Dear Sir/Madam,
Sub: Request your support required on Stock Return.
We bought the Milano biscuits 192packs (details attached below ) directly from Parle Dealer: VARSHA AGENCIES, (GST-33AFLPT2269J1Z0, BO#3/36, 3rd Street, GKM Colony, Periyar Nagar, Chennai: ph: [protected]). Bill dated: 2 June 2021, But they delivered 10th March batch biscuits which got expired soon by 10th Sep. Though dealer promised of taking the return goods initially ; they are not responding now with different reasons. That Parle G company is not responding to their mail and they are not accepting return etc. Request your support on the same please.
Also there are about to expired good in stock, Those are also need some action please
Issues:
-Dealers delivered very old stocks (March stock in June)
-No response after discussion on product return.
-Sales person visit to shop is completely stopped. Due to which other Parle biscuits orders are also getting delayed.
FYIP: we need to order other Parle G brand biscuits
