    Hello team,

    I tried to pay twice jbvnl (Jharkhand bijli vitran nigam limited) electricity bill no [protected] of amount 1432rs via hdfc net banking on 6th september 2020. Both the times it showed payment failure but the amount was deducted from the account. Below are details:-

    Sub-division :- jsr (Karadih)

      My bill payment of jvnl ranchi consumer no b3248 bill amount rs 814 was initiated on 6/09/2020 00:6:16 bill no[protected]. Payment of the said amount was initiated but the transaction status before receipt generation the message showed payment failure but the same amount was deducted from my bank account transaction id: eom [protected] techprocess payment se. The bill is still not paid so kindly request you to refund the same as soon as possible.

          Sir, I made a transaction on 2nd sep to madras university for applying distance education, the payment got completed and the money debited form my fathers account and suddenly the website showed a error after completed all, I didn't got the receipt so please provide the receipt or return the money back.

            I paid an amount of 15151 to kapil chits using paynimo. The amount is debited successfully from my SBI account and transaction got successfull with reference/Trans no: [protected]IGAJHVWKV5 but once transaction got successful but suddenly logged out from kapil chits portal.

            Now transactions details are not sent to kapil chits and i dint recived any message from them on refund also can you please help.

                  I have paid jbvnl electricity bill of rs. 1399 for due amount through online payment mode of jbvnl website on 01.09.2020. The amount has been deducted from my sbi account but failed to generate confirmation receipt. The amount has not been deposited to jbvnl account, nor it has been return back to my bank account even after successful payment My consumer no. LPRDS00041 of sub-electricity office at MAHAGAMA. The transaction id for deducting the amount from my bank account which was received in my mobile phone is as Transaction Details - "[protected] to transfer Inb jharkhand vijli vitran NI TECH_JHBVNL Payments [protected]IGAJHRELD2 Ref#IGAJHRELD2".                           On 29/08/2020 i made a payment for jbvnl electricity bill of rs.1088 for consumer no. Hh2306 for harmu area. The amount got deducted from my bank account but it showed payment failure and the bill hasnt paid yet but in my bank account statement its clearly showing that the amount of rs.1088 has been transferred to jbvnl. For the proof m also attaching the screenshot of the payment.

                            Im rakesh regarding compliant about yesterday morning around 10:47 AM that is (28/08/2020) i have done a online transcation payment by Techprocess to pay the due of property tax with the amount of 12446 that is from my father account in federal bank with the help of debit card transcation done with protected like otp after enter the otp i got a msg from bank as your account has been debeted of 12446 amount but i dint get any msg or email from techprocess and when i checked due on ghmc website it showing same 12446 is due but amount is debit from my bank account please help me on this issue and refund my 12446 amount as soon as possible.

                                    I tried paying by electricity bill twice from by account with idbi bank (No [protected]) with the following details:

                                    [protected]/[protected] on 26/08/2020 at 3.56 p. M. (Rs.4245/)
                                    And
                                    [protected]/[protected] on 26/08/2020 at 6.45 p. M. (Rs.4245/)

                                    In both the transactions, money debited from my account, but not credited to the kerala state electricity board account.

The amount has been deducted from my BOI account but failed to generate confirmation receipt. The amount has not been deposited to jbvnl account, nor it has been return back to my bank account .                                         I am a UG student of madras University. When I was paying my exam fee on 25.08.2020 it showed as transaction failed. But now when I enter again I am unable to make payment. Amount also not debited, payment not made. But unable to access payment page.
                                        Kindly help me solve this issue. Please sir.
