This is regarding to the account[protected] unauthorised transaction is going on with the name of OTH PG Paytm with rupees 2000, 1000, 3000 repeatedly without any message and OTP confirmation which is also not shown in any history of Paytm but this an authorised transaction is shown in passbook entry I never share card details to anybody please give me a solution approx 50000 has been debited till now from Feb.kindly help me out from this...

I have received 1000Rs on 17th August from my brother Paytm account, after sometime I refunded the amount to my Paytm account, I raised my complain to Paytm customer care, by mail, tweet calling but I didn't receive any response from him my brother also didn't receive refund amount also not me, today is 28th Aug also most days has been completed but no response from Paytm merchant team,

They are doing scam...

By so many interaction with customer care no solution is provided. On 14/08/2022, two transactions were faile of amount rs. 340 each and no refund is shown. Dues are still reflecting. No solution is provided bg customer care. Order id :[protected] and[protected]. Refund of rs. 680 is required as no transaction was cancelled....

I've applied for a credit card in Paytm it's almost 11 days but haven't got any update from them about credit card, it usually takes 3-5buisiness days to update anything but Paytm sucks all the time please look into the issue....

I took a postpaid loan of 5000 from paytm in the month of april 2022 i have done all the payments on time still my account is not being updated. As I have paid paytm postpaid amount using paytm app and money deducted from account but bill not cleared i have compain to their support team but not getting any support.

I have paid 2500 Rs more than bill amount....

I had done a transaction of rent payment on 20/06/2022, totally i paid Rs.3000/- but the amount deducted from my Paytm postpaid account. After following up with Razor Pay it was returned to the source Paytm account on 05/07/2022. Paytm are replying in direct message on Twitter that they are looking in to my issue but not returning the money. Check the images attached....

The late fee charged by paytm for my paytm postpaid bill was promised to be waived off by a executive via whatsapp and I paid in that belief..but now i've been receiving calls to make an idiotic payment for late fee for late fees...Resolve it asap and I need a compensation of INR 10000 for the struggle paytm had me to go through...

I ordered POS from Paytm Mall through Paytm App in June 2022, it was damaged and after few days it stopped working. From that day I have been calling the customer care and till date they have not replaced my POS. Everytime I call, they tell me to wait for 2 days....

I book my ticket on 28 may by paytm app but i cancel my ticket but there is no refund till now . daily I call customer care but no response and no solution . paytm is very worst app never download .

Recently i have sended money to a fraudester Paytm Holder Name - Manju Tikadar [15 aug[protected]:28 PM], And after 30 min i registered my complain to PAYTM . that a fraudster scam with me . Right Now Whenever i call to paytm they only say that we are talking to the Merchent .
It will take some time . Paytm doesn't want to resolve my issue.

I had ordered paytm soundbox 2.0 one time payment plan worth ₹1999 on 6 aug 2022 and delivery was expected by 20 aug 2022 but still i haven't received the soundbox and there's no response from paytm regarding this and I am worried about my prepaid money....

I have never taken a loan with ABFL but my CIBIL is showing i had taken a loan of 250 rs and the loan account number is as follows

I had a phone number registered to paytm with full kyc, also had some amount in paytm wallet, and i went to abroad for 10 months, after coming back i found that my sim got deactivated so i got a new number, now from last 1 month I’m contacting paytm to update my new number in my old paytm account but they are not doing it, i have all the valid documents like aadhar card, pan card everything. There is no option to talk to an customer executive...

I was ordered one smart phone in exchange of another and paid the exchanged amount through Paytm, but after cancelling that order on that day money till now not credited. But seller has sent. But Paytm has no option available for submitting complaint....

From last 15 to 16 days I am trying my account to open, but paytm shown my account blocked temporarily. I replayed at [protected]@paytm.com so many times but response from executive says within 24 to 48 hours your account will be unblocked. But till now my account is unblocked. About 16500 Rs. in my wallet balance....

My paytm wallet got expired because of kyc related issues and there was 3, 000.04 rupees in my wallet which was supposed to be my savings and paytm just took all my money saying against dispute and now that I try to contact their customer service there's no proper response or help I need my money back it's not like I earn that was my pocket money how can they just eat peoples money I need help pls give me my money back...
