During a live match my bet was stuck in the procesing stage and I never received confirmation. Because of this I mised out on profitable odds which greatly spoiled the experience of the game. Hopefull Parimatch will fix this issue in the future!!!

I contacted Parimatch support and they quickly sorted out the situation. The glitch was fixed and I was offered compensation for the lost opportunity. I hope that such problems will be prevented in the future so that players can place bets without delays or problems

    For several days now I have not been able to view the history of my bets on parimatch - the system simply does not load the data. This is important for analyzing and monitoring my action on the platform!!! I expect the issue will be resolved and bet history will become available again!!!

      After updating my identification document i cannot complete the verification proces on parimatch. All data was entered correctly but the system displays an error?!! This limits my options on the platform!!! I hope the problem will be resolved quickly!!!

        When I tried to place a live bet the site froze and i was unable to complete the action. As a result i missed an advantageous moment. This greatly damaged my trust in the platform!!! I expect improvements in the stability of the site!!!

          I ordered a withdrawal of funds to my bank card but the money never arrived although more time had passed than indicated on the website. This raises serious concern!!! I hope that the money is not lost and the problema will be resolved soon!!!

            I use the autocashout feature on parimatch but it didn’t work as it should and the bet continued to play until the end which led to losses. This feature should work exactly accord to the conditions, and I hope that Parimatch will fix this glitch and return my funds!!!

                After a successful bet, my account balance on parimatch was not updated, although several hours had passed!!! This is worrying because you want to see result right away!!! I hope that this is just a temporary glitch and the money will appear in the account soon..

                    I use the mobile version of the site and recently it has become extremely unstable. Pages load slowly and sometimes the site does not open at all. This greatly reduces the usability of Parimatch!!!

                      I tried to cancel a bet made by mistake but the system generated an error message and the bet was not cancelled. As a result I lost money!!! I really hope that Parimatch will review its bet cancellation policy and make this process more convenient!!!

                        Just as I was trying to place a bet on an important match the site suddenly froze and became unresponsive. As a result i was unable to place my bid on time resulting in a missed opportunity. I hope that Parimatch will solve these technical problema!!!

                                I made deposit into my Parimatch account.. but after a few hours the balance did not change!!!                                     When I try to place a bet through the mobile application, it constantly freezes and does not respond to my actions.. I have already reinstalled the application several times, but the problem remains! This makes using the service via a smartphone almost impossible..
