I applied for the Paytm personal loan on 30th Sep 2022 and on the same day I got the message that your loan is disbursed and transferred to your bank account but it's been 3 days and still, the loan amount is not credited to my bank account. I've contacted Paytm for the same but they asked me to create a ticket through a personal loan 24x7 help channel from the app. I did but still my issue is not resolved.

I have made a transaction at Tata 1mg using Paytm wallet where cash back for 100/- was promised. it was mentioned it will be credit on 24 hours. transaction was done on 19th Sep, still the cash back is showing as pending with same message will be credited in 24 hours. The Paytm chat is useless as it keeps giving random answer even when asked for cash back query, it gives anwer about deals. i tried reaching out to customer care and it is all IVR response and never reaches any customer care agent/ resolved issues and routes back to paytm assistant on app

मेरा नाम सुदेश रानी है और मेरा मोबाइल नंबर[protected] है जो कि मेरी दुकान से 24-9-22 को चोरी हो गया था। जिसके बाद मैंने अपने अकाउंट को कस्टमर केयर पर फोन करके ब्लॉक करवा दिया था। अगले दिन मैंने नया फोन खरीद कर मेरे फोन नंबर की सिम निकलवा ली। 25-9-22 से लेकर आज तक ना जाने कितनी दफा मैंने उनकी एप्लीकेशन पर अकाउंट अनब्लॉक करने की रिक्वेस्ट डाली और अनगिनत बार मैंने उनके कस्टमर केयर नंबर ([protected]) फोन मिला लिया। परंतु उनकी तरफ से कोई भी रिस्पांस नहीं आ रहा है मेरी आपसे गुजारिश है कि इनके खिलाफ कोई लीगल कारवाई की जाए धन्यवाद

I applied for the Paytm personal loan on the 9th of September 2022 still money not disbursed and in paytm app its showing Congratulations the transfer of amount to your bank account has been intiated but it's been almost 25 days and still, the loan amount is not credited to my bank account. I've contacted their funding partner Aditya Birla Finance 3-4 times and every time they asked me to get help through Paytm and then I contacted Paytm for the same but they asked me to create a ticket through a personal loan 24x7 help channel from the app, I tried that too but still my issue is not resolved

I had paid my Loan EMI of RS 20, 000 for vendor Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd on 19th September 2022 at 7:53 PM IST.

As of today the transaction is not reflecting as successful & the status is showing as : Waiting for service provider confirmation.

I have contacted customer care multiple times but have been toggled between paytm wallet team & paytm bank team pin pointing at each other.

Can you advise...

I applied for the Paytm personal loan on the 17th of Sep. 2022 and on the same day I got the message that your loan is disbursed and transferred to your bank account but it's been almost 6 days and still, the loan amount is not credited to my bank account. I've contacted Paytm for the same but they asked me to click on a link that is on a ticket created by them which lands to a bot for personal loan 24x7 help channel on the app. I tried that too but not helping. It is just an automated response. My issue is not resolved.

18/09/22 Onwards my Paytm Payment Bank account freezed.. I send all proofs about KYC but paytm not responding my complaints and no response from customer care..I have money in my Paytm account but now I can't use it.. I need solution otherwise I have raise cheating complaint against Paytm Payment Bank because they never send any request for account freeze but they suddenly freezed my account...This is very worst behaviour and very bad attitude towards customer...

I confirmed with Bank and attached bank statement also still no response.

After call many times Paytm services for postpaid reversal none bothered asked to drop chat after review to the solution

Charged 1145 three times to my account and trying to contact for 45 days reversed 2 out of 3 failed transactions

From 60 days still trying to follow the up Issue

Now they charged me 2 late payment fee and 30 calls asking to pay due explained every call for refund still nothing happened
Dropped multiple emails still no response

So refund the failed transaction and late payment fee
