I have made a online payment of Rs. 3300 (Rupees Three Thousand Three Hundred only) on 29.09.2020 at 17:58 PM to MSEB (for electricity bill for September 2020) thru net banking (Paynimo/TECH PROCESS Solutions Ltd. payment gateway) payment services.

I am sorry to inform you that the money has been deducted from my Bank of Baroda Bank account, but it has not been transferred to the payee’s (MSEB) account .

I am giving below details for this transaction:

Bank: Bank of Baroda
Date: 29/09/2020
Amt: Rs. 3300/-

Also, I am giving below the message received from Bank of Baroda Bank for this transaction:

Rs.3, 300.00 was spend on your ATM Card mahadiscom TPSL on 29-Sept-2020

I would request you to kindly refund the amount to me, as early as possible.

      Dear sir/madam,
      I have tried to pay jbvnl electricity bill of rs. 4165 for the month of aug, 2020 through online payment mode of jbvnl website on 30.09.2020. For this online eletricity bill payment, i have made three transaction on the same day 30.09.2020 details as follows:-
      1st. Through my icici credit card, transaction ref no.[protected], amount debit from my card 4165, but status shows transaction fail.
      2nd. Also through my icici credit card, transaction ref no.[protected], again amount debit from my card 4165, but status shows transaction fail.
      3rd through my sbi internet banking, transaction ref no. [protected]igajndgwp2, amount debit from my card 4165, but status shows transaction fail. (For proof i am attaching all the transaction details)
      Thus i tried to pay my electricity bill thrice but the amount gets deducted from my account as mention above total amount deducted 4165×3 = 12495. And amount has not been deposited to jbvnl account, nor it has been return back to my bank account. My consumer no. Drn6803 of sub-electricity office at dorandar, ranchi.
      I, therefore, request you kindly return back the amount to my bank account as early as possible. My e-mail id [protected]@gmail.com, my contact no. [protected]

                              Date - 16-sep-2020 time around 12:36:10 p. M., dear paynimo team, i am mahesh guntuka. I had paid the money to the kapil chits for the amount rs. 8319.43/- through hdfc debit visa card. Payment amount was debited from my account, however while redirecting to pop up notification went away immediately. Though payment was debited from my account, i have receive the confirmation message from the bank but i haven't received any confirmation from the kapil chits and they are asking me to pay the amount again.                                   I have done the payment to indostar capital finance limited pg for loan payment from online through paynimo of rs-22720/- by upi payment. At the time of payment from amezon pay it shows the upi i'd is (Tpsl. [protected]@icici) payment has success but the finance company distributor said we don't received any amount. So please check the details

                                        Dear sir/madam,

                                        I did a payment of rs 12402 from my phonepe account using upi from the jharkhand bijli vitran nigam limited (Jbvnl) electricity bill for the month of 08/2020 through online payment mode of jbvnl website on 15.09.2020. The amount is debited from my account but failed to generate confirmation receipt. It shows an error message with error code a error067. The amount has not been deposited to jbvnl account, nor it has been return back to my bank account. My consumer no. Kad189 of sub-electricity office at ranchi (Ashok nagar).

                                        The transaction id is p2009182207550933440512. Request to resolve this my either making the payment for the same or returning back to my account.
