I have applied for pancard last month but i didn't get any information related for further procedures than i asked for a refund of money which i had transected for applying it worth 499 rs. But there also i didn't find any response from pan india service limited. I am really disappointed because its been a number of days that i am trying to get my money back.
Panind customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Sir I have applied before one month for a new pan card. But pains services are making so late. so I have to cancel my application and please refund my money rs499

      I have already paid inr 499 at rigaro eworks llp. But i was unaware that i am not eligible for pan due to lack of documents. I have raised a complaint at consumer code, i request you to refund me my amount. Amount paid by me must be returned within short period, as i have also told to the consumer code regarding the picture. Amount has been deducted from credit card.

            On 26th, April, 2019 received mail after so many reminder that your application is under processing awaiting confirmation from income tax department again coupon number U - G[protected] of my pan card number DTYPK3543J . More than one month has been passed till date not receive the pan card after correction. I had applied on line to save time and energy whereas lot of time has been consumed to write mail to PANIND purpose of apply on line has been defeated.On top that you have charged Rs.499/- for the correction whereas income tax department is charging Rs.147/- . When contact to customer care number [protected] is prerecorded voice that detail is as under.
            Press 1 for Indian Citizen, Press 2 for NRI, Press 3 for payment query, Press 4 for refund & Press 5 for any other issue, what option we choose phone has been disconnected. When track the status on line message appear on screen Sorry for the inconvenience but we’re performing some maintenance at the moment. We’ll be back online shortly! This is clear cut cheating with the customer. Once again I caution to you please send my pan card after correction at the earliest or refund my money.

              Panind is taking my matter so lightly that they are not even replying and updating about my pan application status after my complaint on consumer complaints forum.so unprofessional their behaviour .only the tracking pan application has under gone to maintainence but the site is working fine fooling innocent people.take extreme step plz...i just want my pan asap.

                  Hi Both my wife and myself are OCI and live in USA. I Applied for my own and my wife's PAN Card through PANIND, in beginning December 2018. Initially the information transfer and getting the application happened quickly and well. The application was for myself and my wife. Both o[censored]s got the PAN allotted. But in there e-PAN card the address they were showing was wrong (it was not able to generate address in US version). When they were sending it back to our US address one of the PAN card could not be delivered because of the wrong address and it was returned to the sender. Since then I am finding it very difficult to communicate or get a status from them, as they do not pick up the phone. Once or twice they replied to my e-mail that its going to be done soon. But till now nothing has been delivered. The PAN card for my wife (coupon number: G[protected], G[protected] is still not sent from their office. I can supply any other info as needed if we are contacted personally through e-mail or phone.
                  I will be much obliged if the management investigates this case as it is really frustrating as we cannot open our NRO account because of her not having the physical PAN Card.

                    I have requested for cancellation of my pan card application and for refund of the payment made but none of their costumer care number is working and they don't reply on email also, just some auto response.

                    I want the concerned authorities to look into this company.
                    I have field a dispute on PayPal also but the seller(panind) isn't even replying there.

                      I am sanjabati nag, i have applied for pan correction on panind website, 11 days passed but still they are saying that it's under verification they don't bother about their customer at all. Why do they charge so high for such bad service. I am getting just auto generated email every time.
                      My order id-pan application confirmation. Order id : sa-[protected]cr. And i submitted my last document on 15th april but still no progress in my application processing. I have no idea what to do? Help!

                        I have applied for name and address correction in my existing pan card through online but i have no idea about panind site which is costing more also asking more documents as proof than nsdl official site which costs very reasonable charges against the same process...
                        So kindly intervene and help me in refunding of my fee amount of rs 499/-

                          I have applied pan-card on 15.04.2019 ([protected]n) till now not received any confirmation nor any update. Your contact number is not working i m in very urgent for pan card. Do the need full its very very urgent. Your charge is high compare to others even i don't have any problem. Just i need to complete verification process as early as possible. And to get my pan card.in other services for new pan card they took time for only 7 working days. But here more fifteen days was already over. Do the need full.

                            This is to bring to your kind notice that, we have applied the pan card and reference id bi-[protected]n and payment id 9c043840uf4465406. Since long time we have not received the pan card and called to customer care for resolution, they told will get in very soon. Its been 3months no response from customer care. When we are trying to call customer care number, it is automatically disconnecting. We went to pan card service center and they have approved and provided the pan card with in 10days. I need the refund of my money 499/- and due to delay of service has lead to rejection of my onboarding in the company. I was suffered a lot to ask the extension and new offer letter from the company. I have sent the whats app message and mails but not responded. I need refund of my money as soon as possible. I been waiting for the services since 3months but you are failed to provide it. Refund is also not processed. Need refund of my money as early as possible.

                              I applied for my pan card on your site on 3rd april.
                              After filling the form, i had a confusion regarding my id proof details.
                              I tried to contact your customer care for help through email and phone.
                              I got assurence that they would contact me in 3-4 days, but today it's been more than half a month but no reply came.
                              I again tried to contact them but not getting any response.
                              After charging higher than usual fee, this ignorance is intolerable.
                              This is very frustrating.
                              So i want refund for my application fee.

                                I filled details for the lost pancard and to get a new one on panind.com.
                                Site requested to pay 500 Rs to get application form. After I downloaded the form, on proceeding further the data got lost, and there is no detail how to proceed further.
                                kindly BLOCK such website in google and block the site in internet.

                                This website is collecting money for pan card re-issue and not providing any service.

                                      It's been over a year since I've applied for PAN on this website! I've paid the money, sent the required documents through post in 2017! I have been constantly checking my mail ever since. I've sent many emails asking them to cancel my application and refund my money so that I can get my PAN card done somewhere else, but no one cares!
                                      Now I can't apply for a passport because my PAN card hasn't been issued yet!
                                      I hate PanInd services, and I hope this reaches to everyone so that they would never ever choose PanInd for PAN card ever again!

                                        2 months back i sent all documents through post after that whatever you asked voter id by mail that to i forwarded long back but i am keep on calling you but all fake phone numbers and no one response by mails if you not able to do kindly refund my amount it's look totally unbelievable company.
                                        Amount also 499 collected from me which is highly value compare to others service also if comparitive from others we get very bad and pathetic service from your side kindly revert
