I have travelled on parveen travels on 10th april 2019 and boarded my bus @ koyembedu bus was towards ernakulam 17.30 timing my pnr was bspto96533227 ticket number was tn4x95554166 booked thru red bus. I asked they have dropped me in the middle of the signal point. As soon as they dropped me the bus has keep on moving when i'm taking my luggage. The signal also turned green. Suddenly a two wheeler which was moving behind the bus hitted me. Now i was injured and my leg got a swelling. Really i felt very bad about parveen travels. I will definitely take this issue to consumer court.

      I travelled in praveen travels from dharmapuri to coimbatore the bus arrival is at 5.55pm (7.4.19) i gone there at 5.45pm but the bus is already came, so the incharge person asked me what are u doing y can't u pick the phone y can't u come before 30 mins he asked rudely i was totally upset, but the driver and supporter kind character they told don't say anything to him pls look up this complaint and take necessary action

          Worst and very 7 unsafe journey till now. Took the parveen travel bus numbered at 6.15 from hosur ka 51 ab 3999 and they have to drop us at madhya kailash in chennai. But the bus dropped us at koyembedu and we were transferred to a traveller. The traveller deviated the path and took 2 o[censored]s (Girls) 13 km away from destination and asked us to unboard the bus. On asking him that it is not our destination location he refused to drop us and the customer support of the parveen travels also doesn't helped us. We were left in the middle of nowhere. No profesional etiquette. No responsibility towards customer.

              Driver no provided in sms, no response or disconnecting the call. Customer care no response. Bus office person asking to wait.

              Do you think customers are fools??? To wait in bus stop for 1 hour 30 minutes, without any information?? Wthr the bus is coming or not coming???

                I am now travelling in a ac sleeper parveen travels bus commuting between chennai and kodaikanal. My sleeper no is l4. The passengers husband and a wife coming from dubai were allotted seat no. L.1&2.in this bus all the double beds, ac is not working. The bus crew said there is some problem in ac. They knew even before the bus started. They are collecting exorbitant price 1500. The couple is terribly upset and their enjoyment mood to go to kodaikkanal all gone. My reading light is not working. The bus leaves at 8.15 pm. How can we go without reading.

                  I am drafting this as i had a very bad experience from the company side. It was a during my travel from chennai to ooty where the bus breakdown happened at 3.00 a. M in the morning and we were left back at the middle of the road.

                  The bus driver asked us to board another bus travelling to coimbatore and go to coimbatore. Why should a person going to ooty go to coimbatore when i have paid for travelling to ooty. And the bus driver was asking me to get some public bus and go to ooty at 3.00 a. M, when i was enquiring about my travel from coimbatore.

                  The bus tn 21 bz 3899 non-ac has already meet with this same type of breakdown issue earlier and no permanent corrective action was taken, why doesn't a driver and co-pilot did not ensure this before he starts the bus.

                  The bus driver in the next bus (Parveen travels) asked me to sit on the floor till coimbatore. It is completely disheartening and humiliating.

                  We were put up in the middle of a open bypass, gents and ladies were with us who suffered alot

                  I want a proper explaination to the issue with the breakdown.

                    When ever i book parveen travels, there will always be a delay of 1hr - 2 hrs to the boarding point. And informing this to the office people, people are not very supportive in responding with a reason. They are asking me to speak with the driver to find out reason for delay when bus arrive at boarding point. As an individual i dont want to waste my time of 2hrs in midnights sitting in bus stand alone. And the details of driver with bus number is not receiving before boarding.

                      Actually i booked one ticket (Dindigul to chennai, u9) on sunday. The amount was debited double time. First time i didn't complete my transaction but it got debited.                         I had booked a seat from dindigul to bangalore on 29th jan through abhibus app.
                        Ticket/pnr number[protected]

                        Bus was scheduled to depart at 23;55 pm & i had got booking confirmation sms at 23:30 pm. I haven't got any bus details or tracking till 01:30am next day. I tried calling dindigal office number [protected]/[protected]. The call was answered by a child stating this is not parveen travels. Finally i end up in catching srs travels around 2:00am.

                        I had wasted not only my money but the faith had on parveen travels. Intact on 23rd jan i travelled to bangalore in a same bus booked through same app. I was getting call from a driver itsel[censored]pdating where he is. Terrific experience with parveen travels. Can somebody help me how to get my money back?

The driver was so harsh at us and we never felt like travelling in the bus till chennai. I hope you look into the matter and make necessary decisions. And also the lights were switched on till 8pm. It was so much disturbing that we couldn't sleep. Such a poor experience with your travels.

                              I used to travel regularly in this bus atleast once a month. But this month the travel was not comfortable. My seat number was 20. The seat in which i travelled or the seat before or beside me had some different stuff (May be mosquito or bed bugs or some others). My trip was from chennai to nagercoil at 9.45pm from koyembedu (Chennai). The bus departed one hour early. And within half an hour i felt incomfort as there was itching sensation. But after one hour i was not able to tolerate but i managed however. If there was any incomfort it can be tolerable but since it was a health issue i wanted to voice it out. So what i come to say is please make buses free from bed bugs. As the travel duration is minimum of 12 hours it cannot be tolerable from bites.

                                I was traveling with my friend on 12/01/2019 06:00 pm, ernakulam to pondicherry, (Pnr:bspt[protected], seat no:u6, u5) on parveen's bus. While reaching the destination (Even though it was mentioned as a direct bus, they asked us to shift to a van and we were told that it is a connection bus) i noticed that my wallet was missing. Me and my friend had to search for the wallet 10-15 mins all around the bus and the lower deck. After this terrific situation one of the staff in the bus asked us about the situation. We informed him about the incident and he insisted us to search for it on our seat itself. Surprisingly we found our wallet on our place which me and my friend was searching for long as mentioned above. As we were in hurry and we were asked to move into the connection van we couldn't chek our wallet. After reaching the destination we came know that our money in wallet is missing. To be noted that all other documents and rs 20 was left and i had lost rs 950. Cross checking the incident we strongly believe that the money was taken by the same staff itself. I have reported to the parveen booking office and i would like to file a complaint against that staff.
                                This is the first incident with parveen in my 6 years of experience. If you continue to treat your customer in this way you will loosw all your status in your service. I hope you will take further actions asap.

                                  The bus i booked from chennai to trivandrum on 11th jan 2019 at 4:30pm was informed me as cancelled at 12:30pm at the last minute. As per further enquiry i could understood that the bus cancellation was fake and the above mentioned bus had its trip to trivandrum. The official from praveen has done the false statement, which is the complete negligence towards the customers. Totally disappointed and dissatisfied with parveens approach towards its customers.

                                    I was travelling from Nagercoil to chennai-(Tambaram) on 2/1/2019 at 7pm Parveen Travels bus, I missed to take a luggage, my friend was bringing that for me behind the bus to give it to me, but the bus drivers treated me so badly with their words when I asked them to slow down a bit to get that luggage, WORST BEHAVIOUR ...! Worst experience I ever had !!! Im so sad from the start of the travel seeing their behaviour..!!! I will never travel in PARVEEN TRAVELS again ... never ever again . PARVEEN TRAVELS learn how to treat your customers!! .!.

                                      I had booked a ticket from bangalore to srivilliputhur for travel on 2/1/2019, through redbus (Because parveen travels payment gateway was not all all working yesterday!). Today, i'm in receipt of an sms that the bus is cancelled. Ruthlessly, your customer care unit asked me to make some other arrangement, without offering any assistance, and graciously informed that refund would be made within 7-10 days! What about blocking of funds for 7-10 days she is not concerned. Since the travel is for some urgent purpose, i needed support for booking alternate arrangement, which she refused telling 'you have booked ticket through redbus'. I dont know, who is at fault, as i had to depend on redbus, since your payment gateway was not working. I had been a frequent traveller of your bus in the same route. Im highly disappointed and would avooid travelling in your bus henceforth.

                                        I was badly waiting to give the feed back, once i get in to my home.
                                        I am regular traveller in parveen. If you notice, i booked my tickets very early even there are other travels available with low ticket price. I choose parveen and recommend for others as like to travel i it always.
                                        But, this time i got the worst experience.
                                        ‌1. I mentioned my boarding point as egmore. I reached egmore, called them and informed 'i reached the stop and i could nt find the bus'. They asked to come to a place. I went there. I couldn't find anything there. I enquired the people over there. They are also not aware as well. Then i called the travels again and again. For 20minutes (17 times) as it was getting late to catch the bus. They were disconnecting my call continuously. Finally, after 20minutes i saw a parveen bus crossing me, i noticed the bus number and after 10mnts i got a call back from the same number ([protected]). I was asking them 2799 is the bus number. They said 'yes'. I started following the bus. But, the bus was not stopping. So, i tried to reach them again. After some time, they were saying 'who asked you to follow the bus, come to different spot again'. I didn't say them anything, because i don't like to spoil my mood more. Finally, i got in to the pick up bus. When it reach the mail stopping. Again, they asked me to get in to the same 2799 bus. I didn't say them anything.
                                        ‌2. I book u7 seat which double bed as because i feel comfort in the double bed. But, they were saying my seat is u4 go and sit in that seat. I shown my message and told them. No, i will not take u4 because it's upper single bed. If they ask me to move to different double bed i could have moved. But, i don't like to be in single bed. I dont feel comfortable in that. So i told them clearly i will use only u7 and get in to the bus. I was sleeping. When it reached a stop. A couple came with a kid. Staffs woke me, i was feeling pissed off. And they were asking me to move to single bed and they were saying every one like single bed. Only you are saying double bed you need. What i should like others can't say. If i like single bed.. I could have booked it. Why should i booked the double bed. Then, staffs asked the parents to ask me. I told them clearly, i have personal issue. I can't use upper single bed. Later, i got to know. There is a technical issue as well.. A same is booked for two people. I booked for u7 and other person also booked in u7. Whatever it is.. It's not my problem. I was not ready to move to single bed. I told everyone very clearly. But, finally as i have humanity, parents are with kid. So, i moved to the single bed. Even i didn't wish to move.
                                        ‌3. After moving in to the single bed. I was making myself calm. And i was not getting sleep. But, it was fine. I was relaxing myself. Then, they played a movie. My speaker was not working properly. It was working sometimes.
                                        4. Now, i started getting the next problem. There is an old lady using the lower seat. She started disturbing me to turn off the speaker even my speaker's are not working. The sound was coming from other side. Even other passengers was explaining the old lady.. Then the old lady slipped and fall down. A staff came and again he was requesting me to turn off the speaker. I was saying them 'see my speaker s wokring or not' then they checked the old lady speaker.. The old lady speaker was on. That's why she felt disturbed. They turned off the old lady speaker. I told the staff clearly don't come to me for any other request. Some people were enjoying the movie. I was getting relaxed after few hours. Now, some people liked to watch movie and some not. So, the movie was going well.. It was n climax.. As one or two people said. They turned off the tv. Why the hell, you turned on the tv. If you turn off like this. Some where very disappointed in this as well and they just left to make themselves peace full.
                                        5. I didn't sleep for the whole night as i don't feel comfortable in single bed. One of the worst thing i have done. Spended my money booking parveen. And spoiled my peacefull night and sleep.
                                        Spoiled my trip. I willl not choose parveen anymore.
                                        But, the ambience was excellent. Bus is very comfortable. Their travel was safe. Your passenger handling worst. Driver is good it seems. He was requesting to move to different seat not ordering me. I was fine atleast they did it. But, whatever it was a worse experience and travel with you
