Would strongly advise not to go for this option as the customer service is very poor.. I had already written to them for a refund of the amount but they are least bothered to even reply to my queries on mail.. I have not submitted them any of my proof and hence it is clear they have not even started processing my request. The service is really bad, infact there is no service provided on timely and accurate basis..

All that they have done is they have took the money but cant even reply to mails. Especially when it comes to a refund

I got cheated by applying pan card in webitse : www.panind.com
Pls note they charge high amount for correction in pancard details (Charged me 500rs for nothing) after sending my attested documents as proof for correction. They will not respond at all. I applied for correction in pan card and submitted attested copy of documents in the month of aug 2018 but till date nothing has been progressed. I only lost my money, trust, time. Panind is a fraud website with cheaters working in it. Now i am planning to move the case legally forward. I have uploaded a small mail communication b/w men and the panind officials for reference

I applied my pancard on 4th march 2019, and paid all the required fees, due to some documents reason, i mailed them to refund my amount, they were ignoring my mail and not replying to concrened question. I want strict action to be taken for such company... i am very much worried about the process. its not a trustwothy guess. i have paid 499 please refund my amount as soon as possible

I have submitted all documents for pan card name correction, but still they not proceeding, i mailed many times but i didn't get any response.
They gave me one number that's also not working.

Please proceed with my card soon or refund my money.
I found you people charging too much 499 but the actual cost is 107 only.

Panind is one of the fraud company who is charging 500/- amount only for a pan card (Plastic card) whose genuine fees is under 150/- approx from https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html

I applied for pan from panind.com. Orderid is sa-[protected]n on 1/8/2019 and till today 02/03/2019 i have not got any confirmation or contact from panind.

Nobody replies to the emails i send to [protected]@panind.com except system generated automatic replies and if i call[protected], it keeps on ringing but nobody responds to the call.

I applied for pan on 2nd march but the cost was rs 500 which is way higher than the actual government website.
As the website came at top in search results so i got misguided.
Their quality of service is also not good from what i have seen in other complaints
Hence i do not want to use their service and demand a refund.
Please respond as early as possible.

I had to apply for a change in name on my pan as my name on my physical pan and itd records don't match which is causing issue with my epf kyc. I applied for the name change order id : jy-[protected]cr on 19th february and submitted hard copies of application, pan card, aadhar card and passport. They have asked to produce further more documents for the application which is not needed as the nsdl have agreed for the name change with just the aadhar card. After multiple follow up, they send me a automated mail and they haven't even provided me an acknowledgement number which i can give while calling them. When i call them, they say that my pan has no application and that they need an acknowledgment number. I have requested for cancellation of application and refund my payment of rs 499/- (Which is almost 4 times of what nsdl is offering with paperless application).
I have been sending a mail daily and all i get is an automated reply and the mail clearly says if i don't produce the further document within 45 days they will cancel my application with no refund. I need to understand what have they charged me, how can they cancel an application which has no records with their call center and has no acknowledgement number.
Request you to please help to get my refund.

I have applied for duplicate pan card on panind site through order id : [protected]lo on 10th february and submitted hard copies of application and copy of pan card as per their instructions after that they have demanded more documents of passport which i don’t want to share with panind hence i have requested for cancellation of application and refund my payment of rs 499/-.
I have done several mails and calls to their customer service but didn’t get any reply.
Request you to please help to get my refund.

Hi, i have posted several complaints on panind. They are just replying me whenever i post a complaint and not trying to solve my problem. Here (https://www.consumercomplaints.in/panind-didnt-refund-my-money-c2242480) is the last complaint i posted on panind.

After seeing this complaint here they will send me a mail that they have already initiated my refund process and my referral id is so and so and then they will post a comment. But till now they did't initiated any process over refunding my money

I have paid around rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and i only got an automated response asking me to wait. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

I applied for pan card but later i found my pan card. No one from the panind company is replying.
I have sent across multiple emails but no one seems to be available for any reply.
They have not given their customer care number as well so that its hard to reach out to them.

And i paid 499 rupees for it but now i popped up into a different site called thepancard.com and the for a new application of pan card if was around 110 rupees. Is form 49a actually for application for new pard. Or did i fill the form for something else? And if i did fill the correct form. And why did i got charged soo much more..
