We booked a cycle to transfer from Ranipet to Porur. They told that Pallavaram is the nearest point we will book you there like that.Given the receipt as RPT 391 but in the system it was entered as RPT 392 confusion. It went to Perungalathur. While asking they are telling it is only booking point. if it is there why you are booking. Then they told we will shift it to Guindy and the they are telling that is also booking point.Finally I asked them to give door delivery. From customer care responded to give it in Maduravayol and there from we will give door delivery.That is also not happened. Due to this we are making so many calls so many follow ups. Still the task is not completed.Please make it at the earliest.

Third Class Bus service for Malvan

Never use Pravin Travel bus service from Dombivli - Malvan - Dombivli. Its a sheet travel company. Zero value for high ticket. Always late departure and late arrival, dirty & sticky buses, rude drivers and above that useless behaviour towards passengers. This Pravin Travels must shut from business. Do not book any tickets with this travel company
The drivers and customer service staffs are rude and intolerant

      I booked a parcel to send my Two Wheeler from Bangalore to Chennai on July 1 2014 and they told it will deliver in the next day and I called them on the next many number of times and at one time they told me the vehicle number as TN 21 AU 2883 in which they sent my bike and asked me to wait for half an hour and after one hour again I called them and then they told we did n't sent the parcel on July 1 and we will send it the next day .

      No Steps have been taken by the company simply they are telling the get the parcel morning, evening, night and finally I got my bike after 3 days and that too I waited in fron of that company because when I try to call to the office number mentioned in the invoice I got busy for several and when I went to the office it was closed so I dont know how it's having busy tone.

        I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Chennai on 1 July 2014 11.15 PM . On the day of boarding I reached the boarding point at 10.15 PM and I waited till 11.45 PM and asked the bus operator they gave a response that the bus went in the fly over since you are the only pick up and they booked a ticket in some other transport and that bus didn't went to the drop point where I booked in Parveen Travels(Guindy) and they dropped in highways and I faced a lot of problem with my heavy luggage .

          I booked two tickets to Rameswaram for the journey on 28/06/2014 .I specified the boarding point as Nanganallur But the bus didn't stop at the nanganallur stop .Instead they gave the ring from Perungalathur That I have missed the bus and that five persons boarded the the bus at nanganallur.When I asked them to give the names of persons who boarded the bus at Nanganallur they awaded direct reply.When we persisted they provided alternate accommodation upto Ramanathapuram .When I sent an email complaining about the treatment meted out to me I got an awasive reply that they have provided best possible alternate arrangements. I think the management is interested in increasing their fleet strength and develop their business without bothering about service K.Ramachandran

            Hi,

            This is the first time I have sent my article (TV) through Parveen thinking that they charge hefty amounts and their service will also be good. I have sent a LG TV 21 inches from Chennai to Madurai. It took 3 days to receive the article at the other end. We can accept time delay as long as the goods are received in good condition. But my TV is broken to the core. It is now not even worth for a penny.

            I have packed the TV with a TV box only, I have written "handle with care", "This side up" and so many arrow marks to denote the correct side....

            Generally if we send these breakable articles through lorry services, there is a threat that the article will be broken.

            This Parveen travel, which calls themselves as a good service provider in the market, cannot do these major mistakes. Their employees are just doing work for the sake of money, they do not even have a small heart or brain.

            Everything gone for a waste..

            I beg everybody not to send any article or travel with Praveen. Your LIFE/life is not safe with them.

              I have tried to book ticket through parveentravels.com on 08/02/2012 by net banking. The amount 380 Rs debited from my account but the ticket not boked. The transaction got failed.

              I have cntact Parveen travel customer care more than 50 times but no response as of now. Culd you please help on this?

                Hi,

                Yesterday (20.01.2012) I travelled from Bangalore to Chennai by Parveen Travels, timing is 10.45pm and the pick up point is Bommanahalli, Bangalore.
                I wanted to inform that the behaviour of the staff is very arrogant towards me when I requested them to stop the bus near Ega Theatre, Chennai which is nearby Egmore and it is an on route.
                The staff shouted at me when I requested. It was morning 5.30am and I was with my wife and kid that is the reason I requested them to stop in that place so that I can reach my destination easily.
                When I asked why you are unnecessary shouting at a passenger in the morning he added that if I can complain I can do so and he added that he have some strong hands if I do so.
                The reason why public choosing private transport is because of the flexibility which they provide and transports like Parveen are behaving like a Government transports. To add now a days Government transport is better than these people.
                I was very upset and afraid of his behaviour since I have my family with me. I request you to take appropriate action with this travel companies who really irritate the customers.

                  we were traveling from bangalore to kodaikanal through greenline booking to have a refreshment. we returned back with tension because of this parveen travels.

                  They don't have a courtesy that passenger should be given good service and safe at all time, when we paid for it.

                  we had very bad travel experience, they will stop simply 5min 10min for their purchase. they drive without the conditioned spare Tyre.

                  it tyre was punctured and took 2hrs to got it repaired and we were waiting without food at 12.30pm night. then he took us to his linked utter service hotel near dhindigul, "where we have to lift our plates and clean it". when we asked why is this, after 12 pm no cleaning service and hotel server talking rudely in 'Chennai Tamil' that (va va pakla) and he lifted his hand offered us for fighting. parveen travels driver and cashier of the hotel have no talks to stop this.

                  have any people seen cleaning and lifting there eaten plates in hotel, they made us to do because we are helpless.

                  They were saying people will fill up in different point but, the whole bus coming from kodai to bangalore hardly with 6- 7 people,

                  This shows, how the service, trust on parveen travels.

                  this travel made us not to enter kodai and not to opt for parveen travels

                  please avoid this parveen travels, if you are should be safe.

                    I thought of enjoy my 3 days weekend with my family in Ramanathapuram. So i booked chennai to Ervadi ticket in Parveen travels. The bus suppose to arrive Perungulathur at 8.30 but it actually came to perungalathur by 1 o clock in the midnight. I was standing alone in the bus stand without have having any idea that the bus passes away from me. This is because of the poor service they provide through telephone(customer care number that provided in the ticket). i was calling from 8.30 pm to 12.30 pm nobody in other end to response me with the bus details.

                    So bus departs from perungulathur by 1.15 pm and shockingly it reaches ramnad by next day evening 3 Pm. At last 1 day in my weekend went in bus without having breakfast.
                    Also the bus responses superb like sit in ur seat dont talk more than that...

                    Thanks alot parveen travels very very worst service i ever see.....

                    here after i never prefer parveen travels any reason instead i ll go with our government(SETC :-))

                      No refund for cancelled tickets
                      I have booked a ticket in Parveen travels thro online from Hosur to Chennai, journey date: 31/08/2011, No of seats: 2, amount : Rs.1273/- ticket no:BS00871868. But due to personal reasons i decided to cancel the tickets, and it was done thro customer online itself on
                      22/08/2011, she informed that tickets got cancelled and i will receive the refund amount deducting 10% Rs.1135/- will be refunded to my account directly.

                      But till this date there is no refund from them, i have made nearly 10 phone calls to them they are telling it will be refunding shortly. I dont know what to do? do any one have same experience and get solved?

                      Can anyone suggest how to sove this problem.

                        I like to share and alert all the passengers who prefers Parveen travels for their important works , Please dont choose Parveen to travel to Kerala .

                        On 7-7-2011 , Took a ticket to malapuram via red bus , choose a window seat number 8 but the seat which i got was also but not a window seat , that is acceptable since its ladies seat they have rights to suffle .

                        Haven't taken ticket to malapuram , they didnt drop me at the malapuram not even near to malapuram . i am afraid why these cheaters charged me for malapuram and also promised the bus will reach malapuram at 6.30 am .

                        Being a lady , i struggled lot to reach malapuram , i have spent more than half of the ticket price to reach malapuram .
                        spending money is not an problem , but they dont even have a heart i am a lady and traveled alone in parveen because its safe and secure , but actual thing happened is just opposite .

                        called parveen and made a compliant , No response from the department .

                        My appeal to management is i[censored] can't dont promise ..please . we have lot of option in the market . shame on parveen travels

                          I have booked a ticket in Parveen travels thro online from Hosur to Chennai, journey date: 27/12/2010, No of seats: 2, amount : Rs.720/- tocket no:BS00500126. But due to personal reasons i decided to cancel the tickets, and it was done thro online itself on 27/12/2010, my tickets got cancelled and i got the message that amount Rs.648/- will be refunded to my account directly.

                          But till this date there is no refund from them, iu have made nearly 50 phone calls to them they are telling that it will be done by system automatically thro ICICI gateway, but i didnt get it. While asking about this they are asking to contact ICICI directly, but that stupids are not answering properly, they told thier vendor can only register complaint. I dont know what to do? do any one have same experience and get solved?

                          In my experience i recommend dont use online facility for Omni bus services...particullarly PARVEEN

                            I have travelled in many travel servics. But i never find such high cancellation fee (25%) for the ticket.
                            Mostly the the reservation charges will be kept as the cancellation fee. It will be around just 20 to 30 Rs.

                            Within 24 hours, the charges may vary but before 24 hours, if the ticket is cancelled the reservation charge should be charged as the cancellation fee.

                            I have booked online ticket in parveen travels on 4th aug(travel date 9th aug).
                            But i cancelled the trip for that particular day. So i decided to cancel the ticket on 8th Aug.
                            So I asked them to cancel the ticket via phone to madurai branch on 8th aug.They said ok.

                            I thought that they cancelled the ticket after sometime. But now only i came to know they didnt cancel the ticket.
                            So guys be careful i[censored] want to confirm the journey then book the tickets in parveen
                            Other wise dont go for parveen.

                              Hi,

                              I have booked ticket through parveentravels.com for Rameswaram to Chennai on 4/5/2009. Journey day, I started from Rameswaram and when I reach Karaikudi they local parveen travels manager said that there no ticket booked by name AND asked to contact Parveen manager, but the manager is not responsible and not tried to allocate a seat instead he challenged me and asked me to arrange own transportation.

                              Lesson Learned: Never ever book your tickets from parveentravels.com

                              Parveen travels — Worst mortal

                              We started from Kodaikanal to chennai on 25th night. For the dinner they stopped the bus in a motal where no one know the "Tamil" language. In which we had our dinner which is the worst we had in our life time. We reported this to driver, but he want us to inform this to office. We want to make a complaint about this in chennai office. But they are telling that this hotel belongs to some relatives of the key person in parbeen travels itself.

                              What every it may be dont make your customers to suffer with that raw rice and chappati.

                              Delay in Time

                              Frequently I am facing a delay issues in Parveen Travels from Chennai to Hyderabad Buses..and most of the time from Hyd to chennai..today almost 1hr delay to start the bus..the reason given is driver went to fill desel..

                                I booked the ticket on 21st from Chennai to Hyderabad (Travel date:23rd jan-09)

                                Seat not confirmed. Case Number 722105

                                I spoke to redbus serveice people every body asking for all the details and told we are booking the ticket for you.asked me to wait for 15mins after that no communication happened.

                                Again i called Radha Picked the phone again same asking for all the details like date of journey...bla bla..

                                she asked me to wait for 15mins to 30mins...no response from her.

                                Suddenly i got a call from Bangalore[protected] ..i don't remember her name ..she told that she is going to book the ticket ...

                                after i hour time i called to[protected] this its bad luck for me ..they kept me on hold for 10mins ..in the middle person name called Satish, , , he asked all the details ..same story ...

                                finally he told no ticket avilable ...pls raise request to [protected]@redbus.in.

                                what happend in the middle ..every body tried to book the ticket ..at last simply he told pls raise a request ..

                                what these people are doing i didn't undersatand .

                                Pls repay my amount asap.

                                if you are not able do the service properly..pls quit from this service..

                                  I got fed up with KPN travels many times and so decided to try parveen travels since they have internet booking.

                                  The scheduled departure at Madurai Periyar bus stand is 9.00pm. I was waiting at KK nagar stop. The bus supposed to reach in twenty mins ie 9.20pm. But it had reached 10.30pm. The fellow sitting at the KK nagar office gave us the main office phone number and left. We had waited without knowing the bus will come or not.
                                  Morning 6.00pm the bus was stopped in a mottel near Vilupuram. I asked the driver why it is so late. He said the bus condition is not good and if you any more queries contact the head office. But they have parked the vehicle for 40mins!!!
                                  Again a group of people asked why so long time at mottel when it is already got delayed...the bus drivers started talking in 'chennai tamil'...
                                  We have called all the head office numbers and no body was picking up the call...finally the bus reached chennai at 10.30am ...
                                  So it is hard to find genuine ppl in this businees.. all travels are having political support and never mind about service...

                                  Lot of competition in this travel busines but surprisingly no body is doing a good job and creating value for money...

                                  Let us all try to avoid travelling in such travels..

                                  Parveen travels service is the very very worse service i ever seen. The people working in the travels are not professional using profanity words againts us and i am sure they will do anything for money. I booked the tickets to hyderabd in 1x2 Volvo, but these guys gave me seat in 2x2 volvo when i asked for the deduction in the ticket fare, the guy in the koyambedu office is saying us, i[censored] want go in the bus or else nothing we can do. i got fedup and i asked them to cancel the ticket the guy happily replying there is no way that he can reimburse the money and also he has asked me to complaint that to whomever i want. Parveen travels has lots of rowdy people they dont know how to repsond to the others...Please i[censored] want to enjoy your trip DONT EVER CHOOSE PARVEEN TRAVELS IN YOUR LIFE
                                  One of my worst journey happened when I and my family members travelled in Parveen Travels From chennai to Kumbakonnam Via Chennai-Karaikudi .it was an AC King Long Semi Sleeper Bus.Once the bus was taken from Egmore, there was some technical problems near KMC and stopped for almost half en hour.Again at Koyambedu bus stop they continued with the repairing work.When we reached Pondicherry around 1 pm, the driver stopped at their parveen travels office and when I requested him that our people(ladies) want to go for rest room he very much unwillingly accepted for it with peevish attitude.Then we went to sleep and when I woke up around 5.30 am we have reached Pudukottai (Appx 80 kms Further up from kumbakonnam) .When I told the driver that we have to get down at kumbakonam he cooly told us to get down and take a Govt bus to kumbakkonam.Though partly it is my mistake that I should have been more alert instead of relying upon these people, I expected the helper or driver to know who have to get down where and give them signals when the appropriate station came.Instead the helper himself is in a deep sleep.Finally we came to Kumbakonnam through the Govt Transport Bus.
                                  this is niruban from pondicherry. i m travelling to kodaikanal with my parents frequently in parveen travels as my native is kodaikanal. my relatives from there also wil come here in parveen travels only. we were members of the parveen family.we had the privilege card too.


                                  but, WE ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE BUSES PLYING TO KODAIKANAL. they are highly uncomfortable. we dont have the feel of travelling in an air bus, semisleeper type. the condition of the buses are worsening in the past 3 years.


                                  IN SHORT, TRAVELLING IN YOUR BUS PLYING TO KODAIKANAL IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY.


                                  Hence, i request you to allocate a NEW air bus, semisleeper type to kodaikanal.
                                  Hi sir my name is Fairoze ahamed i have travelled in your travels on the date of 21 may 2009 in the route of chennai to paramakudi bus.I have booked my ticket in internet i have travelled with my dad, my mum and my sister in law total four tickets we have booked the seat nos. are 5, 25, 26, 27 i sat in the no of 27 that way i can treat my famiy well, as well as i can enjoy my trip on the window seat thats why i preffered that seat and i have booked that seat particularly in net.After few hours bus is on moving the travels crew member asked me to change your seat because one couple is coming for this seat can you adjust for this, i said ok i can adjust if i will get window seat he said ok i will provide you window seat i trusted him, i gave my seat to that couples after they sat the crew person gave me non window seat i asked him why you are doing like this you assured me thats why i gave my seat he replied you get a seat go and sit if you will talk too much i will cancel your ticket and i will make you get down from the bus.I have never expect that parveen travels service like this my entire family was upset on that incident we all are lost our trip enjoyment all things.So please kindly take action for this incident which i have ben cheated by your crew member.When i came from paramakudi to chennai i came in to other travels i didn't prefer your travels because of your crew member activties i hope your concern will take action.

                                  One month back I had booked a ticket online using Debit card, ticket was from Pondy to Madurai, unfortunately the system got hung-up, and immediately I got message information on my mobile that the ticket amount Rs.320 got debited from my account and the seat did not get confirmed. Immediately I contacted Mr. Rafique on the mobile ([protected]) he said plz send your bank statement I will look into the matter.
                                  The Bank statement was sent immeditely, and also I confirmed with him that he had received the statement. Till Date there is no response from Parveen Travels or from Mr. Rafique. I shall wait for another week, if I dont get any response than I shall go legally.
                                  Parveen Travels of late has been detiriorating in terms of services. It so happened that I travelled on 26 Dec 2010 by 1330 Hrs A/c bus from Periyar Bus Terminus (Madurai) to Chennai, that these guys saved on the water bottles which would be worth nothing. The conductor and the driver when approached got wild and said it was not their mistake and its their management's mistake, but what is the mistatke of the poor passanger in this bargain. The conductor and drivers were also reluctant to stop somewhere to purchase one bottle of water.

                                  Due to a political meeting at Singaperumal koil, the bus got jammed in traffic and could reach only Tambaram at around 12 midnight and these people got the people down from the bus and put on into another bus (non-ac) to complete the other part of the journey.

                                  Not only this, the curtains of this bus is believed to be have never washed especially the rear ones. There is huge potential breeding place for mosquitos in the rear side of the bus.

                                  Worst. I had never expected such a worst experience with Parveen. I have always been happy and joyful travelling with Parveen in past. Now, I have chose not to travel by Parveen and Shama Sardar.

                                  I Traveled chennai to coimbatore on 13/05/2011 in Parveen travels. My boarding point is central at 5.45PM but they came at 6.45PM to pick up to koyambedu. My bus departure time is 7 PM. but bus came at 9 PM. (2 hours late).
                                  Bus was breakdown at 1 AM due to NO Diesel.(very worst service).
                                  Driver is a new person, we called travel manager, he didn't pick our calls.
                                  After 2 hours Police officer help us for Diesel.

                                  Finally we reached coimbatore @ 9 AM.

                                  Very Very Bad Experience..
                                  I like to share and alert all the passengers who prefers Parveen travels for their important works, Please dont choose Parveen to travel to Kerala .

                                  On 7-7-2011, Took a ticket to malapuram via red bus, choose a window seat number 8 but the seat which i got was also but not a window seat, that is acceptable since its ladies seat they have rights to suffle .

                                  Haven't taken ticket to malapuram, they didnt drop me at the malapuram not even near to malapuram . i am afraid why these cheaters charged me for malapuram and also promised the bus will reach malapuram at 6.30 am .

                                  Being a lady, i struggled lot to reach malapuram, i have spent more than half of the ticket price to reach malapuram .
                                  spending money is not an problem, but they dont even have a heart i am a lady and traveled alone in parveen because its safe and secure, but actual thing happened is just opposite .

                                  called parveen and made a compliant, No response from the department .

                                  My appeal to management is i[censored] can't dont promise ..please . we have lot of option in the market . shame on parveen travels

                                  I am writing this mail with very dissatisfaction what I had during my last journey with PARVEEN TRAVELS.

                                  I have booked my Pongal ticket (for 14th Jan’12) on 14th Dec’11 from Chennai to Madurai. It was a 2x2 Hi-tech semi sleeper -41 seater Non A/C with Fare Rs.427.50 – Booked by net.

                                  I selected the boarding point as New Perungalathur and it was clearly mentioned in your ticket as GST Road, New perungalathur, Chennai -63, Land mark – Akash bhavan hotel.

                                  Normally, we can catch the bus at the same landmark which is connected with JEBA travels (Located in New perungalathur). I was reporting by 09:45 PM against my departure time of 10:00PM. But before 1 week of 14th Jan’11, Parveen travels afford a new office in New perungalathur which is 1.5 Km away from Akash Bhavan hotel.

                                  Worst thing in this, Nobody in perungalathur office was communicated regarding address change of office & Bus departure, even though I was mentioned my mobile number in my ticket. Since it was a rush time, I was not able to found the new address on time and finally I missed the bus & I paid extra Rs.250 for getting ticket in the next bus (Volvo A/C). I attached the copy of ticket for your kind ref.

                                  I got message information on my mobile that the ticket
                                  amount Rs.684 got debited from my account twice total amount is Rs1368 and the seat did not get confirmed.i got the Rs 684 on 10/03/14 there after i called to ms.devaki madam i am informed to her she told with in 3 or 5 working days that amount atomatically credit my my account but stiil i didnt get that amount.nobody is nt response properly

                                  I travelled from Salem to Chennai by Parveen Travels Yesterday along with my family. We booked ticket in Parveen website and booked Multi Axle valvo since we want to travel Hastle free and in AC. Worst thing is the bus they sent was not Multi axle and AC was very poor. We coludnt able to sit in the bus since the travelling was in afternoon time. Also there was so many confusions regarding in the seating. The bus reached late 45 mins late also.

                                  So far I have advised my friends & relatives to travel Parveen or SRM. But I will not support parveen any longer. This is CHEATING from Parveen not arranging Multi axle as mentioned.
                                  We had a parveen travel bus for a trip to Alleppey. bus was not good, did not had any ventilation. Since its a long journey, we ask for two drivers, but they provided only one. Even the driver did not know the way or route to reach alleppey. So, Instead of 14hrs travels, we ended up travelling for 21hrs which spoil all our plan. The same happen even while returning to chennai.


                                  Very Very Very Very Worst Travels in Chennai...
                                  The worst travel experience I had when booked my ticket in this travel from Bangalore to Chennai.

                                  The bus was suppose to be at Silk board at 10:35PM but didn't showed up till 11:45PM. Since no place to wait for the bus to arrive need to stop at the end of the bridge (where they said the bus will stop) drenching myself in the unexpected summer rain.

                                  No one was responding to call made by us. Once the bus arrived someone else were sitting in our seat which is reserved for us (then got to know they sell ticket for more rates and ask them to sit in the free seats). Shocked to know this from an reputed travels.

                                  On board assistance were also no where interested in answering any queries from the passengers. All of them just want to loot money from the passengers and behaves like they are doing some social service to the passengers.

                                  Request to Parveen Travel owner: IF YOU GUYS ARE UNABLE TO RUN THIS TRAVELS, PLEASE QUIT FROM THIS FIELD. Shame on you guys.

                                  I never thought that this travels is so worst when it comes to customer service. I thought parveen travels is known because of its good service but no the worst it is.

                                  I had booked a ticket from coimbatore to chennai from gandhipuram bus stop but they asked ne to come to some other location n I had to spend 100rs to get there

                                  Second i booked a bus which leaves at 11 n had to wait till 12 in the night n no response from the staff
                                  Parveen Travels service to Hyderabad has become worst. Mercedez Benz vehicle looks good to see. But always breakdown. Right now today 29/May/2015 my wife and daughter started at 8.30PM in chennai. As you all chennai traffic is unimaginable. Bus was breakdown in Ongole highway around 5 am on 30/05/2015, actually the bus should reach 5.30 AM in LB Nagar, Hyderabad, instead bus halted at 400 KMs away from Hyderabad. My wife and daughter have not taken food since morning today. Expected time to reach Hyderabad is around 2PM. I think Telengana govt should not allow Parveen travels to come Hyderabad, so that passengers will not book the bus here after. Service to Hyderabd should be canceled. I wanted Parveen travels to give back the bus fare as refund. A/c bus was changed to Non A/c Bus in Ongole.
                                  Now I am travelling parveen travels I book window seat No 12 but my bus was cancelled so change my seat No 11. I asking Rajapalayam parveen travels office boys that person does not give correct responsibility. But I sacrifice for during my responsibility so sit seat No 11 but this seat not comfortable foot rest not here my legs are so painful plz repair the or correct the mistakes
                                  Im travelling from Chennai to Pudukkottai today (03-Jul-2015) with my online booked ticket. The driver and assistant are worst ever seen.
                                  I've been waiting for the bus from the reporting time and the bus came exactly 1 hour late from the time mentioned, Rushing with that, the didnt stop in the correct pickupoint, instead they stopped 100m far away and scolding me for that like they ate some dog poop on the way.Who are these , how dare they question me, silly bunch of donkeys, shouting to a lady!

                                  As I booked my ticket in redbus, it mentioned it as 'RESERVED FOR LADIES', but there is a male sitting near me. Isnt it very silly for these cheap bunch of craps to know to allot seats for ladies? Arguing with these fools are of no use. I looked even the Parveen website to make a complaint, No option there. This makes this travel company unfit for people.


                                  A Note to the Parveen Officials,
                                  Never under-estimate any passenger, you earn only with the passengers, cheating them is like tasting your grandma's poop by yourself. Your future generations will also end up with curses of people who you dont even know.

                                  very worst service from parveen travels .I travelled from Chennai to virudhunagar . i booked my ticket from guduvancherry bus stop in chennai . Bus suppose to reach on 9.20 PM . i waited at bus stop from 9 PM after a hour i asked to a guy sitting there when the bus will come he gave me perungulatur branch phone number and told me to contact them . After that I got to know that bus didnt stop at the particular bus stop where i booked i got driver number and called him bus crossed chengalpattu i was standing alone in guduvancherry even the guy who was there closed the shop and went away i waited more than 2 hours and they send me next bus . i was fed up with this guys and experienced very worst service from parveen travel
                                  My worst experience ever. I booked bus for the travel on aug 30 2015 in 10.15 PM semi sleeper from erode to chennai. I got a call from the travel agent at 9 pm but i did not see the call cos i was busy in packing things . After seeing the call, i called back to that number twice but the line was in call waiting. So i directly left from my home to the boarding point and called again . A man picked and he said that the bus is been cancelled. I got shock. The time was 10 pm and i could not find alternate buses. The man spoke so irresponsibly and he blames me for not picking up the call. Even if he has informed me at 9 PM, how will i book for another bus. Bloody hell from a reputed travels . Because of irresponsibility i needed to take break journey . Got frustrated mentally and physically. No intimation . no responsibility, no apology but the agent is showing attitude as if he was correct. Very shame.
                                  Fake bus timings..

                                  We don't know when this travel bus come to boarding point and when it will be reaches to destination.

                                  There is no importance for timing in this travels.

                                  People who never bothered about timings they can happily travel I hope no one will be like that.

                                  For me this is pathetic, may be this could be my last journey in parveen travels
                                  It s my worst experience I have ever had...they have no responsibilities fr the travellers...they will do anything for money...they have cheated us...I have booked from villupuram to Coimbatore... The bus didn't stopped in villupuram...we have waited for an hour...I have started to call the bus operator before an hour they didn't picked up...finally that had switched off his mobile...stupid nonsense really...
                                  I booked ticket from chennai to trivandrum AC sleeper in parveen travels from Adyar. Me my 9 year old daughter were travelling alone.They provide pickup van from Adyar to koyambed and told me to reach Adyar by 5:00 pm. I reached Adyar by 4:30 pm and waited there for 1 hr. When I ask this abt the delay the travel agent told me that from koyambed the bus will leave only after the pickup van will reach there so no problem. The pickup van came to pick me at 5:30 pm.we reach koyembed at 7:00 . and when I enqired about the trivandrum bus one person incharge of this told me that bus left and waiting for me in tollgate you can sit in the calicut bus and it will help u to catch the trivandrum bus. Then I took my luggage and entered in that normal seated bus. After 1 hr I asked the driver abt the trivandrum bus he told me that you can catch the bus at viupuram.it will reach there after 3 hrs . Then I called to Parveen travels and asked about this they convinced me that they will help me to catch the trivandrum bus as soon as possible.I booked ticket in AC sleeper and I was travelled in normal seated bus. After that call also nothing happened. Till vilpuram I travelled in that bus. After reaching there I asked them abt this and that calicut bus man told me that its your fault. When I asked this about trivandrum bus driver that man told me that from office they got the chart that we checked in so they started the bus. Very bad service. After all this the bus reached trivandrum at 10:00 am . its time was 7:00am. Very bad service . no responsibility towards the passengers .
