    Hi Team,
    I have booked a ticket from Paytm as below.
    Bus operator: - Shree Khurana Travels
    From: Hingoli to Pune
    PNR/Ticket no. :[protected]
    Booking ID: - [protected]
    UPI Transaction ID # [protected]
    Payment amt : - ₹ 1580

    As I tried to cancel the ticket the Paytm system not working. I have raised a complaint to the customer care of Paytm. as per Paytm customer care, the executive company will give a full refund as mentioned in the refund policy. I am eligible for a full refund.

        Dear Sir/ Madan,

        I became the victim of online fraud through OLX (mode of payment being Paytm). We had put our bed for sale in OLX. The culprit called us and asked to do transactions through paytm. He convinced us by showing Adhaar of himself and afterwards the Id card of Army person. Total amount involved Rs. 27, 000/-. Pls help in getting the same as we have already informed to HDFC Bank and Cyber Crime cell also within 24 hours. HDFC Bank complaint no. is MUMP[protected] dtd 31 Oct'22 and Cyber Cell complaint no. is [protected] dtd 31 Oct'22.
        Your help and support is solicited to get back Rs. 27, 000/-

          Sir,
          I used to paytm soundbox in January/February but due to some reason I got my soundbox deactivated. After about eight months, when ₹ 400/- was deducted from my account in the name of SoundBox Subscription, then I came to know that despite my deactivation, the soundbox is still active and they will deduct more money. After that I got it deactivated again and also asked for my money, on which they refused to return and clearly denied that you had not got the soundbox deactivated.Sir, my only complaint is that all the money I have deducted till now should be returned after getting it deactivated

              I applied for a Paytm personal loan on the 19th of October 2022, the Paytm app says that my loan was disbursed (on the same day) but I didn't receive money in my account. I tried to contact Paytm customer support, but the customer care support person said they have no support agents for a personal loan, the support team sent me the chat link but it’s just a chatbot (I can’t get connected to the agent using the chat link). So I called the lending partner Adithya Birla, and they told me that the loan was approved and disbursed from their side. Now I have no idea what to do next. I also mailed [protected]@paytm.com and grievance.[protected]@adityabirlacapital.com but no reply.

              Did the loan amount got disbursed to your account ? If Yes, then how many days did they took to transfer ? Please kindly let me know as I am facing the same issue

                I have canceled the irctc ticket which I booked through Paytm powered by bhim. the refund was issued on 17th Oct 2022 from irctc and they mentioned contacting the wallet/bank/agent with the reference ID:[protected].

                Its been 7 days since I have not received the payment credited to my bank account, as per the Paytm support portal (https://support.paytm.com/cst-support/ticket-refund-not-received-heres-what-you... payment should have been received within 2 business day.

                Kindly do the needful.

                  I m useing paytm for business account last many years
                  And lat 3 month ago showing offer in my app pay 1 rs and sound box free no monthly rental only received 30 translation
                  So i m order but after one month paytm debited 49 rs
                  I m received more then 300 or more payment received in this month

                    I have booked a bus from Hyderabad to Nizamabad in Paytm but after booking they sent only confirmation sms and I thought of I’ll be getting other sms of bus details and driver Number but I didn’t got any details and I have called to some numbers they have given in first sms they didn’t answered the call . I didn’t know when my bus is and my money is wasted

                      I have applied personal loan through paytm from aditya birla on 16th October, every process completed and got message that your loan money will get disbursed within 2 to 3 days. Still it's pending while emandate already done.
                      What is this, is it a scam or what?
                      Even no ny response from paytm customer care.
                      Pathetic service by paytm.

                        Unauthorised payment by Paytm

                        I booked Uber to travel from home -Worli Mumbai to International Airport Terminal 2 under their compulsory term Non cash . I committed to pay wide Paytm. On 16th Sep 2022 I travelled to Terminal 2 and I tried to pay thru Paytm but I could not . Driver Mr Rizwan has closed the trip and said that since he closed the trip I can not pay on- line and hence asked to pay in Cash . I asked what is the fare he said he does not know, you pay the fare what you saw while booking. so I paid Rs 1002.00 . Afterwards on 18th Sep Paytm has paid Rs 913.2 to Uber for the said Trip so payment was duplicated. My complaint is 1) Why Paytm has no suitable tab /method to pay when I competed my Trip to Airport 2) Why Paytm paid after two days without checking with me 3) Paytm should provide me a UBER request if they have requisition to get the fare which was already paid to Driver 4) Paytm/Uber have mutually agreed to such transacting arrangement but they dont have coordination among Paytm/Uber/Driver. I wrote to Paytm several times but they dont reply

                          I ordered a projector from Amazon named wanbo X1 projector on 10th JUNE 2022. The price of the projector was Rs 13, 990. It was in cash on delivery. The order id was[protected]. I received the product on 15th JUNE 2022. As i recived the product some parts of it were missing so I returned the product. The product was picked up by amazon agent on 17th JUNE 2022. As it was on COD I was supposed to get my refund in my 'saved bank accounts in Amazon application'. The saved bank was Paytm Payments Bank Limited [A/c No. - [protected]] in which return was supposed to be credited.
                          After 7-10 days of return I didn't got my return so I contacted Amazon cutomer care. They said that we have initiated the refund but RRN was not genereted that's why your refund got stucked. Then they shared the RRN and asked me to share this with the Paytm Payments Bank and they will reflect my refund amount.
                          The RRN shared by amazon was - HSBCN[protected].

                          Till now approx 4 months have passed by talking to paytm customer care, by writing to their 24/7 complaint section but no satisfactory response has been provided from their side.

                            I have earned 1100 points after hard work of one year. Nothing happens with less than that. I've redeemed all my 1100 points for 10 rupees but never received any cashback of 1 even 1 rupee. Bloody hoax company is not helping after constantly reaching out to them using various methods

                              I have applied for Paytm personal loan and gave the details asked to me for loan.everything was done according to the procedure.then it was written the loan will be transfer within 2-3 working days.but today it has been more Dan 8 days Derz no reply from Paytm partner bank / financial money lender.

                                I have purchased 10gms of ETF Gold. During last week of August I had requested for Delivery and made payments towards the making charges. The order was cancelled without giving any proper explanation. I have been trying to reach the customer care via their app as well the telephone number and email. The tickets are being closed as "solved" even without addressing the issue. The grievance officer responded saying they will fix this issue and get back. It's been more that a month, neither the app is fixed or the PayTM is responding. PayTM gold is seems to be a fraud scheme. Appreciate your assistance in raising a proper consumer complaint against PayTM's fraudulent behaviour. Not even allowed to take a screenshot of their Tickets.

                                  My paytm postpaid dues on mobile number[protected] were cleared a long time ago as requested by an agent and via the link sent by him. but paytm is charging irrelevant late fee and damaging my credit score . I need immediate action on this irresponsible behavior of paytm and due to the bad reputation paytm caused for me I demand a compensation of 1 Lakh Indian Rupees.

                                    I used paytm postpaid and spent almost Rs 3800. I couldn't pay due amount on date 5 sept due to some pesonal reason. ON 21 sept 2022, i got a call from paytm and aditya birla finance ltm saying " if you pay your due amount on the call, we'll waiveoff (remove) the interest amount (Rs. 590) . SO, i instantly paid all used amount except interest charge (rs.590) . Because, the person who was on the phone call said to me your amount will be waivedoff from the company and it will take a week but it's been already 3 weeks, NOthing has happened so far, I just got to know, paytm charged interest on the 590 again.

                                      I have got approved loan and got screen as

                                      amount transfer has been initiated to my bank account within 48 hours on 11.33am 11th oct 2022,

                                      but still amount has not been credited to my account and i have tried to raise ticket in paytm loan app as instructed but no use.
                                      So please resolve as it is a medical emergency

                                        I kindly bring your attention that my one independent house is tolet, regarding that a man named Deepu J L, army staff, got my phone number from OLX, and called me from [protected] phone number. Told me to shift in my rented house with family. Asked for property pics Once we had sent the pictures, he instantly agreed to take our property on rent and want to pay the rent and advance amount.

                                        On, 10.10.2022, he asked for my paytm number and told me to send Rs. 14, 000. Since it is an Army swipe machine, as he gets them reimbursed from the Indian Government. I need to first scan and enter the Re. 1 & press ok then check balance as he told that this I'm doing to get his rent in my bank account, I Did it twice to confirm. My balance increased with Rs. 2, And now he got my trust. Then he asked for Rs 14, 000 final payment, I entered amount 14, 000 and press ok. My balance was deducted with Rs. 14, 000 and then he said I need to do this twice in order to get the money from him. Since my account balance was low, he again insisted to do it from another account. This time he said I need to have atleast Rs 14, 000 more in my account in order to get Rs 14, 000 from him.

                                        Now I was knew he is nothing but a fraud. I didnt agree to pay him anymore.

                                        This is full of scam fraud because now he is not receiving my call. I have all the call recordings and his govt. employee I.D., aadhar card, all the transactions details and chats.
