Timin gs-11:37:46 am i paid the bill through techprocess payment services and the payment debited from my account but transaction not completed - payment not received to bill, so i request you to refund the money back

        Sir i paid bus fare for anantapur to tirupati. But the transaction is successful. But they didn't confirm ticket to us. They didn't receive the money to confirm. So please issue the transaction as refund. Please refund back.

Transaction of rs 7394 continuation fee done on 8 sept 2020 using phonepe upi but money got debited from my account and not recieved by the university account and on university website it shows transaction not found. Kindly refund and respond as soon as possible

                        I am an amu student. On 8 sept transaction of rs 7394 was done using phonepe upi and transaction was successful from my account and money got debited but on university website the status shows transaction not found. Kindly look into the matter and do notify about further proceedings and when will i recieve the refund. Do reply as soon as possible

                          While paying amu continuation fee of 7394 via phonepe, money got deducted from my account but it shows transaction not found on amu website. Transaction was done 8 sept .Kindly reply as soon as possible what will be the further proceeding and when will the money be refunded

                              Dear Sir/Madam,
                              I have paid jbvnl electricity bill of Rs. 2084 for the month of July, 2020 through online payment mode of jbvnl website via upi phonepe on 09/09/2020. The amount has been deducted from my BOI account but on the website, it showed failed transaction but on the app it is showing transaction successful . My consumer no. bplp1322 of sub-electricity office at jainamore, dhanbad area, jharkhand.. The transaction id for deducting the amount from my bank account which was received in my mobile phone is as P2009090859103349562210. I, therefore, request you kindly make the payment successful or return back the amount to my bank account as early as possible.

                                On 13/7/20 i made 23649rs online payment on quicker bazar for mobile. Payment was failed. But amount debited from my bank account. I attached bank statement for proof. Kindly give my refund.
                                Now it's 1 month and i'm not getting my refund. Please refund my money.

                                    Through icici securities website https:icicidirect.com, on 07.09.2020 i transferred a sum of rs.37500/- from my account with canara bank through net banking.
                                    Though the said amount has since been debited from my account with canara bank on 07 sep 2020 at 02:17:15 pm with the reference icicisec-techproc-[protected]-clientcode and routed through you for credit of my demat account with icici direct, till now the debited amount has not been either credited into my icici demat account or re-credited back into my origin account with canara bank. You have also acknowledged receipt of the said debited amount from canara bank which reads as below.
                                    "transaction reference no. [protected] has been successfully completed on mon sep 07 14:17:18 ist 2020 ist, however we are not able to confirm the final status of this transaction from the bank at this moment.
                                    In case the amount is debited from your bank account / card, please wait until next one hour and then check the final status of this transaction with the merchant before initiating another transaction for the same service."

                                    At this juncture i would like to bring it to your notice that this is not the first incident of its sort. I have come across such incidents several times. These failures on your side show the proof of your incompetence to handle such transactions. As a result i was denied off the opportunity of making some good investments in intended equity shares. Hence my advice to you is to withdraw from such services with immediate effect.

                                    In the meantime, note to refund the full amount of rs.37500/- debited from my canara bank account and illegally withheld at your end immediately without necessitating any further reminders.
                                    Please also note, if i have not received the said refund before close of banking hours of today - 08.09.2020, i will be forced to approach appropriate forum for recovery of my money with costs.

Both the times it showed payment failure but the amount was deducted from the account. Below are details:-
