I had applied for name change through panind and i paid 499 for changing my name. I am not able to contact them and i had sent a mail for refund of my money on may 6 for which i got a reply that they will contact me 3-4 business days and its been 4-5 business days and still i have got no reply from them. They are unreachable from from phone and email also.
I want my refund as i have a loan to pay.

    I had applied for the pan card on your site and amount of rs 500/- was deducted for the same from my bank account but now i had applied for a pan card on just rs 100/-
    This site cheated on me by taking extra amount for a single application for pan card.
    However i would like to cancel my application for pan card.
    I request you to kindly transfer the application amount to my bank...
    Panind customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    They have charged extra from me..paid 500 for application in panind where as i only had to pay 169 in other websites. I need a reason and the refund effective immediately

      I had applied for Pan Card correction of my father name and payment has been made through Pay Pal on 25th, March, 2019. Detail is as under.On 26th, April, 2019 received mail after so many reminder that your application is under processing awaiting confirmation from income tax department again coupon number U - G[protected] of my pan card number DTYPK3543J . On 4th, May, 2019 mail receive that p ermanent Account Number (PAN) has been allotted by the Income Tax Department of India. Your physical PAN Card will be dispatched soon to the communication address as mentioned in your PAN application. But till date Pan Card not received. Therefore once again request to you furnish dispatch detail at the earliest otherwise no option left for me go to consumer court.

        Hi team,

        Have lost pan card and applied for duplicate card on april 1st week 2019 and the order number is km-[protected]lo.

        Even after sending multiple mails to [protected]@panind.com, there's no proper response except the auto response and when i track online it says "application withheld for processing. Documents awaited from applicant" but not mentioned for which documents have missed, have sent mail regarding this many times but no proper response.

        When governament made mandate of having this card they should ensure the smooth process in providing the card but here it is not happening.

          I had lost my pan card and wanted to get a new one. So i came across the site https://www.panind.com/ which asked me to pay rs.499 for issuing a new pan card. I later realized that the actual price for pan creation is rs.95 and the site is also not the actual government site.

          Please refund the amount back to the source account otherwise a legal notice and social media will do it's work.

            I have applied for duplicate pancard (499rs) through rigaro eworks pvt ltd on 5th april 2019. When i checked with order i'd it's under process from past 1 month. Even i replied to [protected]@panind.com but no response except the autogenerate mail.

            I am very much disappointed with your service and waste of my money, time.

            Continuously sending mails for an update but atleast acknowledgement to my mail is which i am expecting.

              Dear sir,
              Please update patches for issuance of correction of my pan card no ahvpa0094j at the earliest as i could not track the present status of my pan application. The same may please be intimated to my mob no [protected] or my email id is [protected]@gmail.com in this regard, i have already make my redressal of grievance as a complaint raised in your office. But no reply yet received from your office. Being as a defence person, i request and approach your office several time that is more than 100 times for the past eleven months. But no action is initiated at your level. Request i again and again to do your needful please.

                Please provide me refund for the application of refund as panind is a fraud. I have applied for duplicate pan and i am trying to contact panind on the numbers provided but they are not providing any response.                       I have applied a pan card application on February the application number is DE-[protected]N . Yet we do not receive any update nor Pan Card. Also i have visited panind website to check the status and the website is down.

                      kindly update us the application status as soon as possible.
                      Pan card is really urgent for us.

                        Dear sir/mam,

                        I have applied for correction in my pan card online on http://panind.com and paid rs 499 on 18 april 2019 and after that receive reply from there side for asking more document. I have sent my all documents by courier but they did not sent me any verification about this. They have charged me 499 inr but now they did not reply for my emails and not pick up my calls. I have not complaint for money but i have complaint for their poor services. Please do needful action against them.

                          Dear sir,
                          Please intimate me with the present position of my correction of pan no ahvpa0094j. I have already applied for my correction of pan during jun 2018. After ten months your panind rep said that application and other connected documents have been technically corrupted and said to again forward the all documents along with application duly scanned and pasting colored photo.
                          I again forwarded it on 25 apr 2019, and accordingly i got coupon no g[protected] in my email id. But it didn't show any records of my pan if track in authorized panind website.
                          Request intimate the present status of my applicantion for issuing correction of pan card at the earliest please. My mob no is [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

                                  I ordered pan card correction from panind.com and they charged me a 499rs without showing it previously. And i thought it was online forms&documentation submission method, but later i came to know there i need send my documents (Hardcopy) to their address. And i don't want to courier these which wastes my time. So please refund my money. I called them. No response from them. Call is not reaching and i tried lot of mail. But no response. Kimdly refund my money 499rs inr panind.

                                    I've applied my pancard online, two months ago i. E 17 march by paying rs-499 via paypal. I've sent the hard copy on 25 march by speed post.
                                    I did not received any email or call for confirmation.
                                    I have emailed customer service regarding this issue but they never replied.
                                    I didn't receive acknowledgement number for online tracking too.
                                    If there is any problem with my pancard application i would like my money refunded.

                                        Panind is not providing me with coupon number, when i ask for the same they are not replying to me. What can i do. Kindly help me out plz. I am in urgent need for pan. Their tracking pan application is still under maintainence. There are so many complaints against them i don't think they ever get resolved or else not removed from here. I just don't know why i even applied in their site when i am urgent need of pan. Cyclone fani has already disturbed several lives. May god provide peace to all.
