Problemas with deposits on Parimatch have become a real headache for me!! I tried to deposit to my account several time, but each time the funds were blocked. This was a huge inconvenience especially when I wantd to bet or play, but the money just didn't reach the account!!!

Complaint marked as Resolved "When I contacted support, they took a long time to respond to my inquiries. And, when I finally got an answer, it was not very helpful. I was told that the problem might be due to data errors or limitations on the banking side. However, after checking everything myself, I did not find any errors on my end.
After I provided additional documents and re-requested assistance, the problem was not resolved until a few days later. During this time I could not use my account, which caused additional inconvenience. All these delays and incomprehensible blockages greatly disappointed me and made me wonder about the reliability of the platform. It would be much more convenient if the support service worked faster and more efficiently, so that such situations could be resolved faster and without unnecessary stress for users."
