Parveen travels — ac not working

Hi,
I traveled in praveen travels from hosur to chennai in multi axle benz,
Ticket no. - tkb[protected] seat no. V3, date - 6 oct 17
And paid 879.90/- for ticket which normally will be 688.8/- this is the first time i am seeing an increased cost (I traveled a day before from chenna ito hosur in the same bus only)
From hosur itself the ac was not feeling comfortable and late night we felt heat and bus stopped, driver called service people and failed to fix the issue, we traveled in the same bus

I need a min 50% refund

Already i had a earlier issue (Benz i booked but decan bus came) for which i was given 100/- refund but the thing was a mail which i need to carry to booking office, which till datae i was not able to get due to distance,

    My bus was scheduled from bangalore to chennai on 31st dec, 2017, at 5.30 am in chennai. I was dropped at cmbt at 4.45 am. On querying about the van pickup to my drop location (Kumaran nagar), they said that the van would arrive at 5.30. Patiently, i waited only to know at 5.20am that the van has not yet been updated with them. After which they didn't pick up the call and at 6 am i found that the van had already left!!!
    Parveen Travels customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I booked ticked on 20th jan.2018 to Madurai from Chennai at 03.00PM. Now the time is 3.40 PM but still the bus has not arrived at koyembedu.

    It is really a worst experience with your travels.

      This is with respect to the travel from chennai to kumbakonam in parveen mercedes benz bus (PY01CN5686)travel date 26.12.2017. My chithappa and his daughter travelled in the above mentioned bus. Near Atcharapakkam toll the bus got break down. Nearly 40 mins there was no proper response and repair. The tire was fully damaged and had there been any further delay for sure the tyre would ve busted and the life of the passengers would be at cost?
      Is this d way u treat ur customer. Fed up wit ur service. Worst experience. My chithappa told me to book in rathimeena. But i insisted for parveen Mercedes Benz. I would never recommend parveen to anyone. I would also never travel in parveen.

        Good day sir,
        This complaint is with respect to your good vehicle registered as py01cp7934 travelling from chennai to madurai on 6th dec 2017.
        The bus was supposed to pick up myself at 0645 from tambaram but reached at 0710 which is still understandable considering chennai traffic, when requested by my friend to stop at tambaram for picking me up the driver and your staff agreed on the pick up point to be at tambaram railway station and thereby i was waiting there for pick up but the bus stopped half a kilometre far and was not ready to wait for 5mins for my walk from station to your bus and involved in a rude disrespectful argument with my friend.
        This is highly unacceptable and we would neither travel nor suggest anyone to use your services deciding upon this incident.
        Pls conduct a workshop for your staff in explaining them about what customer service is really about if you don't want to lose any further business from any other unhappy customer.

          Parveen travels bus breakdown near bargur on 04.12.2017 and operation just saying to take another bus and go without taking any ressponsibility for further passenger travels. No safety for lone female passengers during such night travels. Worst unsafe travels and lost confidence as if it had been setc they organise alternate safe travel for all passengers. How will parveen travels compensate for such worst services.

            Dear sir/madam,
            I have booked a praveen bus on 06/11/2017 from chennai - vizag bus timing was 5.30 p. M. Through via.com but bus got cancelled (By travels) so i have checked with customer care they said money will be refunded next day but till now i haven't got credit and they are not providing proper details.
            Please help me out in getting my amount of rs.867 with penalty charges for the mental agony caused to me.

            We are the passengers of PARVEEN travels to Tirupathy. Paying such a big amount as 3000 per head SPENDING 36000 for our family, we are waiting in the queue from 5 in the morning to get the ticket. What a shame! Waste of money, time and energy. So please don't prefer PARVEEN TRAVELS for any sake. 😢😥

              I've travelled madurai to chennai in mercedes benz bus. I gave my luggage to the driver. He kept my bag in the luggage... At 3:50 bus started from mattuthavani. At 10:45 i've get off the bus at guindy kathipara bus stop. But i forgot to take the baggage. Later only i remember about the bag. Then ive tried to call many customer care number but it won't work. Then i found the baggage complaint number, and i've tried to that.. He asked the driver but the driver told him that there was no bag. But i knew his face. He only took my bag and kept in the luggage but now he's refusing... I've so disappointed with this incident. I thought that parveen travels was so safe and secure. But these kind of incidents makes me so insecure about parveen travels...

                Pareveen travels dont have even common sense.. You bus got 8 hours delayed and i dropped mail with all details.. Not even single apology asked from the stupid parveen travels team./
                You guys are money minded and not worried about customer service..

                You guys taken a faulty bus from trivandrum and travelled at 10kmph.. You guys charged 1400 for ticket and delivering such a poor service. Even you know the bus in faulty you guys didnt changed the bus.
                The bus was changed after 12 hours, is that called customer service??
                Instead of reaching chennai by 05:30 am, reached chennai by 12:30..

                  Hi team,

                  I have booked my bike to be shifted from chennai to bangalore - bommanahali on 13th october 2017.

                  But it still hasn't reached me. I am keep following up with parveen express everyday and i am really fed up with your unprofessional behavior.

                  You promised to deliver the package in 24 hours. It is more than 4 days and now mr. Satheesh ([protected]) calling me and saying the package is still at madhavaram and take couple of days.

                  I paid rs.1850 for this kind o[censored]nprofessional-ism. I would need an explanation for this and request you to provide a refund.

                  I was fooled by the words you have mentioned in your website that you deliver package in 24 hours or 48 hours at the maximum. I feel it's a mistake that i have chosen parveen express.

                    This is to bring to your kind attention that i have not got my refund for my 2 times ticket cancellation and when i called the customer care they say it will be credited to my account in 6 working days and it's been 2 weeks plus. Am a very loyal customer for parveen. Request you to resolve my refund issues as soon as possible. My refund should be around 4000.

                      When i booked ticket using redbus.in today moring price shows rs.1100 and same bus i tried to re-check in evening cost reduced to rs. 828 for same bus, travel date on 2017-oct-15, 9.15am. Bus from chennai to madurai.

                      I contacted redbus, they say bus operator slashes the price change. Pls contact parveen travels

                      Kind request to parveen travels to pack back the change difference atleast 200rs per ticket. So two tickets rs.400 to refund.

                      I tried calling praveen travels boarding pt contact no. [protected]. That person told the rates published by redbus are wrong and go forward use their website.

                      Please help to refund the price difference only 400rs for 2 tickets.

                        Today (25/09/17) morning, we booked two seats to travel from chennai to ramanathapuram (Departure time: 8.00pm, today) through online for my mother and sister named b. Janaky, and t. Jothilakshmi (Seat no.13 and 14). Due to sudden health problem, my mother aged 74 is not in position to travel as booked. While we contactacted your office for cancellation, they informed that as per your existing policy refund is not allowed in the last minute. The amount paid for booking of two tickets is rs.1140/-. We are not expecting full amount to be refunded, however it will be good and justice if certain percentage of amount is refunded for not traveled tickets. This for your consideration and we hope justice would be done. Expecting your early reply

                        Driver who is driving parveen bus from chennai to rameswaram...not have a courtesy to stop the vehicle for dinner...my mom s a diabetic patient, she didnt hav a food till now...bus was started from koyambedy around 7:15 pm...but the driver didnt stop the bus for dinner...

                          Im travelling from Rameswaran - chennai route. I have been travelled in your bus for morethan 5 years. Now drivers also chenged. Inside the bus at the front seat (v4) there are no water bottle holder. We have to hold that in our hand. Thats rediculous. Second, the seats are sooooo dirty. 3rd, stoping for dinner at the cheapest restaurant, i will upload it too. We are not the animals. Before some months. They have stopped at NAVEEN IN hotel near karaikudi. It was nice place to eat. Lastly the side mirror is stuck! Can't slide to anywhere. We are paying money, not travelling for free. Full day no air nothing. After this i want travel in your travels? I have better choices. Its really bad services. Final suggestion ( you guys can give a AC bus on this route)

                          Even after giving the detail where the iPhone was located the Parveen staffs are not tracking them and helping me to get the stolen bag or taken by the Parveen staff and issued to other passenger.

                            Bus is waiting at. One of thw boarding point since last 45 min, for one person keeping other 50 people on wait is not a good thing 10-15 min is fine but 45 mn to one hour not good. Tgs is my thord travel with your service, every time same issue. People are hungry for rheir dinner... Also last one gour you are burning your fuel, your fuel, do not you think that is a unnexxessort cost for you?

                              I was booked ticket for pondicherry to madurai. Valvo semi sleeper bus.
                              The pickup point pondicherry they arrange pickup bus pondicherry to villupuram bus as well.
                              But villupuram to madurai bus is not come till 3am.
                              My travel time is 10.30pm sill am waiting.
                              The parveen travel people are not given proper response.
                              Am asked refund they are given my money.
                              Am so irritated for waiting to parveen travels. Finoly the bus came.
                              But am siting beside of driver.
                              My seat number was 18 hardly i spend rs800 but am sitting in beside of driver.
                              I feel very very bad.
                              Service is very bad no word to tell my wrist experience to parveen travel.

                                Hi, i'm a frequent traveller and would always want parveen travels as my traveling vehicle. It's fast and safe, but the maintenance is very poor in all the ac and non ac. It's now 4:50am sunday august 13 and i'm traveling in mercedes-benz and couldn't sleep because lots of wholes on the bus leads rain waters come inside and yet still it continues. I would like to bring it to your knowledge since many passengers are on board are in trouble now including women and children. Kindly take some steps to avoid getting rejected by the customers in future.

                                  I'm Dhanya from rajapalayam. On 09/08/2017 Ticket no. tk8y57599863, I travelled from Bangalore to Rajapalayam. From the beginning of the travel, bus condition was not good it was giving some odd sounds but still driver continued driving. At around 2.30 the bus broke down. After 1.5 hours, we were asked to board another parveen bus which is going to tirunelveli. Once we reached madurai they informed us that they cant drop us in rajapalayam instead they dropped us in thirumangalam. This is not fair. I am regular customer to parveen. Eventhough other travels are there I still prefer parveen because I feel good service and safe. But I got disappointed when they drop us in middle. Atleast they should have arranged something for us to reach rajapalayam because old people were also there who were carrying big luggages which is difficult for them to carry. Atleast for them they should have provided money and make them board the bus. But they didnt take any steps from their end, simply they dropped us in middle. Since we know the area(thirumangalam) we could manage, if it is a new place how can we manage. Kindly please arrange good condition bus.

                                    I have travelled to cochi from pondicherry on 3rd august. Booked sleeper with a choice of seat but they asked to shift bus. This kind of thing has happened twice before on same route. They change bus either at coimbatore or before. I was asked to take the last seat which was literally throwing me up. I had booked a sleeper for comfortable journey but had to travel on last seat with no dirty linens already used. I seek a refund for non delivery of satisfactory services and also a seek monetary charges for increasing backache and harassment of carrying luggage from one bus to another.

                                      I have booked ticket in parveen office tirumangalam madurai. Ticket details are given below. My boarding time &pick up time is 9:30 pm. I got a call from parveen office @ 8:40 pm (An hour before boarding please note : no other information was given before that regarding early bus arrival) saying that bus had already reached office. I also told the respective tirumangalam parveen manager that i will be there within 15 min to board the bus. As i said i reached office within 15 min. I am very shocked to hear from tirumangalam manager that the bus has already started. I am very much disapointed. I'm a single lady travelling to chennai. I need some attention on this.

                                        I booked ticket at Parveen travels on 4.07.17 @ 8.50 p.m seat no 7 for my grandmother...But the bus didint responded me during pickup hence we completely missed my bus even though we were standing on the bus terminal. She must reach Ramanathapuram on 5.07.17 but due to this she cant be on time..because of this incident the my grandmother health was upset..Please take a necessary action and provide us proper compensation

                                        Now the time is 8:10 still I'm waiting for bus .

                                        I'm here from 6:00am but nobody is available at the counter to ask the status they came to counter at 7:00 am and said me bus will come in 30 minutes still I'm waiting...
