      Dear team,

      I am a retailer my shop is "Anika Stores" in Kalyan Thane- 421306. We were delivered a box of parle hide and seek ~40 pieces which had past it's expiry date since a month. The distributor was Nilesh Enterprises in Kalyan and we have called them several times to take these products back and deliver fresh once. However it's been some weeks and there has been no response. Kindly help

        I bought a packet of hide and seek biscuits from reliance fresh, on opening it, I found the chocolate layers were white in color, on careful examination you could see a fungus like formation on biscuits the batch no is PN 198 B and packing date is 19/1/21 the biscuits were opened in fully packed condition.

        My question to the company is,
        What are the quality standards which are mandated for packaged food products.
        I already have consumed 4 packets of this product in the past weeks! Does the company have no social responsibility towards the society?
        This is a serious breach of quality. If some mishap occurs due to substandard quality of biscuits the company (Parle Ltd) is morally and ethically responsible. Kindly ask the company to justify?

          The chatkeens were of bum quality. It didn't taste at all. It was not expected from such a well reputed company like parle. It taste like it was out of date. Please do consider the complaint and resolve the issue.

              I am retailer shop owner in Gwalior, the salesman is not showing scheme in its mobile, he written order in his copy, not providing scheme given by the company, when we asked the salesman he said scheme is not showing in the mobile by the company, so please company owner this is my request humble request please take action and please make system of direct link of schemes to shopkeepers

                We observed a bug in Parle Monaco biscuits.
                The worried part is, my kids and family members had the biscuits.

                      This is very disappointed to let you know, that algae found in airtight packet of parle g biscuits.i used to purchase it for my three year old daughter.how can you play with the health of nation..really disappointed and disgusting for such a big brand

                        Hello sir,
                        Your recent advertisement for your kismi product ( in this a young boy kisses a young girl), is highly objectionable. The couple are looking very young, probably non-adult. This ad is being aired on kids cartoon channels like nick junior, nick etc. People respect your brand, they are with you since a long time, when i was a child 25-30 years ago I knew buiscuit by parle-G only. We have grown from child to adult to older with parle-G, please don't defame your brand with such mind poisioning ads. We should not feel ashamed infront of our kids for using your product, please stop this cheap strategy. You are a real true product of india, please promote Indian values, not these cheap ads.

                                I got hide and seek form a grocery store in Faridabad(H. R) and have same quality problem. There was white fungus growth on the choco chips. Please Kindly look into this matter since this product is consumed immensely.

                                      I bought today this biscuit which is still within date of expiration but it taste is not good after eating 2-3 pieces of biscuit I found some difficulties in my throat and the taste of biscuit is not good as I tasted in earlier, its smells also changed, please don't sell those biscuit by only labeling date of expiry is not sufficient.i am very disappointed, I wasted my time and money

                                        I bought few packets of hide and seek from kamla store in Saharanpur, and when I opened it today i found biscuits discoloration and fungus on chocolate chips which is very disgusting, i thought it might be something else so i took a bite and it was sooo yuk i threw it out of my mouth at the very moment, it made me sick, i never thought this can happen with these biscuits cause this is my very favourite since childhood. Be safe everyone, check it before you eat anything. Attaching here photos of biscuits and its batch no. For reference.
