Dear sir/madam,
I have tried to pay jbvnl electricity bill of rs. 4165 for the month of aug, 2020 through online payment mode of jbvnl website on 30.09.2020. For this online eletricity bill payment, i have made three transaction on the same day 30.09.2020 details as follows:-
1st. Through my icici credit card, transaction ref no.[protected], amount debit from my card 4165, but status shows transaction fail.
2nd. Also through my icici credit card, transaction ref no.[protected], again amount debit from my card 4165, but status shows transaction fail.
3rd through my sbi internet banking, transaction ref no. [protected]igajndgwp2, amount debit from my card 4165, but status shows transaction fail. (For proof i am attaching all the transaction details)
Thus i tried to pay my electricity bill thrice but the amount gets deducted from my account as mention above total amount deducted 4165×3 = 12495. And amount has not been deposited to jbvnl account, nor it has been return back to my bank account. My consumer no. Drn6803 of sub-electricity office at dorandar, ranchi.
I, therefore, request you kindly return back the amount to my bank account as early as possible. My e-mail id [protected]@gmail.com, my contact no. [protected]
