The security system at Parimatch is quite strict, and this is good to some extent. However, I had to face moments when additional documents were required to confirm the identity. This takes too much time to confirm the account.

It didn't take that long, though. I immediately threw all the documents, a couple of days for confirmation and that was it. There were few events during that time, so I didn't lose much.

I don't really like that Parimatch regularly applies restrictions to my account. I understand that they try to prevent fraud, but often blocking happens for no apparent reason. I often withdraw large sums of money, and my bets are big, yes I win more than I lose, but is it fraud?

I contacted Parimatch technical support to find out if there is a possibility to cancel the wrongly placed bet and correct the error. I gave them detailed information about what happened and explained my situation. Technical support explained that once a bet is placed, they cannot provide an opportunity to cancel or change it. Now I will just be more careful the next time I place a bet.

Recently, there are often incomprehensible errors when placing bets on Parimatch. Sometimes after you click 'place a bet' nothing happens and you have to do it all over again. Very inconvenient, especially when there is very little time left.

Every time the Parimatch website refused to open before an important match, I solved the problem by using an alternative browser. For example, if I had problems with Google Chrome, I tried opening the site in Mozilla Firefox or Safari. This usually helped me to access the site and place my bet.

First, I made sure that all the data I entered when depositing was correct. A couple of times even a small mistake led to a failed transaction. Everything seemed to be correct. Then I contacted Parimatch support. They responsively helped me to understand the problem, but the result was the same. I wrote to the bank, they said that the ways I used were blocked on their side. Everything seemed to be fixed and I was able to replenish my account.

Even i am in today’s date CONTACTing them and they are giving me same excuses everyday from day 1
Does it take 1 month and 5 days to check and resolve the issue?
They ### are literally scamming people

5 asking banking statement
6' the transaction is not done to us
7 latest is the amount got creidted to other account
I am very frustrated by the service u people providing in India pls solve my problem
