I was travelling from chennai to nagercoil.. There was a problem in pushing back the seat while going to sleep.. I informed to the bus service members.. No one is giving proper response not even gave a try to fix it... Worst travel i had for almost 12 hours.. Think about the amount we spend for comfortable journey... Worst customer service.. Proper action required to avoid these kinda things in future

    We booked ticket from pondicherry to sathyamangalam. Since there is no direct bus. Cab option is provided from pondicherry to dindivanam. We didn't received any message about pickup driver or van details so we checked with parveen staff. He is very rude and very unhuman in responding to us. We are very unhappy with such staff and it is very disappointing to receive worst staff service from such a good travels.. I surely won't recommend anyone who prefer parveen travels from pondicherry.. Worst staff and not customer friendly service.

      It is worst experience with parveen travels today (28-nov-2018). I have booked tickets from banglore to chennai with boarding point of silkboard. I was late of 5 mins and i called multiple times to driver and customer office and request to wait for 5 more mins as it is unexpected situation. The driver behavior was very very worst he cuts the call saying can't wait, very rude behavior. I never seen any private bus service like this. They are cheating with our money and sell the seat in black. I request to take some action against this.

        Dear sir

        We booked two tickets from pondicherry to palakkad (Round trip). The journey was excellent and convenient. No doubt and reached palakkad on time. But on return journey on 24th nov. (Sat) the bus has not come on time i. E. 8 o' clock to palakkad bus stop and it was delayed by 50 minutes. We both husband and wife standing in front of godrej interio since there is no facility to sit. As per instructions we came by 7.45 pm itself and waiting for one hour. It was a tiresome/ irritating experience and felt bad about it. Hope it will not happen in future. We are regular customers since 7 years in various routes.

        Palakkad to pondicherry : bus no. Kl 07 cn 4799 my pnr bspt[protected] seat no, 5 & 6.

        Note:
        Please take the matter as a serious issue and make sure that it will not happen in future. Because punctuality is most important not only in bus train and flights but also in life. I am a retired staff of sbi worked for 35 years. I was not late. Even a single minute through out my carrier to bank. It was highly appreciated by the management on my retirement day not only by top officials but also by others including customers.

          It is said that the bus got cancelled on the day before journey date and i was not informed through any medium. The ridiculous thing is that i received a sms saying, "please be at there 15mins prior to the boarding time'. Once i reached there a staff in the office told me that the bus got cancelled on the previous day because of breakdown. He was rude too. What a waste of all plans!

            My name santha kumar i have booked parveen travels on 16th nov 2018. From bangalore to krishnan kovil, my seat no 15 ticket no:tmcc44237516. Actual bus time 7.15pm but bus came at 8.45 pm. I asked driver and support persons y bus was delay, they said break down. After that bus went near to salem 1.00 am again break down. I asked driver you have not checked earlier otherwise you have to be change the bus. But him reply i shocked, management already known bus having some issue's just adjust one day will check later. This is very serious issue more than 33 passengers who will response. Some mechanic came resolved and again after few km again break down 2 hours we are waiting in high way and family and children's are including. Then finally they send spare bus. It's came at 5.00am and they reloaded luggage also.
            Actually i have suppose to get down my destination 6.00 am in but i reached my destination location at 12.45 pm. More than 17 hours i have journey it is worse worst in my life. Some (My uncle past away) emergency purpose i have booked a bus but they are careless before start the bus route management know technical issue in the bus. Pls take necessary action. Pls refund my amount also.

            Town bus is better condition than this. 123 kms take 8 hours and breakdown before salem..never book praveen travel in my life.. You have wantedly spoil your brand value..I have put negative reviews all over Google and where I can..

              The parveen travels buses doesn't wait for the passengers if incase the passengers arrival delays due to heavy traffic... But if the case is where the passengers need to wait for the bus which delays by half an hour to one hour we need to wait so long which doesn't even matters to the travels people... This is too bad and we are not given preference or importance at any cost from parveen travels... Even my dad runs travels but he knows how to treat customers and being such a big bus travels you people are surviving because o[censored]s only... Please keep that in mind before reacting to the customers during emergency situations...

                I got a bad experience from parveen travels when i was travelled from pondicherry to thrissur. I was forced to pay 100 rs extra for drop my correct stop. The bus was on the same route. I paid 1300 to sleeper ticket again he asked me 100 rs. They don't care the customer. I want a explanation from parveen travels and take actions against the staff. That's all

                  Staffs in parveen travels are so irresponsible. Mr. Satish working in adyar branch was so rude. I booked 3 tickets from chennai - kumbakonam with boarding point as adayar. But there was a change in boarding point it seems. The travels didn't inform me or notify with an sms. But they called me on the day of travel, i picked up, they told me it's just a confirmation call and they seriously didn't tell me anything about the change in boarding point. So, we came to adyar parveen travels, wasted our time there. Mr. Sathish talked so rudely and he said that he called us informed us. But they didn't call me or even a message. He is asking to book a cab and go. Dont i know that? It is your responsibility to inform the customers about the changes you make. You failed. Mr. Satish should atleast have spoken politely but he was so rude too.. Too lethargic.. Parveen travels gave us very bad customer experience.

                    I traveled two weeks back and i had the same experience on return journey from madurai to coimbatore. I left my feed back on website of praveen and there is no acknowledgement.
                    Today i recommended by family members to travel and got stuck in a break down. This clearly shows that there is no maintenance.
                    As there is no time for our appointment, we have recommended the family to take a route bus and reach madurai.
                    Now we need full refund for 2 tickets

                    Currently traveling from madurai to chennai now. Severe mosquito roaming here and there and especially biting me. No good ride this is and this my first ride in parveen travels with bad experience.

                    Coimbatore to chennai bus is scheduled at 10.30pm but had a worst experience that the bus is delayed by 1 hour and 30 minutes... Government bus service is better than parveen...worst service... Further they match the timings by going in high speed... Passengers are not safe...

                      I'm highly disappointed from ur corresponding bus driver, i have never expected such negligence from such a reputed travels.
                      Even though i informed from one of the available contact no. About our pick up point. I had been waiting for more than an hour prior to the bus arrival timing.
                      Eventhough four o[censored]s showed hand signal to the bus driver, he deliberately didnt stop the bus... I'm damn sure that we made our presence very clear to driver.
                      Ur staff made me to hire a car to catch the bus. Who's gonna compensate that money?
                      Next time i will think twice to board ur bus once again and wl definitely share the experience even with my aquintance as well...

                        Why do you feature hindi films in tamil nadu route bus ie from chennai to bangalore. Your bus on board assistant is not responding when requesting to feature tamil film. Will you feature tamil film in North india? I strongly disagree. I am travelling from chennai to bangalore on 3rd Sept . Pnr is bspt[protected]. I think as a regular customer i can ask this .

                          Dear praveen travels,

                          Don't think i'm jobless to type a big complaint like these. Please read completely and try improving your service.

                          Yesterday 31.08.2018 1st time i have done booking from tirunelveli to chennai on your travels. The 1st experience was really a worst i have never seen this kind of problems in any other travel.

                          1, the bus was schedule to depart from tirunelveli at 11:20 pm. Due to the maintenance of the regular volvo bus, there was a sudden change in the bus. Mercedes benz bus arrived, that too 1 hour delay at 12:20 am. Benz means first thing comes to our mind is luxury.

                          But the bus which came is a big dust bin.in side the bus there was some odd smell and it was not clean. The ac vents on top of my seat 13 w, water was leaking. It was a sleepless night. The center air filter was full of dust.

                          2, in the night, since the driver was new on tirunelveli - chennai route, he is not aware of the roads i think. He crashed into the branches of a road side tree and the left rear view mirror was completely broken. There are totally 40 plus passengers in bus. Praveen travels, you are really not concern about the customers lives. But concentrating more on filling the bus. Even no emergency breaking hammer placed in the bus

                          3, due to lack of thirunelveli - chennai distance to the driver. The bus was not fueled with enough fuel.in the morning near chengalpet the bus ran out of fuel and stopped in the middle of the road. My question is how come a driver is unaware of the fuel level and stopped the bus (Is he driving a mtc bus). Even mtc buses wont be stopped like this. Wont there be a fuel indicator in a company like mercedes benz. Really shame on you.

                          The journey between chengalpet to vandalur took 30 minutes, ac was not switched on due to unknown fuel level. Because they have fill very little amount of diesel to reach the nearest fuel station. It was very much suffocating. We never paid to get this kind of service from a travels like you.

                          4, at last it was totally a worst experience in praveen travels and i will never ever make any bookings in your buses.

                          5, please give proper training to your drivers. Maintain cleanliness in buses. There is no difference between a government ac coach and your ac coach. Finally the bus arrived chennai - egmore at 11.00 am whereas the schedule arrival was at 7:15 am.

                            Users are able to book tickets via online booking system, but due to some reason cancellation will not work ever.. if we call up customer care, no one will pick call to cancel ticket. Please enable cancellation via website..anyway during journey you will on board new persons by getting money from them in those empty seats. So please allow customers to cancel tickets via website.

                              Worst service from parveen express tranport.

                              We booked the praveen transport for transit madurai to chennai, two wheeler honda activa. While handover in madurai, the two is perfect condition without any damage.

                              My transit was received in t nagar, while opening the two wheeler, all the parts are brooken into several pieces and the vehicle was totally damaged.

                              I sent several mails and phone to customer care, but no proper response from praveen travels.

                              Very worst transport from praveen travels.

                              I spent for repair rs 6500 for my vehicle.

                                Booked a ticket today (14/08/2018) morning from coimbatore to dindugal at parveen travels, new siddhapudhur. Waited from 06:00 am at the said pickup point, aarvee hotel. But was said that the bus got breakdown down. Called up to six different times and was asked to wait. Finally called at 08:30 am and was informed that the bus left at 08:00 am. Irresponsible behaviour. Expecting a refund amount. Your all the call center numbers are not picking up the call. The office at new siddhapudhur is closed.

                                  Order ID 726923 Booked one confirmed ticket from Coimbatore to Madurai to travel on 06/08/18 at 5.45 a.m. through railyatri and confirmed seat No :10 and paid Rs.387/-. Received a greeting intimation message from Parveen to reach destination 15 mins before travel time. Accordingly reached boarding point at 5.30 AM and alas till 7 am no bus arrived. Tried calling given helpline [protected] & [protected] & [protected]. Long time no one picked the line. One person attended in line [protected] and very casually informed time of bus was re scheduled from 5.45 to 7.30 A.M.

                                  NO MESSAGE OR MAIL OR CALLS RECEIVED WITH REGARD TO CHANGE IN THE BUS TIME. CUSTOMER CARE WAS INFORMED THROUGH MAIL. NO RESPONSE. I HAVE UNDERGONE IMMENSE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL AGONY AND LOSS. PLEASE EXPLAIN YOURSELF

                                    Yesterday I booked the ticket from Chennai to Coimbatore. I got the contact number of Parveen Travels from Paytm after the booking. When I contacted them through phone yesterday no one attended the call. I was standing in the road nearly one hour for the bus without knowing the bus number and no information from Parveen travels. And also I have contacted Paytm customer care they also gave many number and no one attending the call.

                                    Finally bus arrived and when I asked them for a reason why you didn’t provide the contact number and bus vehicle number the driver in the bus was behaving very badly, so really felt very very bad as a common man and Paytm needs to provide a valid reason on this.

                                      Hi - we booked material against lr no 4426935 dated[protected] from trichy to chennai koyambedu. But material is not reached chennai as of now (Ie[protected]:58pm and poor service from your customer service. They feel that we are fool to accept all information provided by them. As per your tracking material booked from trichy thillai nager on 30 th july 2018 20.58 and delivered on 31 july 2018 morning 7.49 am in trichy ticket office - 11 hrs it took to reach trichy to trichy and your customer service argue that it is reaching chennai depot till now evening 5pm,. If this is the case you should not accept the booking from our end at the time of booking bcz of this huge delay and we loss our project. We cannot accept these type of delay from you and trnasfering the material as per your wish. Pls dont spoil the name of your owner mr. Mohammed a afza

                                        Booked ticket from mattuthavani madurai to bangalore. As per booking departure point is at mattuthavani but I received call from parveen travels stating the bus is delayed and i am the only person from mattuthavani so asked me to come 30 mins early so that will be sent to periyar in a pickup vehicle. I received a call at 12:40pm to check will i reach on time. At 12:55 pm while I am very close to mattuthavani on my way i received a call the pickup vehicle is gone and will i be able to able to go to periyar when I blasted him that I am near to mattuthavani he asked me to reach there and i was sent in a two wheeler with a parveen office staff to periyar. My concern : 1.If there is no pickup available in mattuthavani why is that given while booking. 2.Why did the office staff called me 3 times to confirm i am reaching 20 mins earlier to the pickup and at last informed me there is no pickup vehicle and send me in a 2 wheeler. This is heights o[censored]nprofessional opetation. Request the management to act on this and make sure the details of departure are updated properly in the website while booking.
