I havent been able to acces my bet history for several days now. The section either takes a very long time to load or does not open at all !!! This causes discomfort because I cnnot analyz my previous actions. I hope for a quick solution to the problema!!!

I contacted support with a request to look into the situation. The specialists responded quickly, identified the technical problem and fixed it. Now access to the betting history has been restored, and the section works correctly. I hope that there will be no such failures in the future.

    I tried to withdraw funds to a bank account but the system gives an eror and does not allow me to complet the operation. Other methodes do not work for me, so I hope Parimatch will quickli resolve this issue!!!

      After the match end I never received notification of the bet results. Parimatch usually sends notifications but this time there were none!!! This created confusion and I did not immediately realize that I had won!!!

      I contacted support and they confirmed that it was a temporary glitch in the notification system. Experts promised to fix the problem and improve the process of sending notifications so that such situations do not recur in the future. Subsequently, I started receiving notifications as normal

        I tried to watch the live broadcast of the match through the website but the video was constantly interrupted and frozen. This greatly interfere with game analysis and makes live betting imposible!!! I hope the service improves soon!!!

          At the moment of entering the deposit, the site froze and the transaction was stuck in limbo!!! The funds were debitd from the card but they never apeared on the Parimatch account. This is extremely unpleasant and I am waiting for a prompt solution!!!

            I topped up my account via UPI but more than a day has passed and the money has not arived. This is inconvenient since I planed to bet on the upcoming matches!! I hope Parimatch resolves this issue quickly!!!

              I received a free bet as part of the promotion but the system did not allow me to use it citing a technical error !!! Now the promotion has ended and the free bet has expired. Very disapointed as I was counting on this bonus!!!

                During a live match my bet was stuck in the procesing stage and I never received confirmation. Because of this I mised out on profitable odds which greatly spoiled the experience of the game. Hopefull Parimatch will fix this issue in the future!!!

                  For several days now I have not been able to view the history of my bets on parimatch - the system simply does not load the data.                     After updating my identification document i cannot complete the verification proces on parimatch. All data was entered correctly but the system displays an error?!! This limits my options on the platform!!! I hope the problem will be resolved quickly!!!

                          I use the autocashout feature on parimatch but it didn’t work as it should and the bet continued to play until the end which led to losses. This feature should work exactly accord to the conditions, and I hope that Parimatch will fix this glitch and return my funds!!!

                              After a successful bet, my account balance on parimatch was not updated, although several hours had passed!!! This is worrying because you want to see result right away!!! I hope that this is just a temporary glitch and the money will appear in the account soon..

                                Several times I encountered the fact that bets on live event are not accepted and then are displayed as losers, although the match has not yet been completed. This behavior of the systems raises doubts about its correct operation and fairness!!

                                  I use the mobile version of the site and recently it has become extremely unstable. Pages load slowly and sometimes the site does not open at all. This greatly reduces the usability of Parimatch!!!

                                    I tried to cancel a bet made by mistake but the system generated an error message and the bet was not cancelled. As a result I lost money!!! I really hope that Parimatch will review its bet cancellation policy and make this process more convenient!!!

                                      Just as I was trying to place a bet on an important match the site suddenly froze and became unresponsive. As a result i was unable to place my bid on time resulting in a missed opportunity. I hope that Parimatch will solve these technical problema!!!
