell lot of list of documents, my grandma has lost her pan card and she doesnot even remember her pan number how can i provide you? Please refund my money its a humble request. And you are charging 499/- please people without seeing reviews please dont go ahead with this company.
I am send mail last 2 month abt my refund Process but there service is so bed theyy was never reply.i think they are not want given refund that why they are ignore to customer.very bed service

    I have applied for issue a duplicate pan card amspv7263l through panind website by paying 500.00 rs against confirmation id ve [protected]lo
    On 1/02/2019. With providing photocopy of old pan card and new address aadhar card which is issued by uidai for all including proof for date of birth
    Along with anextur a attested by gazetted officer.
    After several communication repeatably they are asking for proof for dob.
    I am replied several time give me reason why you are not accepting adhara card proof when clearly mentioning date of birth.??.
    I am totally upset because we paid very high service charge compared to all other service provider.
    Also i request for refund but they replied with me you are liable for panind terms and condition i do agree i am liable if i am not submitted any relevant. Documents but this delay and misleading responsibility is completely by panind.
    I am not woring about my time and money but we have to curb this looting activity in panind and protecting public from robbery.

    I had mail to panind team so many time but they are not responding, please send ti my money otherwise i have to go to consumer court

      My PO [protected]LO applied on 7th Feb 2019 for correction in pan.but till date no progress even after many many reminders were sent. And after 60 days no progress.I request ed to stop processing my application on 8th April & refund my amount of RS.499 which they charged.Now today they have replied that coupon will be generated wait.I don't believe any more.         I have applied for pan card for my son rk harish nandha. Through m/s. Panind (The manager-panind services unit-no 5, site 4, vikaspuri, - new delhi-110018 - india)

        But i have requested for refund even before they process my application.
        I have send several reminder but they have not refunded till date

        But i have requested for refund even before they process my application.
        i have send several reminder but they have not refunded till date

          My current pan card is damaged so i applied for a new one under damaged/lost category from panind.com site on 6th of april 2019... But their fee is too high.. Rs 499... Later i found that i could have applied via utiitsl.com at just rs 107... Plus after doing a bit research about panind i found that a huge number of complaints are lodged against panind, many of the consumers didnt receive their pan card even after paying almot 400 extra... So i definitely not trust panind anymore... After i successfully paid 499 they even said that you can download your form from your email... But i didnt receive any such mails... Not even in spam folders.

          Thus i need refund asap... So i request consumer complaints forum to help me out in getting my refund. Thank you. I hope i will not get disappointed from consumer forum also...

          I am extremely disappointed now...5 days have passed and no one from panind customer support had contacted me yet...nor they replied to any of my emails...I request consumer complaints forum to look into the matter..PLEASE

            Dear sir/madam,
            This is sudharani and i have applied for pan card in panind organization on 16th march 2019 but till now i didn't receive my pan card yet. I tried to contact them through phone and mails but they are not responding properly so i would like to cancel this pan card and i want refund. Because for my employement i need pan card at emergence. So applied again pan card in nsdl official portal.

            Please look into the issue immedialtely.

              Sir i have applied for pan card on http|panind.com.. I have send all documents by speed post.. Then i got a mail from there side should v process according to aadhaar card i gave confirmation yes... After 3/ 4 days i gave them mail saying i want acknowledgement nos or order nos which i have to submit to bank while opening a bank account.. I get a mail saying it’s in process. From 7 days there r saying it’s in process when i checked on there sides it’s on hold... If it has been process what’s problem in giving order nos... This company is fraud and cheating people by charging more money... There charged me 499 rs which acutually is 120 rs

                On 30th of march, i applied for a new pan card on your respective site. After filling the required information, the site asked for payment of rs 499.0 which i successfully deposited. But later on we found that the required amount was no more than rs 100.
                Kindly clarify us regarding the extra fee charges and provide me the refund as soon as possible as i'm no more interested in applying for the pan card from your site.

                  I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and i only got an automated response asking me to wait. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

                  Plzzzzzzz don't believe panind... Its fake company... They not provide pan card... Because of money.. They r planned to cheat the people... Before u losing your money once see reviews of panind fraud company...

                      I have lost my pancard no. Aabpg9326l & applied for duplicate pancard by paying necessary fee & submitting documents viz. Old pancard, aadhar card, passport & my 49 years old ssc certificate, which ofcourse not clear. But time & again receireceiving mails from panind, not accepting my documents & asking for the documents, which i donot have. I am income tax payer & have sent return acknowledgement.

                        I have submitted all required documents but since from two months
                        I have not received pan card,
                        Phone calls unsuccessful due to not responding /attending calls.
                        This is not matter of money its matter of reliability on this company.
                        Concerned authorities should take stringent action against to these companies

                          I am applied for pan by your site and make payment 499 rs. Through paypal by online debit card, which is very high rate because its cost only about 100 rs. And i received a form through email which is send by speed post to your address as instructed by your site which is expensive and likely unsafe so please cancelled my application and refund my money.

And also the rules and regulations to apply pan is given to me after payment. This is not fare. Better to give rules and regulations before applying.                                   Hi team,

                                  I have applied pan card for my mother on march 7th and they have charged rs.500 from me for the fee and still the pan card is not yet processed. They are just sending one mail if some document is missing instead they could have called to my number for faster process and even the callcenter number can be hardly reached even if it is reached they are very rude. I want to with draw my appliciation and want my refund back

                                    Please note that i applied for my replacement of my pan card on 24th feb 2019 but in the website it is showing as it was delivered in 2011. I have paid rs.500 online and sent all the documents required correctly. I have a confirmation mail from pan ind that they received the application and will process the same.

                                    But your website is showing the old details. Kindly update your website and have my pan card delivered to my address

If i send the mail to [protected]@panind.com always i am getting automated reply only. With in 3 to 4 working day customer care person will call you back. But they never do the call. Moreover they never give the proper response. Till now i do not get my pan card processing status. Very bad customer service.

                                        I have applied for pan card through panind.com. And completed payment also. After that i've tried to reach the panind helpline. But they are not responding to my calls.

                                        They charged rs.499/- for a simple pan card application and showing irresponsibility in return.

                                        I lost my hope. So i plased a request through registered mail id to cancel my application.

                                        Now i need complete money refund. So kindly process my request.
