I had a significant amount of money in my account and had no problems with withdrawal before. However, this time something went wrong and there were difficulties with the withdrawal. Such situations are worrying, and it is important to find out the reasons for the failure and solve the problem with the bookmaker. I hope that Parimatch will promptly deal with this situation, as without it there is no point in continuing to bet.

I contacted support but never received a response, however the money was eventually received. I'm not sure if their intervention helped as they didn't give any updates. Waiting a few days for the money to arrive on the card was not very pleasant.

    Parimatch, I still have not received these funds on my account. Even though the amount is small, it is important for me to get the money back, losing it just by transferring it is unacceptable. I have been waiting for several days and this situation is extremely unpleasant. I expect a prompt solution to the problem.

    Explained the situation to tech support and provided all the necessary details. They promised to investigate and resolve the issue. Within a day, I was refunded to my account. I recommend you to also contact support chat for faster resolution of the issue.

      When registering on Parimatch, I did not receive an activation code to my e-mail. I tried using three different email addresses already, but to no avail. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem? Maybe I should try using a VPN? An internet search didn't yield a concrete solution, and it seems I'm the only one with this difficulty.

      In the end, I decided to use another email from Gmail, and it took only 5 minutes for the activation code to arrive. Thus, the registration was successfully confirmed.

                Despite this, I had concerns because of the prolonged waiting time for withdrawal of funds from Parimatch. I was hoping that the whole process would be completed successfully and my money would appear on my card soon. Such problems had not occurred before, so it caused me some anxiety.

                    The deposit never showed up, and even in cryptocurrency there was no refund within a week of deposit. This raises questions about the reliability and responsiveness of the service. I hope that the problem will be resolved as soon as possible and I will be able to receive my deposit so that I can continue to participate in betting and gaming on this platform.
