I had purchased a 400gms Hide n Seek pack from Mulund D mart on January 29, 2022, the biscuits are undercooked and taste awful.

I called the Parle Customer Care on January 30 and gave them details like batch no, etc. I was told that their local representative will call me in 2-3 days and look into the issue. But till date I have not been contacted by anyone nor the issue is resolved.

Parle needs to look into their customer grievances and take prompt action especially in cases of substandard products

Exactly I am tasting krackjack biscuit from 800 grams packet and smaller different size packet then it's taste is very different so I am requesting you to please take look in it.

And revert me ASAP

I bought a 250g pack of Milano and there were few empty sealed packets in it.

I have purchased Parle G Gold from reliance. During using I found hair stuck in biscuit. I have sent mail with evidence and batch nos. But didn't got any reply and resolutions from Parle.

I am a regular consumer of Hide and Seek biscuits and I am quite satisfied with the quality until I encounter a problem related to it. I purchased Hide and seek biscuits packet on 24 December 2021 having the manufactured date 12 September 2021 with the expiry time period of 7 months. But I saw some white spots on the chocolate layer. Packet is opened in fully packed condition. Please resolve my query....

Got a milano cookies pack one cookie was rotten with fungi on it also it was soft package date 14/7/21 incident date 3/12/21

I bought a pkt. Of hide and seek biscuit 30Rs pack and found fungus or we can say white dots all over the biscuits. All biscuits were having white dots. The products MFD date is July, 2021 and the date of buying the product is 30, November. The product's expiry had not came yet but still it got fungus.

I purchase the Parle rusk pack from divija mart o[censored]ran navi Mumbai and has lots of white worms and black mites found. It is very unhygenic and you are playing with customers health. You are very irresponsible and only take benifit of brand name without maintaining quality of products.
The pics of same are attached herewith for proof and I will forword this pics to all my near ones so that ther are aware about yor reality.

It is horrible

I baught burbun biscuits from reliance smart 2 days back. I found small and thin glass pieces inside the packet.
It is life threatening.

I found mold in the biscuit packet where there is 7 months expiry

I buyed this packet of biscuit just before 20 minutes i was a bit hungry and i opened it and this worm was walking on top of the biscuit it looks disgusting..before throwing I thought to take pictures and videos Of the product and so i did

Main #OLX me #PARLE G company ka ad dekhi or apply kiya. Fir udhar se ek number diya call karne ke liye. Fir ek admi ne mera interview li, fir bola mujhe STORE KIPPERS ke job diya geya hai.
Bola 1st of NOVEMBER se join hoga hooghly district me.fir mujh s hai 750 rs liya uske baad mujhe ek PARLE COMPANY related ek APPOINTMENT letter veja.
Agle din call kiya or bola KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK me account khulne ke liye 5000 rs lagega.or isme se 2500 company or 2500 mujhe provide karna hai.or bola ki ye 2500 rs mein abhi ke abhi nikal sakta hu.
Uske 2-3 din bad mujhe bola ki company taraf se DELL ka laptop or SAMSUNG ka ek tablet diya jayega, iske liye 11000 payment karna padega. To sir main 9000 rs payment kiya or mera jo HR tha usne bola ki 2000 main kar dunga.
Fir bola ajj hi verification hoga, bass 10 minute me aa rehe hai wo log, lekin koyi nhi aya.
Fir ekdin bola apki jo laptop or tablet hai usko post office se vej deta hu iske liye mere 2950rs manga main 1500 rs payment kiya or HR ABHISHEK bola 1450rs main payment kar deta hu. Jab tum salary paoge mujhe lota dena.
Fir post office se call nhi aya.

I am genuine consumer of Parle-G and this is our 3rd Generation of my child consuming.

Very much disappointed with poor quality of Parle-G biscuit??????

How worm found in packet ?? How it's possible??

I have contacted to Junagadh Jiomart store and asked for the same.

Should I go with consumer court ?
Should I have to viral this poor quality through social media or contact to print media ?? 🤔

Pls guide me what should I do ?

Awaiting positive response from Parle officials.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

We have purchased a box of milano cookies from a local shop at Goregaon West Mumbai.

To our surprise we received packed empty sachets of cookies inside the box.

I have attached the pics of the empty sachet.

Please acknowledge this mail and address this issue asap.

In krack jack seal package biscuit, I received one biscuit is half broken or eaten.

In 2021, oct ..It's really terrible to have a fungal packets of biscuits like "hide and seek, , it's impressive taste goes totally in waste .
If you want to back that impression pls bring the healthy products in the market ..
Don't play the ruthless game with the people ..

आप सभी को इस घटना से परिचय करना चाहते है, हमने दिनांक, 19th सितम्बर 2021 को D-Mart - सरदारनगर - वड़ोदरा में से शॉपिंग किया था जिसमे घर के लिए बहुत सी चीज़े खरीद के लाये हुए थे जिसका बिल नंबर है

ये घटना तब हुई जब हमारे घर में बच्चे ने (मेरा नाती - Arham) Parle KrackJack बिस्कुट का पैकेट खाने के लिए खोला | जिसमे से ऊपर के कुछ बिस्कुट खाने के बाद अचानक से बच्चे ने चिल्ला कर बताया की नाना मेरे मुंह में कुछ आया है। तब हमने उसके हाथ में बिस्कुट देख कर तुरंत ही ले लिया और जब देखा तो उसमे बड़ा सा प्लास्टिक का वायर बिस्कुट के अंदर फंसा हुआ दिखा । यह देख कर हम काफी चिंतित एवं परेशान हो गए की अगर ये प्लास्टिक का वायर बच्चे ने खा लिया होता तो क्या से क्या हो जाता। जिसका परिणाम बहुत गंभीर हो सकता था।

इस घटना के बाद हम सभी ग्राहक तक ये बात पहुंचाना चाहते है की वह भी बड़ी सावधानी से अपने बच्चो को खिलाये और ध्यान रखे की कही ऐसा कुछ हादसा न हो जाये जिसकी वजह से उनकी या उनके बच्चो के जीवन में कोई विपदा आये |

यह होने पर तुरंत ही हमने उस बिस्कुट को वही स्थिति में रखने के लिए एक एयर-टाइट बैग में पैक कर दिया है एवं पुरे पैकेट के कुछ फोटो लिए और इस शिकायत के लिए कुछ वीडियो बनाये।
