Dear sir,
I am a shopkeeper of tahsil tirodi dist balaghat.
We deal in parle all product and platina also.
We have a good seller but in few months parle product supply is negligible it is very poor for us and parle group also.
May i want to solve this problem as soon as possible.

I went to a local store and got a parle's masala chips packet and when i opened it, I found most of them overfried and dark and not tasty. They make up nearly half of the total chips in the packet.I request the company to maintain good quality of food even for low price products.

Short supply packed in the packing of biscuits.For last two months have sent emails and i am assured that official would contact but no body cared to contact.Seeing irresponsible cold behaviour and attitude of consumer complaint cell i may be forced to bring the issue in public domain . Hopefully some body responsible would do needful.thnx

I opened a new packet of parle g biscuits. It was only after i consumed one biscuit that i found a worm coming out of the other biscuit.
It was nauseating to imagine that i have consumed a worm. I want strict action against parle g similar to that in donoghue v. Stevenson. Else, i will approach the court.

(01/07/2020) அன்று தாம்பரம் மார்கெட் பகுதியில் உள்ள ஒரு கடையில் 30 ருபாய் மதிப்பிலான parley RUSK வாங்கினேன். இன்று (04/07/2020) காலை coffee குடிக்கும் போது parley rusk எடுத்து சாப்பிடும் போது அதில் சிறிய இரும்பு துண்டு இருந்தது.இந்த தவறு உங்கள் தயாரிப்பு நிறுவனத்தின் கவனக்குறைவு மற்றும் பொறுப்பற்ற தன்மையால் நடந்தது.இதற்கு நீங்கள் பொறுப்பேற்று என்னை தொடர்பு கொள்ள வேண்டும்.இதற்கு தகுந்த நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும்.இல்லை என்றால் நான் உங்கள் நிறுவனத்தின் மீது வழக்கு பதிவு செய்யவேண்டி இருக்கும்.

A parle 2020 butter cookies back consists of four rows of butter cookies.in one such row of butter cookies i witnessed two biscuits/cookies were half broken/eaten before packing. Because the package isn't teared.
I've posted the photo below.
Why should i pay for the price of entire cookies when i'm getting it in less quantities?
I request parle to take action.

I recently had purchased a packet of your hide and seek biscuits from a big bazar near me batch - i3 21 b b

And i was quitte appalled to notice certain white speckles around the chocolate chip which i presume to be solidified sugar, but i find it hard to dismiss fearing it to be some sort of fungus that could potentially harm me if ingested.

So i kindly ask of you to reply back to me with some sort of explanation stating whether it's safe for consumption or not

This complain is generated to inform you that our area (Jhalod, gujarat, india) is having trouble by our parle g dealer name : suganchand shreelal agarwal from jhalod. This company selling parle g products direct to end customers and not giving the proper services to the retailer of our area.

We sincerely request you to help us to solve this issue as soon as it's possible.

I purchased 2 family packs of 20-20 biscuits (Blue Colour Packet, i.e., Rs.20 per packet) from Super Bazar. Nowadays I see that the appearance of the 20-20 biscuit is different like some black spots on each biscuit & I was surprised to see these black spots in both family biscuit packets. Below the attachment for reference.

I, niraj agarwal, proprietor of shop shree lakhi variety store want to inform you that i use to purchases a lot of item from your distributor in our area named bhadreswar in hooghly district in west bengal. While purchasing item as per sales person at many times we adjust as they says that we will not provide bill we will work in rough paper and many more but while on the ciritical time in covid-19 this distributor has not worked in shop and not supplied any products too. And they are selling all this item at outside at higher prices and earlier asking us for purchases in huge stock while on this time they never worked and if we tries to contact them then they use to say they are not working due to no stock.
If such a ways goes then how people are getting your company goods at other shop it means you are supplying the product but he his not functioning at their best. If your company is looking for another distributor then i am willing to do work as well as. And if you continues with him then too provide us goods as we can too work on market.

I have bought a 800 gm parke g biscuit pack but it is not edible as there is sandy taste of buiscuits which can we normally sense while we eat them.

Packet of 850g biscuits having 10, packets inside it is found to have 8 packets instead of 10. Packing had not been opened. Complaint lodged with [protected]@parle. Biz about a month back never was given reply except for routine language. Thnx

One of your distributor refuses to make door delievery of parle proucts even after cash payment and forcing to buy unwanted products with essential order.. And also not receiving calls mostly..

Respected sir,
One of your distributor from digras town of yavatmal district (Vidarbha agencies) is asking to take 1 box of parle cream biscuit if you want 1 box of parle g. Is it the company's policy to take 1 box of parle cream biscuit if i want only 1 box of parle g compulsory or harassment of retail customer. It's my humble request to company to kindly pay attention towards this matter and do the needful.

Today i purchase parle-g in this crisis to have a look on my past days.

The product not only have worst taste nd musty smell but also hav less weight than it show on the wrapper. Also the price is same for all products since i enter into this world but these companies are having more and more profit but giving us worst product as they can and also decreasing their weights for the increased price. These companies are playing with our family health and the world for the sake of their greediness to be fulfilled in no time.

Action should be initiated towards it as soon as possible coz it can be more worst than it now for the sake of our upcoming generation who will be the future of our world

I purchased 20 set or parle g biscuits that is of 7 rs each, in each packet i found a same type of foul smell which i smell for the first time in parle g and also it didn't expired yet
Also i have a proof of packed packets
