I have applied a personal loan at paytm on 07.09.2022 I hot the confirmation that my loan amount disbursed on my savings account but till now it's not disbursed.

18/09/22 Onwards my Paytm Payment Bank account freezed.. I send all proofs about KYC but paytm not responding my complaints and no response from customer care..I have money in my Paytm account but now I can't use it.. I need solution otherwise I have raise cheating complaint against Paytm Payment Bank because they never send any request for account freeze but they suddenly freezed my account...This is very worst behaviour and very bad attitude...

I applied for the Paytm personal loan on the 17th of Sep. 2022 and on the same day I got the message that your loan is disbursed and transferred to your bank account but it's been almost 4 days and still, the loan amount is not credited to my bank account. I've contacted Paytm for the same but they asked me to create a ticket through a personal loan 24x7 help channel from the app, I tried that too but still my issue is not resolved....

My pytm wallet freezed fast tag recharge also not working...

After call many times Paytm services for postpaid reversal none bothered asked to drop chat after review to the solution

Charged 1145 three times to my account and trying to contact for 45 days reversed 2 out of 3 failed transactions

From 60 days still trying to follow the up Issue

Now they charged me 2 late payment fee and 30 calls asking to pay due explained every call for refund still nothing...

I have taken a personal loan from Paytm. This month 5th is last EMI and it suppose to be deducted Rs. 6070 but deducted Rs. 6968, Kindly requesting you help me to get my money back Rs. 898.

Hi I ordered paytm gold delivery from paytm on 31st August 2022.
And the delivery date was on 7th Sept 2022. Even after multiple complaints I have not received any clarification from paytm side. I have already raised multiple tickets but no one is responding from Paytm side, even I have called their customer support no. multiple times but they are also not helping. they are not refunding my amount and even not sharing courier vendor...

Paytm first games is fraud and scam and A lot of money lost from game. I am now a mental patient. Please sir banned this type of game from online...

I have paid a tution fees of 25000 via credit card, and in my account i have offer that if i paid tution fees of 25k and more before 30sep i will get flat rs300 cb, but I haven’t received anything from paytm side, i have complained this thing to customer care and even raise ticket but still no resolution.

I've been trying to create a new paytm account for last 7 days but as soon as I enter my mobile number and click on 'Proceed' button, an error alert pops up saying 'Sorry, the account signup is declined as the system surveillance bot has detected some suspicious activity. In case you feel like a mistake, please reach out to our customer care'. I raised a ticket under 'Need help?' section on homepage but nobody has responded to my ticket ever...

I was ordering food on Swiggy on[protected]. I opted to pay through Paytm wallet at the payment gateway so I added the amount of order ₹159.4 through bank of Baroda debit card. I got a message showing amount deducted but amount wasn’t added to wallet and payment gateway displayed error and my food order couldn’t happen. I had put 10000 Rs in my Paytm wallet as on 16th Jan 22 but after when I check my wallet now it shows 0 balance and the wallet has also gone inactive. I have ordered a sofa cover of rupees 649 from amazon on 15th of august 2022 through cash on delivery mode . I have facing issues Paytm postpaid convenience free.
I have paid bill before due date. But Paytm charge continuously convenience free from 5 months.
Please resolve my problem and provide my wrong convenience free deducted amount....
