I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and i only got an automated response asking me to wait. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

I just want to cancel my pan card application and want a refund of the full amount i paid.

Sir my wife pan card lost i am apply pan card on line your site but pan card is found. So my payment ID [protected] and order ID SU-[protected]LO . Please My order cancel and Rs. 499 pl repayment me. pl requested my money back in my credit card.
Pls resend my pan card in given address.
I did not received my pancard since 1 month my application status is showing withheld processing. panind company is saying that it will processed soon but it did not do that so i want to resovle my problem or refund my fees.

    I posted this complaint (https://www.consumercomplaints.in/panind-re-subject-for-cancellation-of-applica... for the second time on this site. Panind replied that they have started initiating my refund process and they sent me a mail that amount will be credited to my account within 4 to 7 working days. But they didn't refunded my money. They are posting comments just to create good impression on this site and not to solve the problem. Panind is not serving for the customers. Once if you send money to them it will never come back.

      I applied for the reissue of pan card through panind website on dec 11, 2018 and paid rs. 349 as a fee against their prospective services. Till toady ididn't get any call from their side for acknowledgement of the payment. And when i tried reaching their customer care it is not reachable either through an email or customer care number.

      I lost my pan card which someone has returned to me after he found it somewhere. Hence, i would not like to take this process forward and wanted to request them for refund asap. But seems that it is a fake website as the email ([protected]@panind.com) mentioned over the website is not reachable neither is their contact no. I. E. [protected] and [protected].

      I'm unable to locate the order ID. my registered email id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in and mobile no. is [protected]...look forward to a further action over this from Panind.. thanks...please note that the Panind is not reachable from any other way so my only link to approach the company is this website...kindly support over this..

          Very irresponsible. Please i want my money back. Please make it happen as soon as possible.

          I send many to them, just they sending auto generated mails.

            I have deposited 499/rs to panind company for issue a pan card which was lost. Bt as soon as i deposited d amount to panind, someone found my lost pan card n returned to me. I wrote all the matters to panind company n want to return back my deposited money bt till now they did nt give me any response regarding my refund.
            Therefore, i want your help so that i shall be able to return back my money.

            I want to cancelled my order for reprint and changes in my pan card

            Same day i drop an email to panind support but still not get any response for refund process.

              I have applied for pan card correction (Pan no afgpj2554k arun bhanudas joshi) in october 2018, tothe manager, panind services unit no.5, site -4, vikaspuri, new delhi - 110018, india, for the correction of date of birth.
              I have submitted all the required documents by mail to [protected]@panind on 23/10/2018. I have asked for status of correction offen to the panind, but no proper response was obtained from panind. Uptill i haven't received my corrected pan card. I have paid rs. 499/- for the processing fee through on line banking. So it is kind request to refund my above fee from panind.

              Your Acknowledgement number [protected] was generated on 26/11/2018 .After that your application is rejected by the concerned department due to Marked for Core Duplicate Resolution, So we request you to kindly contact your local Assessing Officer in your nearest Income Tax Department (ITD) to surrender your additional PAN.As per the concerned department you have more than one pan number which is an offence.

                I have applied for pan card in your website by paying rs. 499 /-. After the completion of payment i received a confirmation mail from you.in that mail i noticed that "proofs having initials in name and not having applicant's complete name are not acceptable except voter id card and passport". I have given my initial in adhar card and other documents and i don't have voter id or passport. I would like to cancel my application for pan card. So kindly transfer the application amount to my bank account.

                I posted this complaint 10 days ago and they replied to this post as
                "kindly mail us on [protected]@panind.com or call us on [protected] (Mon-fri) (11am-5pm) so that we will better help you out."

                I sent a mail to [protected]@panind.com before i posting a complaint and also after posting the complaint. They replied me to send the documents to their address. But i replied them i want to cancel my order. After that they did not sent any mail to me. I have been waiting for more than one week.

                I am getting this in my Pan card correction application "Application is not yet attached to any batch. Please generate batch for physical transit of applications" I am not sure what it means, or what I am required to do.
                It would be helpful in PanIndia could provide further information regarding this, or send an E-mail with more information.

                    I had applied for reissue of my pancard online 28 december 2018. I had filled up online form on their panind website located in delhi and also paid 349 as a fees. Then i sent all my documents on their respective address. Then on january 15 2019, i received a mail from that company. They are saying my id proof is invalid. Actually send my aadhar card as a id proof but they are not accepting aadhar id. I really don’t understand whether the aadhar card is not a valid id proof in india. It’s disgusting to me. I am embarrassing in that moment. Then i make a call and enquire about the information, they also saying to send the id copy of the attester. How the attester may give their id copy to us?. I really don’t understand this rule. None of the gazted officer, will not give their id proof to their client. This is not at all a right way to deal the customer. At last i decided to cancel my pan application and asked to refund my money. I already mailed two times regarding my refund. I don’t know when i will receive my amount bsck. I am totally upset with this process, so ask them to refund my money as soon as possible. Then my order id is gn-[protected]lo.

                    Now I received email stating that payment is incomplete. However amount dedected from bank account. Please rectify. Bank statement attached.
                    I had applied for change in name of my PAN Card through panind.com 05 April 2019. I had filled up online form on their panind website located in Aurangabad Maharashtra and also paid 499 as a fees. Then I sent all my documents on their respective address. Then on April 10 2019, i received a mail from that company. They are saying that Annexure A (Format Attached) in Original attested by a Gazetted Officer/MP/MLA/Municipal Councillor is to be provided. Attestation required on Photo and at the bottom. Govt Office ID Copy of attester / issuer is mandatory.
                    . Actually I send my aadhar card as a id proof but they are not accepting aadhar id. I really don’t understand whether the aadhar card is not a valid id proof in india. Then I make a call and enquire about the information, but call is on waiting. How the attester may give their id copy to us?. I really don’t understand this rule. I decided to cancel my pan application and asked to refund my money. I already mailed two times regarding my refund. I don’t know when i will receive my amount back.                       I have lost my pan card six months back and applied for the same in lost pan card section in panind website. But, as i dont have some of the documents which need to be sent as part of process, i want to cancel the order. Please refund the money (499) as soon as possible.                         Please refund the amount of rs.499 which that i last transacted for applying new pancard, now i dont have enough datas to proceed the hard copy of details.                         I have applied for name correct in PAN card via Online, I have done all the update and the payment also got confirmed and 499rs got deducted from my card, The problem is I have given my client office address for the communication but address to be changed to my residential address, I could not find the edit option after the payment done .

                              I have applied for PAN card in your website by paying Rs. 499 /- . After the completion of payment I received a confirmation mail from you. In that mail I noticed that "Proofs having initials in Name and not having applicant's Complete Name are not acceptable except Voter ID Card and passport". I have given my Initial in Adhar card and other documents and I don't have voter Id or passport. I would like to cancel my application for pan card. So kindly transfer the application amount to my bank account.

                              I sent a mail to [protected]@panind.com 3 days ago and you have replied that you will get in touch with me within next 3-4 working days. But you haven't contacted me after that and if i call your number the recorded voice is only speaking and the call is not forwarded to any officer.

                                More than 2 months are gone now, i applied for name correction in pan card through panind but thy dont even responding, nothing has been updated on the link which thy have shared.
                                Order id : ha-[protected]cr & coupon number : [protected]. Every time i got reply wait for some time. How much more do i wait. Kindly help me out to refund 500rs nd tell them to send my documents back.

                                As per the coupon number tacking status "Your application for 'New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data' is under process at Income Tax Department"We had already raised a ticket with the concerned department to resolve this issue against the request id 212492. Kindly wait till we haven't received any response.

                                  Dear sir/mam,

                                  I have applied for pan card online on http://panind.com but did not receive any reply from there side. I have sent my all documents by speed post but they did not sent me any verification about this. They have charged me 250 inr but now they did not reply for my emails and not pick up my calls. I have not complaint for money but i have complaint for their poor services. Please do needful action against them.

                                    Hi, my name is dharmesh vaghela and just few minutes before i filled the application for duplicate pan card and i as chraged rs.499 for the service offered by panind. However, i found my card and i would like to get the refund of amount i paid. I tried multiple times to reach your office however phone call is automatically disconnected. Please refund me as soon as possible. Waiting for your reply.

                                      I sahilkumar s shaha bearing order id-sa-[protected]n and coupon[protected], i have applied for pan card through panind but did not got the pan as aadhar was not active, i corrected all my aadhar related queries but still didn't got the pan card since july 2018.
                                      I tried to contact you on mail on 10/01/2019, after some that contact were asked by your side and i have provided them on 11/01/2019 as soon as they were asked. After that there is no response from your side.
                                      I also tried calling you on[protected] many times but not even a single time the call connected to executives.
                                      Please look into the matter on an urgent basis as i am in very urgent need of pan card.
                                      Kindly do the needful at earliest.

                                        I fill the panind form online & also pay fee 349 then i send my all documents with pancard after 3-4day they said documents send by you is not valid then i resend my updated aadhar card with application form now they asked me you resend updated aadhar card while i already sent my updated aadhar card with application form. They did not issue my pancard... So plzz refund my money
