Today I hv paid my electricity bill of JVNL Ranchi Jharkhand for Rs 1177 through my Debit card having no [protected]. My account was debited but receipt not generated.

please look into this matter and credit the amount either in my electricity bill or refund the same in my account.

      Sir
      On dated 21/08/2020. I have paid an amount of rs 9204 towards
      Jbvnl (Jharkhand bijli vitran nigam limited) electricity bill, but amount of rs 9204 is deducted from my axis bank account with reference id:inb/[protected]/techprocess solutions ltd/. But payment is failed.

      Kind refund the deducted amount of rs 9204 to my axis bank account.

          I booked a flight ticket in via.com and my booking details jjg3xz i booked a ticket on 20th jul for 22 of jul date of travel. I got a message from airlines that flight has got cancelled due to technical issue on 21 jul. And i booked another flight for my travel. Till now i did not get refund. Airlines is telling tat they gave refund to via.com. Via.com says they did not get amount from airlines and hence it ll take time. But they are not ready to give a clear tine frame. Plz help me to get the refund. Customer care executive did not give a proper reply.

                          My account number is:[protected] (Indian bank-east veli street, madurai. Branch).
                          I made a payment of rs.12, 457, on13th august 11:36 am to pay the american college fees. But the transaction was failed and amount was debited from my account. The description shown in the transaction history was "withdrawal
                          Transfer techprocess [protected]/american college/transfer to[protected]". It shows the transaction will paid to the merchant on the next working day. But still the amount was not paid and also the amount was not refunded. Kindly help me with this.

                            I tried to pay my university tuition fee using your payment gateway on 14th august 2020. The payment was debited from my account, but the gateway page showed an error and my fee was not paid.
                            It is not reflected in my university dashboard. I have attached a screenshot showing the debited amount. Please look into the issue, and revert the money back, as soon as possible.
