    I had used tech process to pay sbi life insurance premium using debit card. But it seen that about Rsn. 4000 has been deducted as charges for online payment for Rs 17713...please refund the excess amount deducted

    Please check the amount received on 15/10/2020. .. at 11. 40 FN. from my sbi kollam civil station branch account No... [protected] for online payment of Rs 17713 to SBI Life insurance..
    At present I couldn't go for taking bank statement... Please refund if excess charges deducted

        I have inquiry about my y'day transaction of online order, I have done transaction of flipkart online order and payment was selected for axis bank netbanking, I am not sure why its strucked at your end but by inquiring to axisbank its showing payment done to techprocess, also seeing the same in transaction detail, can you pl. help on this?

        I have tried reaching you on official mail address given on website to get info on this but message was not delivered, so as final option I am posting complain here.

          I have done debit card payment of Electric bill of Rs74.00. After debit card payment confirmation by me amount is debited from account but Payment Gateway shown the message of Payment failed and bill is still showing unpaid.

            Regarding Payment for JBVNL

            I have done UPI payment of Electric bill of Rs 5039.00. After UPI payment confirmation by me amount is debited from account but Payment Gateway shown the message of Payment failed and bill is still showing unpaid.

                I made a payment of Rs 568 on 10th October around 3:15 PM for my electricity bill from JBVNL portal. I made the payment through PhonePe UPI. Transaction is successful and the money is deducted but the bill is showing "UNPAID" . Please refund my money. Please don't cheat innocent people like us who trust on you.

                    Dear Sir/Madam

                    Today dated 09/10/2020, I have done UPI payment of Electric bill of Rs.3, 123.00. After UPI payment confirmation by me amount is debited from account but Payment Getway shown the message of Payment failed and bill is still showing unpaid. Altough Google Pay is showing that payment was successfull.

                    Payments status was showing failed but amount is deducted from my account. Please help and either post the amount in JBVNL account or return to my account. Details are given below -

                        While using Paynimo, money was deducted from the account while paying fees but it didn't reach the receiver. Also, none of their customer care phone numbers are working at the time of this complaint.

And i haven't received any type of authentic help from your gateway... My money was deducted on 5 october and i haven't got my money return yet... Please refund the money

                            I paid continuation fee of amu 2020-21 through tpsl.[protected]@icici upi id on 8th September 2020. The amount has been debited from my bank a/c but it shows as failed in amu website & I called BHIM UPI they told me that the amount is transferred to merchant account. My college didn't receive any amount yet. What should i do now..? When will my amount be credited to my bank a/c. Please refund my money so that I can pay again.

                              I have paid my electricity bill for Rs.5950/- on 05/10/2020 through Tech Process Gateway using internet banking for Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd. The amount has been deducted from my SBI Account but failed to generate confirmation receipt. The amount has not been deposited to jbvnl account, nor has it been return back to my bank account. My consumer no.- B1322; of sub-electricity office at Kokar, Ranchi, Jharkhand. The Bank transaction Reference No. is CHE6004089 for deducting the amount from my bank account on 05-Oct-2020.
                              I, therefore, request you kindly make the payment successful or return back the amount to my bank account as early as possible. My mail id is [protected]@yahoo.com
