I booked two tirupati packages from coimbatore for 25th December 2016(seat number 33 and 34). The money was debited however the transaction page said the transfer failed and gave me a transaction number BSPT[protected].
could you please help me to get this money refunded. The customer care said that it will take a week to refund; however there was not credited.

Bus was very very late.nearly one and half hour late till bus not came we passengers are waiting nearly 2 hrs.
Pls take some action.
Only chennai yo veilankanni sevice is worst.

    When I was traveling from karaikudi to Chennai on25/11/16 at 10.00pm A/C semi sleeper ..The bus it self came late. They entered in karaikudi bus stand at 10.46pm ..when the bus was running the driver switched on his mobile and playing the song louder ..when I asked him to reduce the volume he told this is my mobile so I can't switch off or reduce the volume ..it was around 1230 midnight ..we people have to take peaceful sleep during our travel so that next day we have to perform our duty..For this purpose we are choosing your travel..where. as your drivers are not listening the passengers inconvenience .I request you to take necessary action ..please ..

      Because of you i have missed my important meeting. I booked a bus on 11.30 pm from trichy to Chennai. You started your bus on 12.50. While coming, a tyre got puncture. The bus u allotted is also an alternative buses which has very less provision. Not upto the money i gave for ticket. Being a big travel agency it is very irritating and provoking services that you have given. I lost my 3 hours because of you. My paid money is also wasted.

          One of the worst ever travel experience for my mother.travel was from chennai to ramnad, date - 9/9/2016, dep time - 9.15 pm, The time committed for arrival is @ 7.15 am but the vehicle got break down near devakottai @ around 9am and my mother was forced to take a local bus from there. For such a kind of pathetic service they have collected 800 rs. Request to seek adequate action against Parveen for such a lathargic attitude towards customers. If their buses are such in poor condition then why the hell they collect money. request refund for the same.

          Almost parveen travels office..perungalathur is full of people. Just kept two AC for showcase. People here are suffocating. Almost got headache. Worst office. People working in travel, telling AC is working but not at all working.

            I have booked a ticket in redbus from chennai to trichy on 14/8/2016 at praveen travels.
            1. My boarding time at perungulathur is 9.30am but the bus came at 10.40am.
            2. Travels had combined 2 bus passengers in a single bus which leads to a quarrel among the passengers with the same seat number. Also the lady in charge to allocate seat asked the passengers to adjust so that they wi'll take the bus in time. Also she said if you can't adjust, just get down we will refund your money.
            3. Both the driver and cleaner didn't have basic manners to give respect to the passengers. Had a quarrel with me to put the luggage in the bus and using filthy language.
            4. 20 minutes after vilupuram the driver stopped the bus and engaged into a minor (God only knows) repair work in the bus belt. And when a co passenger asked hw much time it ll take to reach trichy, he said it's based on your luck😲
            5. There is some small insects in the screen and roof of the bus.
            6. At last i reached tolgate by 4pm.

            I will never prefer praveen travels in my lifetime. Travelled along with my 1year kid it's really a frustrating journey for us.

              I've travelled from Chennai to Madurai in parveen travels. I came exactly 3min late (reached @ 9.03 pm) from the departure time(9 pm). For that the man who's checking the passengers list had shouted like the hell. This shows how you treat your customers. Even mistake is in my side he's not suppose to use such a harsh words after I asked excuse. Very bad attitude shown towards customer. I don't know the person name. If it's known I would be darely mentioning it here. Very bad customer service. Bus is good but the people like driver etc treating the customers are not at all good. And they don't have a basic courtesy to tell the stopping names for making Travellers trip easy. Everybody traveling from Chennai to madurai will not be aware of their getting point name. Driver or someone over there it's their responsibility to announce the local stops there. Very very bad experience. Sorry to say this waste people working there.

              Hi I am hari from Bangalore I HV booked a car from ramnad to madurai full money I pay .due to some problem I can't go so I HV informed to travels 4hours before that cancel it today and tomorrow we will go he told k and finally he is saying they can't refund the money back they r [censored]er people
              I Travel on 29.09.18 parveen bus, and stop the bus break and lunch at a2b. At time not pick the customer after lunch .

              And I mentally upset, loss of bus.

                Due to non arrival at scheduled time when customer care was contacted at 10pm regarding info about the bus and lady passenger pick up, was given wrong information that passenger was picked up inspite of calling repeatedly more than 5 times to the customer care for informing that passenger was waiting from 9:15pm. They cut the call twice without giving proper information and even did not have the courtesy to call back and reply. After repeated follow ups from the relatives the bus which went off without picking lady passenger was stopped long way from boarding point and lady had to travel alone by taxi to catch the bus.

                  From coimbatore to chennai

                  I went to parveen office at coimbatore with my 5 yr old son and my wife to board the bus at 9.00 pm.
                  Manager inside the office was really rude... He was not interested to answer when bus is scheduled etc. Just said "sir, go and stand outside. We will call you when the bus is ready"...In local language. It was really embrassing for me.

                  As the bus got delayed, guys planned to take all the people of that bus to main road which was fully packed with vehicles. Person named karthikeyan was again a rude guy, he took every passanger to the main road and made us wait in dark for 30 mins. That was as complete chaos in heavy traffic, with kids and luggage. When we spoke to karthikeyan, he just said me, why the hell you booked ticket with parveen. We do not require you. That shows parveen travels is having incompent work force... All the passangers are dissatisfied.

                  Bus was a go green bus, but i saw driver and cleaner throwed all the empty water bottle on the road. That was really against swach bharath. I am going to write this in consumer forum as well.

                      I have similar incident. My brother booked my bike to be delivered to bangalore Madiwala and send me the tracking ID no. After one day i checked the status it read that it was loaded and un loaded in trichy itself. I tried to contact the no provided in the message sadly the no does not exist. I called your customer care no and inquired and they told me the parcel was not loaded due to shortage of space and only the next day it will be loaded and the delivery will be after 2 days. I would like to ask you few things.
                      1. When you already have enough parcel and you are sure that it can not be sent that particular day why do you book the parcel without even informing this to the customer?
                      2. When you are an established forum how could you give a mobile no that is not in use? Is it to disappoint the customer?
                      3. If the parcel is not sent when you were supposed to send why dont you have the courtesy to inform to the concerned customers at least through SMS, after all you charge pretty more money than others.
                      Kindly rectify these things or else people will not opt for you as there there are several other services.

                      even today i called your customer care to know the status of the parcel as there was no up date when i tracked the position. The person at the customer care ([protected]) said that she will find out and tell me. After more than 1.5 hrs i called her back and she said she is yet to get the details. So i called the trichy office ([protected]) and he said it it was already dispatched yesterday and when i asked him as why there is no online update, he immediately cut the call. I made several calls but he did not lift the phone. At last he took the phone and said he is in a meeting and talked to me very rudely and did not answer properly.


                      Dear Sir, i would like to tell you that i am not a BEGGAR at the door step of your company rather i am a client who has paid for your service and you are answerable . If you had kept your word and delivered the good on time i dont have to call you. Kindly take a note of the above and act. Thank you.

                        Dear sir,
                        Please be informed that i boarded the ac sleeper from madurai to chennai on 24th april 2016. My seat no is u 10 with boarding point as mattuthavani at 9.50 pm. The bus stopped after crossing trichy @1230 hours and till 0430 hrs the vehicle could not be repaired and the substitute vehichle a non ac semi sleeper started @0430 hours and dropped the passengers in chennai with 3.5 hours delay. Due to above delay i had forgo an important meeting scheduled between 0900 hours to 1200 hours and also i had to apply for a casual leave for 0.5 days.
                        Kindly request the travels to compensate for the following:
                        1.Four hours delay resulting in casual leave.
                        2. Lack of ac for the rest of the journey in semi sleeper non ac.

                          We made a booking for parcel from nagercoil to bangalore. We specifically checked if the parcel can be dropped in madiwala, bangalore. The booking person at nagercoil promised that we will get it in madiwala center on the 3rd day. But when we went to madiwala center on 3rd day and asked for the package, they told it will not come here and we have to pick it up from mysore road center which is 15kms from our place.

                          Why do you guys have to cheat just to take an order. If you had told that it cannot be sent to madiwala, we would have used other services. The response from the staffs here at madiwala is also not proper. No one wants to take up the responsibility and act on it. They are making us go everywhere. They are asking us to check with nagercoil center for this mishap.

                          I thought parveen was genuine one, but looks like they are also fraud in these cases. Just for rs180/. They are spoiling their reputation. I would really like someone to take responsibility for this transaction and act on it.

                            Parcels (Booked on 2.4.16) of household items sent from banglore madiwala to ambasamudram tirunelveli. Received the parcels (7.4.16) in pathetic condition especially electronic goods ifb washing machine, bpl fridge and bpl colour tv.

                            These items were not packed and arrived without boxes eventhough we gave the boxes for washing machine, tv and fridge. Fridge and tv are completely broken. Washing machine received in bad condition and not working with missng knob and lowerpart. Other goods like cot, tea poi are received with legs broken.

                            We have paid the booking charge of rs.4000 and rs.500 (Not in bill for packing charges) as asked by mani[protected] in parveen travels madiwala bangalore. We had told him so many times to pack the goods well. He didnt pack in front o[censored]s and told he will pack everything in bomanahalli office.

                            We received the parcel in naked condition, the booking numbers are written in washing machine and fridge (Photos attached in mail). This proves you the items were not packed.

                            We need refund and claim for the damaged items.

                            We had sent a mail to [protected]@ptexpresslines.com and following up by phone calls. But no actions and no proper response.

                              I booked a ticket from palakkad to chennai on parveen travels on April 4th 2016. I had many luggage to carry and so during the boarding of the bus the agent was present there and asked me what the luggage contained and it was food materials so I told him and confirmed if it required any permission to which he said it can be carried. The luggage was kept in the compartment by the cleaner. And just about 30 minutes has passed by je comes and demands money for the luggage. I had 3 boxes and he demanded for 600 rupees for it. I am a regular traveller in parveen travels and i have never been asked for any money the luggage. So I asked why it was for and usually no one asks for it. I strongly said there is no need to pay up. To which he asked to give some money to him alone. I again said there is no need to bribe anyone for this. Soon as the bus reached the coimbatore office he asked me to get down and pay up or else he would throw away my luggage on the road. I reacted immediately and told him I would take legal action against him. He then threatened me to drop somewhere in the middle of the road and they would carry on. The driver ce down and said he would provide a bill and then I would have to pay up. So I asked for a proper bill. Then they come up with a booking ticket receipt and the amount of 300 rupees and gave it to me. I asked for a luggage carrying bill to which they said it was over and they didn't have it. They demanded for the money to which I had to pay up a sum of 300 rupees. And finally he used some foul language on me and left.
                              I am taking up this issue very seriously and am willing to go to any extent even if it takes up legal judiciary actions.

                              your calicut staff told 2 hrs delay but the bus came 5hrs delay..we booked tickets 5pm from calicut to chennai but the bus came at 10:45pm.no one giving reasonable answer, very worst thing is bus condition and driving.60km per hour then when we will reach????

                                It is just benz frm outside and dabba bus inside.. It is very slow in service and high in price. Drivers just want free food from dhabas.. Where ever they see dhabas they stop and eatfree food.. It never brought me on tym to chennai from hyd or to hyd from chennai.. Please dont believe in their timings and bus staff are very rude enough than anyone

                                  I booked bus for 27th March, 2016 in pudukkottai and the bus left me without any phone call or any information.I generally avoid this travels because of this issur.I don't know what kind of service is provided to customer.I lost my bus as well as my money.Worst service ever.If we ask the travels in charge for Parveen in Pudukkottai, he is saying he doesn't have the contact number of the passanger and does not know the driver number too.Too careless and too lethargic replies.How can they leave their passanger without even informing or without a call? If you can't provide proper service tell your passengers.

With reference to your complaint, please be informed that bus arrived at Pudukottai 10:55 pm and departed at 11:.05 pm, bus waited for 10 minutes for your seat in pudukottai and driver announced the same before bus departure.

                                  Also from concern branch tried out calling, your number was not reachable. due to which we are unable to inform you about the departure.

                                  We recommend you to report at least 20 Min prior to the departure time, for hassle free check in.

                                    On[protected] we travelled by parveen travels bus from madurai to chennai. It was a sleeper bus that left madurai at 9-45 pm. The spare driver of the bus was un-courteous right from the beginning.
                                    At 10 -30 pm when most of the passengers had almost gone to sleep, the driver switched on the tv with high volume. When we requested the driver to reduce the volume as we have to sleep to go to office next day, the spare driver yelled at us and said the sleeper bus was not only meant for people who want to sleep and was also meant for people whowant to enjoy entertainment. We said if that was the case then they should provide individual head phones sothat the co passengers are not disturbed. The ruffian driver shouted again saying that for 1000+ rupees we should not expect that,
                                    There were only four youngsters who were watching the movie (Thanga magan) the spare driver behaved like a rowdy and threatened us. He instigated the four youth to join him in heckling us.
                                    Frustrated, we went to bed. As the audio was disturbing we couldnt sleep till the movie was over at12.30 midnight
                                    2) suddenly water started pouring from the ac vent soaking many of the passengers in the upper berth. When we complained about this to the rogue driver he sarcatically said that we dont have to take bath next day and go to work without wasting time on bathing.

                                      Hi my name is thameem ansari. J from chennai. I approached your travels with full hope and happily in perungalathur on saturday[protected] @7.00pm to travel just for pondicherry. (For gst road way) but i was not been informed that the bus will go through the ecr way.(1st mistake)

                                      I had my "just born baby" along with my wife having my baggages. Your office guy told that bus will arrive @ 7.45pm so we are ready to depart and was not considering about the fares. We booked the ticket for 2members "350 + 350rs". (For normal 100 + 100rs) tickets. (2nd mistake)

                                      We waited for 1hr atleast just for 2hrs of travel. Finally after i got fedup with many excuses and reasons from your office guy. So i went to get some food as parcel. But my bad luck bus arrived @ that time i got a call from the office guy and i came running the way.

                                      Finally i bored and entered into the bus with my wife and kid. Since it was dinner time you are very rich travels you stopped in a high class hotel in mahabalipuram where i could not able to get a single water packet too.

                                      How can you decide that all passengers are very rich to have food where you have halted for food break.
                                      Did you guys think about a normal person to have food ?????? (3rd mistake)

                                      Fine even we bare our hunger and continued the journey again.

                                      Finally when my destination place was near i clearly informed the driver to stop exactly at "shivaji statue" @ ecr. But driver didnot hear/responsed for what my concern is for. He straight away driven without stopping where i said to stop and passed us very long for 3-4kms away from my stopping.(4th mistake)

                                      Highlight you did is ""without even a coutesy you have thrown us (Me, my newborn kid, my wife) to a non transport area @12.00clk midnight time""(5th mistake)

                                      When i was talking about this to driver after getting down from the bus, he just simply started the bus and went away without any reply for a word sake. I was wondering about the behaviour/attitude shown to the passengers. You guys are well trained.

                                      ""i really felt as shame to use your travels where there is no safety for ladies or child in your travels & no service too"".

                                      If you really have a good heart please refund my trip amount to me.
