Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — paying sbi life premium through paynimo but not credited in the policy account | |
I paid my sbilife policy [protected] policy premium 36000 ru through paynimo on dated 04/01/2018 but sbilife insurance officer told me your policy premium can't reach. So i request you please give details about my policy premium. Where my premium lost so please refund my premium. I called paynimo custemer care they told me your payment is successfully then i call sbilife custemer care and they said me your payment not reached you call paynimo customer care. Sir / madam i am afraid for my premium so please i request to you please give details about my online payment
