My paytm postpaid dues on mobile number[protected] were cleared a long time ago as requested by an agent and via the link sent by him. but paytm is charging irrelevant late fee and damaging my credit score . I need immediate action on this irresponsible behavior of paytm and due to the bad reputation paytm caused for me I demand a compensation of 1 Lakh Indian Rupees.

    I used paytm postpaid and spent almost Rs 3800. I couldn't pay due amount on date 5 sept due to some pesonal reason. ON 21 sept 2022, i got a call from paytm and aditya birla finance ltm saying " if you pay your due amount on the call, we'll waiveoff (remove) the interest amount (Rs. 590) . SO, i instantly paid all used amount except interest charge (rs.590) . Because, the person who was on the phone call said to me your amount will be waivedoff from the company and it will take a week but it's been already 3 weeks, NOthing has happened so far, I just got to know, paytm charged interest on the 590 again.

      I have got approved loan and got screen as

      amount transfer has been initiated to my bank account within 48 hours on 11.33am 11th oct 2022,

      but still amount has not been credited to my account and i have tried to raise ticket in paytm loan app as instructed but no use.
      So please resolve as it is a medical emergency

        I kindly bring your attention that my one independent house is tolet, regarding that a man named Deepu J L, army staff, got my phone number from OLX, and called me from [protected] phone number. Told me to shift in my rented house with family. Asked for property pics Once we had sent the pictures, he instantly agreed to take our property on rent and want to pay the rent and advance amount.

        On, 10.10.2022, he asked for my paytm number and told me to send Rs. 14, 000. Since it is an Army swipe machine, as he gets them reimbursed from the Indian Government. I need to first scan and enter the Re. 1 & press ok then check balance as he told that this I'm doing to get his rent in my bank account, I Did it twice to confirm. My balance increased with Rs. 2, And now he got my trust. Then he asked for Rs 14, 000 final payment, I entered amount 14, 000 and press ok. My balance was deducted with Rs. 14, 000 and then he said I need to do this twice in order to get the money from him. Since my account balance was low, he again insisted to do it from another account. This time he said I need to have atleast Rs 14, 000 more in my account in order to get Rs 14, 000 from him.

        Now I was knew he is nothing but a fraud. I didnt agree to pay him anymore.

        This is full of scam fraud because now he is not receiving my call. I have all the call recordings and his govt. employee I.D., aadhar card, all the transactions details and chats.

            And now it is showing “ Sorry, this transaction is declined as our system surveillance bot has flagged your account from making this transaction”

                    Hello,

                    My Name is Pankaj Singh, I booked a bus ticket through Paytm App through my [protected] no. & Timings of Bus ticket is 6:15 AM on September 22, i reached at boarding point 30-40 minutes early but bus has not been arrived on time, then on calling to given no., Caller doesn't respond, then I called to Paytm customer care executive who provide me the bus operator no. [protected] To contact but again and again on calling that person doesn't pick the call but after continuous calls he picked then that person is saying that bus will arrive at boarding point within 10-15 minutes, then I asked for driver no. Then he has given me the staff no. [protected] & when I called to that no. That bus staff is saying that they had depart from Agra right now and they will reach at 10-10:30 AM, and I booked this bus to reach my destination before 12Pm as bus destination reach time is 11am, if i get to know this before booking then why I will book this, also Paytm has not provided me these details, i asked to bus operator to cancel my ticket and refund my full amount, as i can't wait this much that bus will arrive at the time when it is showing to reach Allahabad.
                    After continious calls to paytm customer care from September 22 till today, i am getting only illusions that i will get my refund within 10 days, after 10 days they are saying that 10 days will be excluding weekend & holidays, then also i called after that also, but now they are saying your issue has been highlighted from starting, it will be resolved but when don't know, today it's 19 days has been completed but still i didn't got my refund, rectify this issue and refund my money as soon as possible.

                      I traveled by Ola auto in Bangalore on[protected], the fare was Rs 325 and I paid it in cash. To my surprise, Paytm has made a payment of Rs 325 to ANI Technologies for the journey made. I would like to inform that I have not opted for auto payment to ola and the message regarding the payment made was not conveyed to me in time, which would have enabled me to withhold cash payment to the driver. I have lodged a complaint with Paytm app helpline, and they have closed the issue without ensuring a refund.

                      I would like to inform that about an hour before my journey by Ola there are 2 credits and debits in my account regarding the payment made to the same agency. This gives an indication that there is a fault with Paytm system and they are making unauthorized payments, wherein some are rectified and some are not, ultimately causing loss to the customers.

                      As the payment of Rs 325 is made to ANI Technologies by Paytm without me opting for auto debit, faulty system of theirs besides, not intimating me in time, I request you to refund the amount debited to my account with paytm

                        Paytm is a fraud company. They cheat loot money especially from merchants. While settling the amount to the bank account they do not settle some tens or hundreds of rupees but they show they have settled everything in their app. If people don't cross verify every rupee in their bank account they will not come to know. Actually this is the strategy of this fraud company. They think no one will notice these small amounts difference in their bank account so they are openly looting us. I came across this situation many times. Recently to confirm this I sent Rs.10 from my normal account to my merchant account. When I checked in that Paytm business app it showed amount got settled instantly into the bank account. But till now I have not received that amount in my bank account. I tweeted this by tagging RBI, fraud Paytm company everyone by attaching the screenshots of bank transactions, sent and received screenshots from their app. But these frauds have not credited any amount in bank account yet. On top of that when I complained them from my normal account that merchant didn't receive amount in his bank account they sent me reply that merchant has confirmed them that he received the amount. What the heck! I was the sender and I was the receiver and I didn't recieve it but who the hell has confirmed these fraudsters that I recieved amount? Such a cheap tricks. They did not even bother to check which bank account is linked to merchant account. They simply replied me that amount has been credited to Paytm payments bank. Irony is that I don't have any Paytm payments bank linked to merchant account. It was some other bank account but these people just want to pass on some reply and they don't want to return money

                          I had Paytm Postpaid due amount on 7th October 2022 but my Paytm Account was blocked temporarily on 7th October so Due to technical issue in Paytm i couldn't paid Due amount on 7th October and for such i had many phone call with Paytm and Aditya Birla Customer Care number seeking Postpaid Payment Link to pay Due amount on time but was helpless from both side and Today Your company has imposed Penalty of Rs880 but this is unfair and seem to be illegal... Requesting you to waive off penalty amount from my account as early as possible and assure me about to take care of My CIBIL score

                            I used a Paytm postpaid limit of 5800 and the payment date was 7 th oct but my account was locked and i paid it on 8th they charge 750 rs for it plus gst it is about 15 % for a day

                              My self is CA Kamal Jain and I had made payment of Rs. 7670/- (Seven Thousand Six Hundered Seventy only) from my Saving Account with PNB Railway Road, Bathinda Account Number [protected], IFSC Code PUNB0075310 to Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as Annual Membership Fee through your payment gateway for credit in the Beneficiary Account Number[protected] on 14/09/2022 by option of Net banking. The amount was debited from my account on the same day but was not credited into ICAI’s Account. An Application Number MAP1336310 WAS GENERATED DURING THE TRANSACTION SHOWING PAYMENT IS NOT COMPLETE But till now money is neither refunded into my bank account nor credited into ICAI account. Transaction Reference ID[protected] and External Reference Number[protected] is showing in Bank Transaction Slip.

                              Kindly refund the amount of Rs. 7670/- to my above said Account Number [protected] with PNB Railway Road, Bathinda IFSC Code PUNB0075310. I have also sent this letterthrough an email on email ID : [protected]@one97.net . But failed to deliver as this email ID alongwith all other email IDs given on internet do not exist.

                                I have a outlet named as "Fundoo Froggy" in Kharghar Navi Mumbai, Mobile number - [protected].
                                Paytm sales executive named Swapnil has come here and said that he has to install soundbox to all merchants because company is giving free of cost there is no charge at all, I have said I don't require it.
                                I had kept asking is it free of charge? And there is no recurring rental charge? He keeps on saying that there is no monthly rental charge.
                                Now Rs 125 monthly rental charge is deducted from payout.
                                So i had requested to kindly deactivate my soundbox and collect it from my premises. And refund my money back to my account, because it is wrong selling done by their sales executive team ( Swapnil).
                                I have written mails and called many times to there customer care but all of these efforts are gone in vein, from last one month I have been following for deactivating the soundbox.

                                  I have not received the refund from the merchant although I got the message on Paytm that money has been refunded but the money has not been credited into my account or Paytm wallet. Is the Paytm scamming the customers? I need my money back at any cost

                                    While signing up for paytm postpaid it was shown that bill can be repaid as an emi. I had availed 6733 rupees from paytm postpaid. But when I tried to pay no emi option was shown for bill repayment.they shared my number with random people/third parties. I have been getting 10-15 calls evryday from third parties and messages as well.
                                    They are asking me to pay almost 50% of the availed amount as late fee charge. My total amount to repay is over 12000 rupees. No customer service from paytm is contacting me only third party people are. I have tried to reach paytm customer care but haven’t gotten any response.

                                      I was trying to pay my Internet bill last night which was an outstanding of INR 112.90, this amount was deducted 4 times and the same wasn't reflected on my ACT Balance...PAYTM wouldn't refund or even provide a proper means to report issues like this.
