I've been trying to create a new paytm account for last 7 days but as soon as I enter my mobile number and click on 'Proceed' button, an error alert pops up saying 'Sorry, the account signup is declined as the system surveillance bot has detected some suspicious activity. In case you feel like a mistake, please reach out to our customer care'. I raised a ticket under 'Need help?' section on homepage but nobody has responded to my ticket ever since. My ticket ID is [protected]. I even tried contacting @paytmcare via. Twitter but they ain't responding to my DMs either. They don't take issues via. email support either.

Feeling helpless now!

      On 31 Aug 2022, PayTM with the transaction id[protected]IGAOFGMOS9 deducted Rs.489 for payment to a fake website SuretoShoppi.com. There is no acknowledgement, receipt or anything for the payment made. Pl arrange to refund

        I applied for the Paytm personal loan on the 01 sept 2022 and on the same day I got the message that your loan is disbursed and transferred to your bank account but it's been almost 6 days and still, the loan amount is not credited to my bank account. I've contacted their funding partner Aditya Birla Finance 7-8 times and every time they asked me to get help through Paytm and then I contacted Paytm for the same but they asked me to create a ticket through a personal loan 24x7 help channel from the app, I tried that too but still my issue is not resolved.

          I was ordering food on Swiggy on[protected]. I opted to pay through Paytm wallet at the payment gateway so I added the amount of order ₹159.4 through bank of Baroda debit card. I got a message showing amount deducted but amount wasn’t added to wallet and payment gateway displayed error and my food order couldn’t happen. Plus my debited amount was never returned to my bank account till date. Please help.

            I have applied for paytm loan on September 1st and got sanctioned. I 've got a message that amount is transferred to my account.But I didn't get money in my account.I tried calling both Paytm and Birla finance but there is no response from them.Kindly resolve this issue.

              I had put 10000 Rs in my Paytm wallet as on 16th Jan 22 but after when I check my wallet now it shows 0 balance and the wallet has also gone inactive. I tried to do the min KYC through the Paytm App but it gives error "Something went wrong" after putting the OTP. Please help resolving the issue. I have attached the statement where I had added money to the wallet and the wallet balance.

                I have ordered a sofa cover of rupees 649 from amazon on 15th of august 2022 through cash on delivery mode . But I did not liked the quality of the product so I issued a return of the product on 19th of august and asked the return in my paytm bank account linked to my number [protected]. Amazon initiated the refund on 20th of august but I did not received it . I tried contacting the customer care of amazon 4-5 times and they asked me to wait for 2-3 days everytime . Then they told me that the refund has been done from their side and that i should contact my bank for the same. So i tried contacting the customer care of paytm bank 3-4 times they also asked 2-3 days to resolve the issue but their official called me and told me that the transaction has not been received by them and that i should contact amazon again and ask if the transaction is revert back to them so i did the same but the amazon officials denied . Now it has been more than 10 days and i have not recieved the refund. Now the amazon officials asked me to charge a dispute file regarding my refund .I am really confused regarding this as this is happening with me first time. I request you to please help me get my money back. Both amazon and paytm are not helping me.

                    This is regarding to the account[protected] unauthorised transaction is going on with the name of OTH PG Paytm with rupees 2000, 1000, 3000 repeatedly without any message and OTP confirmation which is also not shown in any history of Paytm but this an authorised transaction is shown in passbook entry I never share card details to anybody please give me a solution approx 50000 has been debited till now from Feb.kindly help me out from this situation.

                      I have received 1000Rs on 17th August from my brother Paytm account, after sometime I refunded the amount to my Paytm account, I raised my complain to Paytm customer care, by mail, tweet calling but I didn't receive any response from him my brother also didn't receive refund amount also not me, today is 28th Aug also most days has been completed but no response from Paytm merchant team,

                      They are doing scam with customer

                        By so many interaction with customer care no solution is provided. On 14/08/2022, two transactions were faile of amount rs. 340 each and no refund is shown. Dues are still reflecting. No solution is provided bg customer care. Order id :[protected] and[protected]. Refund of rs. 680 is required as no transaction was cancelled.

                            I've applied for a credit card in Paytm it's almost 11 days but haven't got any update from them about credit card, it usually takes 3-5buisiness days to update anything but Paytm sucks all the time please look into the issue.

                              I took a postpaid loan of 5000 from paytm in the month of april 2022 i have done all the payments on time still my account is not being updated. My cibil score is being dropped to 700 just for the loan of 5000 of which i have done all the payments on time no delay on any payments. I recently went to apply for home loan after checkin my cibil report i came to know about this and due to which i am being charged at higher interest rate this is causing me lot of loss andi tried to reach to paytm but no response from them. Please guide on how to move further

                                    I had done a transaction of rent payment on 20/06/2022, totally i paid Rs.3000/- but the amount deducted from my Paytm postpaid account. After following up with Razor Pay it was returned to the source Paytm account on 05/07/2022. Paytm are replying in direct message on Twitter that they are looking in to my issue but not returning the money. Check the images attached.

                                      The late fee charged by paytm for my paytm postpaid bill was promised to be waived off by a executive via whatsapp and I paid in that belief..but now i've been receiving calls to make an idiotic payment for late fee for late fees...Resolve it asap and I need a compensation of INR 10000 for the struggle paytm had me to go through

                                        I ordered POS from Paytm Mall through Paytm App in June 2022, it was damaged and after few days it stopped working. From that day I have been calling the customer care and till date they have not replaced my POS. Everytime I call, they tell me to wait for 2 days.
