Trip cmbt to vedaraniam 27.07.2019 night 9.30pm, i pothuvudaichelvan with my family boarding at cmbt bus stand opp near tn elect comm office, driver cell call divert us wandering between omni bus stand and cmbt. Each boarding point he stopped bus more than 15mts. At velankanni bus stand to unloading luggage driver fight with parcel receiver more than 30mts, unloading parcel 45 mts, so we arrived vedaraniam 8.10am. Please take action against driver and poor service. If you continue, the poor service, we neclet parveen travels, for bitter experience of 27.07.2019 travel. My add 7, swasthik nagar, ttp road, vedaraniam-614810.

    We have booked our ticket (18.june.2019)from Chennai to Madurai. Boarding time at tambaram hindu mission hospital at 6.45 Am. But bus was not arrived at the estimated time. We are standing at boarding point for more than 1hour 30minutes with my 3year old kid. We are not received the bus details and driver information via message or call. When we call Parveen customer care they are asking us to install Parveen mobile app to fetch the bus and driver information (DO PARVEEN TRAVEL THINKS PASSENGER WAITING TIME IS THE RIGHT TIME TO BRAND PARVEEN TRAVEL MOBILE APP INSTEAD OF SERVICING AT NEED?). At least they should have informed about the delay in prior, to manage the passengers boarding point arrival plan. How long to wait with 3 year old kid. Let us see, what Parveen travels responds.

      I travelled with Parveen to Tanjore and back from Chennai. I had to wait at the boarding point for a while, and was told the van had broken down and was put in an Ola auto to Koyambedu. The 10:30 pm bus left at 11:45 pm and after several stops to pick up angry customers, reached Tanjore three hours late.

      On my return, I was given a revised notification for the boarding point and waited there for an hour, I spoke to a representative once who told me to wait at the same spot and that I would be picked up. But the bus never came there and left without me. Another representative tried to get the bus to wait at the next point and took me there, but the driver had left.

      No one picked up repeated calls, I was stranded, was late for a wedding, and had to reach Chennai very late in the night, all because of Parveen. Ladies travelling alone like me would have a tough time under such circumstances.

      I've been trying to reach them for a refund on their customer care line, and they keep cutting my calls. Terrible experience with them. They're supposed to be a good travel agency.

        I'm Surya. I traveled from chennai to hyderabad on june 05, 2019. My dropping point is Kondapur. I carried 1 back pack and 1 trolley. The trolley is in under the bus. After I'm getting down in kondapur I checked in luggage area. To my shock my trolley is missing. That bus assistant mistakenly gave my trolley to someone. I have some important documents in that.

          I have booked my bus from Chennai to Avinashi and the boarding time was mentioned at 4.00pm.
          So I came to stop at 3.20pm itself. Have been standing around one hour and bus was not at the place. So I called to parvenn travels and asked and they said that time was mentioned wrongly and bus will come to stop only after 5.30. I'm standing in bus stop for more than 2 hours 30 mins. Why are you making such a mistakes for the customers. Half of the day of mine has been wasted. I want a resolution from your side and give a solution as soon as possible

          Ask refund your money. Otherwise they will do the same mistakes. Bus can came late. But if you are late by 5mins they won't wait. And sold your ticket and will not refund your money. This travels not properly send information to passenger. They need money only. Not passenger satisfaction. This is the number one travel to cheating the passenger.

              Traveling in chn to bangalore bus 10.45 on 31.05.2019. Seat l11 13 14. Last seat no ac vent. Asked and they told they don't have drilling machine and asked me to wait to get cool. It was like sleeping in tandoori stove and not even able to sit here. Called cust care and they told they will check and try to resolve. No action. Still i'm not able to sleep and our family members suffering a lot including my son. Was charged for three tickets and this is the service parveen travels will provide. Worst service. What action will be taken. Whether my money will be refunded back to me for all the inconvenience caused to me and to my family members.

                I have booked a ticket to travel from chennai to pondicherry on 24/05/2019 in vadapazhini. If i am going to govt bus only rs 155 but i has paid rs 829 compare to 6 times higher amount i have paid. Boarding time is 11:40 am i have reached 11:45 but bus was left before boarding time.
                I call a driver iyappan and request to please stay i will reach within a min but he did not compromise and told to come pillar and went. Driver collapsed every thing. Just half km distance even i came a bike to boarding point. I called red bus several time to raise a complaint they didn't respond my call. I call parveen travels office they also spoke attitude and blaming me make a mistake and refuse to cancel my ticket. They loot my money.
                Previously this travels late even one and half an hour late we compromises and stay to take a boarding because we paid money earlier. But they didn't even wait 5 min. Their mindset only grab money to customer not to given service.
                Driver lie and he called me and time is over i am going but really i called that driver in first call he told me i am not wait if you want to come pillar and tiruvanmayur.
                Same day suffer another guy (Sathish) i have attached him complaint. They treat a customer like him servant.
                I requested to wait they refuse my request and finally request to cancel my booking and this also refused. They did not help anything. I called redbus team they did not response me and they called me another number and he is also blaming me to you only make mistake you have to come 15 min before boarding point they told me term and condition. Driver really lie
                I am really hopeless and stay in pillar in 2 hour and fructivated. I lose my trust in redbus and parveen travels.
                I have attached all screenshot given below problem still not resolved but the redbus team has closed the ticket self.
                I need refund my money. Please take a request and make me refund and do needfull redbus team.

                This call log all is redbus team number and parveen travels office number and unworthy driver number. I am suffered in make a driver mistake.

                  Sir, i travelled through your bus on 17.5.2019 friday night from pudukottai to pondicherry - the bus was late by 45 minutes and i was on the street your franchise closed the office at 1030 hours secondly at about 330 am the bus belt got damaged and the bus stopped near thozhudur - the driver tried to shift the passenger to other buses which was in vain - all the passengers were on street for about 3 hours - finding no other way i came to villupurm through tnstc bus and from their i came to pondicherry through another bus - there was no regret for the inconvenience cause - i felt very much wounded - request for your reply and paying back damages with fare cost at an earlier date to avoid further complications - ravichandran k r pondicherry cell : [protected]

                    I have booked a ticket to travel from chennai to coimbatore on 24-05-19. Boarding time was at 1.45pm. I have reached there at 1.50. But bus was left at 1.48pm. I don't want to tell anything. Kindly refund my money. And bus driver mahendren was very worst. Here after i will not use this bus and even won't suggest to anybody. I am very angry with parveen travels. I asked in the office. They told driver is the problem.

                    I should be reach to coimbatore tonight. I have important work. But Driver collapsed all the things. I lost many things due to this. Driver do not know the value of my money. Due to traffic only I reached there by 5mins delay. Last time your bus was late by two hours. At that time I did not register any complaint. But today I am very upset. I booked another bus. Its cost is very high. I feel happy if I give that money to poor people. But it is waste of my money. Moreover I have not received any message from your side. I have called so many times to office from 12.30pm. But they did not attend the call. Very worst service also. And I asked for alternate bus in the office. But they said that there is no option. I have informed to the office like I will be there in 5mins. But bus driver did not wait. Humanity is greater than the status

                    I have sent mail many times to parveen[cheating teavels] travels. But will not response. Inhumanity driver, cheating parveen office staffs. Not supported to passenger. They are giving an importance to money only. If your travels is good, one time your bus came late by 2hours.that time you did not refund my money. Where is the truth. But this time I came 5mins late. You did not picked me up, sold my ticket to high rate and not refund my money. What a trick to cheat passenger. Super keep it up. Your travel will improve. Hats off. 😠😠😠😠😠

One day my name will come to your mind. Becuase it is my day and night hardwork money. I did not cheat anyone. God is my side. He knew whose side mistake. You should answer to god. If you don't refund my money, kindly spend my money to some poor people.

                      My name is renjith thanu. R from nagercoil. Writing this mail to convey my bad experience with parveen travels service.

                      I have booked a ticket (Pnr no: bspt[protected] for my sister to travel from chidambaram to nagercoil on 21st may 2019. Scheduled departure time from my boarding point was at 8:15 pm. But bus wasn't reached there till 9:15pm, in between i didn't get any call from your agency. After i called your agency many times, but no one has responded. Later we reached bus authority number. They confirmed bus reached seerkaali and asked us to come seerkaali to pick the bus. Am not sure what kind of service it is. The girl who was supposed to travel is 18yrs old and its night time. Travels should think of passengers safety as well. If there is a delay or miss your employee should have call passenger and arrange alternate solution for it. But here we were keep calling your agency and no one has responded.

                      We always prefer parveen travels considering its reputation and service. But this incident really disappointed us.

                      I have called chennai office and reported this issue. They have asked me to sent an complaint letter through email with all details. Am expecting refund amount of that bus ticket. Let us know how you consider this complaint.

                        Today i travelled from coimbatore to chennai. When i get down at koyeambedu noticed that my bag is missing. After 1 hr i came to know that my bag wag wrongly handover by the driver to other party @ perungalathur all things including my son medicine i kept inside the bag. Now i forced to leave the place & asked to collect the bag by tomorrow.
                        Kindly arrange to get my bag without any delay
                        However i want to register this case & take the action.
                        If i don't recd by tomorrow morning, i will register my complaint.

                          Never book any consignment with parveen travels. I have tried this agency to book solar panels from chennai to calicut on 3rd may. It's 8th today, still, they can't give me the updates. I contacted calicut, chennai, palaghat offices, no one is giving me a satisfactory reply. They are not even willing to talk.
                          Today is the last day, i committed with my client that i deliver the materials, if i can't he will cancel the order, and my lose is 6.5 lakhs!

                            I booked ticket 11:15pm from trichy to chennai on 1-05-19 at parveen travels. The boarding point was given by me at trichy chitra complex. 11:15pm i did not have a bus. I called and asked why the bus is not yet coming to my boarding point. They told us that we had to cancel the bus which had to depart from trichy. So they asked me to come with the no 1 tolgate. At that time, it would be exactly 11:30pm. The number 1 tollgate from chathram bus station will be exactly seven kilometers away. I took a rental auto and went there. The rent i gave to auto was 170 rupees. This is really a great loss for me, and even wasting that night time.
                            But there was parveen travels van, it's not the bus. If the bus is traveling, i'll be sleeping in peace, i am not satisfied. I request you to give me a rent of 170 rupees for auto. My contact numbers: [protected]/[protected]

                              I was travelled from chennai to tenkasi on 01/05/2019.

                              • on perungalathur praveen travel office booked bus 3 tickets from my name sankaran mobile number [protected] date of booking : 01/05/2019
                              • ac semi sleeper 10:00 pm at perungalathur.
                              • on 2nd morning 7:15 am i spoke to my relative telling that i am in kadayanallur will be reach another 15 minutes
                              • we are the last passengers get down from the bus tenkasi new bus stand before that all the passenger were left.
                              • while getting in to auto i found i miss the mobile in bus. So we directly go to praveen travel tenkasi office. And the office was closed. So the auto driver directly took to praveen travel bus depo itself. While travelling in auto my wife call 2 times to my number and ring was going. Around 7:25 am
                              • after that mobile switch off. We check with the bus driver he replied that we just now stopped and please check the bus. We go and check but mobile missing
                              • i am 100% sure we are the last passengers get down form bus after that no person in the bus
                              After 10 min also mobile was ringing after that only mobile got switch off.
                              • i have great faith in praveen travels i am not complaining about the driver. Bcs he replied that we got more things left we will return back to customer but in tenkasi praveen travel office mr. Siva mobile number: [protected] told that cleaner joined newly he will check with him. If any person took wrongly please verify and do the needful.

                                  I have booked parveen travels corona ac sleeper to travel from chennai to tirunelveli on 17th april 2019. Boarding point is koyambedu and departure time is 10.15 pm. We were asked to come to baording point by 9 pm (1 hr early) to minimise the delay due to traffic. All the passengers arrived early but we were asked to board a chennai to coimbatore bus and told that tirunelveli bus is waiting in perungalathur. Bus started by 10 pm and reached perungalathur by 1.30 am :- (. Many passengers were with kids and infants. We all were awake till then to get into tirunelveli bus. When bus reached perungalathur, we enquired in parveen office and shocked to hear that bus is on the way, pls wait (?). Finally bus came by 1.50 am, after getting into bus also, they were not willing to start, when enquired angrily by passengers, they told they were waiting for passenger (??). Finally they started by 2 am and bus quality is very poor with more noise disturbing sleep. To be noted, they have charged rs.1417 for me (Rs.1900 for some passengers). This was really pathetic and i won't recommend parveen travels to my friends and relatives and will avoid booking the bus in future.

                                    I am travelling in parveen for the past 6 months worst behaviour with your attender am facing right from the start of the journey.
                                    I was keep on asking the attender to provide waterbut he is not responding. Request you to remove the ammenmities from your bus so that this kind of incidents will be avoided and you could save tons of money. Advertising on your bus to save earth is more important than providing wayer on board. Hatssoff!!!

                                      Sir, i booked online ticket by red bus app. On 2.4.2019 at 12.30pm bording time 2.50pm the displayed that bording erode lakshmi nagar but subsequently i know that which is 15 know from erode town near bhavani. Immediately i conduct your driver as well as customer care no response. Immediately i cancelled the ticket. I shocked you charged 90 percent from ticket. If my amount is not refund i will be sue and writ petition against govt to take necessary action against you

                                        Travelled from madurai to chennai on 10/04/19 pickup time-22:30. While
                                        Travelling bus going bit slow and stopped after seeing that tyre was firing while moving bus and also smoky. Later that bus tyre balloon was bursted due to heavy parcel kept in bus.. Feeling fear to travel in parveen travels henceforth.. Kindly check and fix it as will not happen the same in future... Thanks for your consideration.
