My paytm money account was revoked i raised tickets so many times but no use and there is no customer service inthe app the Paytm money app was fraudulent app so reactivate i want to reactivate my account and withdraw my money

    Hello sir my name is sumit i i use paytm card machine when i placed card machine order agent told me you received 1500 rupees cashback 500 evey month to 3 months but they do not told any transaction limit and other term and conditions they give me wrong information and when i contact customer support they denied to give cashback and i request to pickup machine and give money back they also denied to give my money
    hope my issue resolved as soon as possible if my issue not resolved i am going to consumer court and take a legal action against paytm my mobile no [protected]
    Bro please provide customer care no on which directly talk with customer care

      On 10th of may 2022 an amount of 867.35 was on hold in my paytm postpaid account later it got deducted and later the amount was restored, but in actual no amount has been restored in my patym postpaid account.
      The paytm company is claiming that they have restored the money but still my paytm postpaid account is showing due amount.

      This is totally technical error from paytm and i have been charged late fees and due amount unnecessarily.

      I only want the actual refund and also cover late fees for unnecessary charges.

      I am also attaching evidence of 2 photo which depicts different statement and 1 picture of customer executive chat who is claiming the amount was restored but in reality the amount is still due.

      Hope i will get fast aid, as this matter is serious and have an impact on my cibil score.

        Hi, I have used Paytm postpaid service from 2020 with my this [protected] registered mobile number. Within a few days I had used their postpaid facility and spent approx 3000 something rupees and 5000 was the maximum limit. Due to a sudden reason I was lost my job and was not able to pay the outstanding amount. One executive from their end called me up and told me to pay the outstanding amount immediately. However, I was not able to do so. Then she gave a waived-off offer to clear my dues. She told me that if I pay 2921 rupees within 24 hrs then it can be waived off and my dues also are cleared with immediate effect. So, I had arrange the same amount with one of my friends and cleared the same. Also, she told me that it will take 72 hrs to update the same on my account. After 3 days again they started calling me and asked me to clear all the dues which were 5000 rupees. I have attached some audio recordings of my conversation with that executive herein for reference. I haven't paid any money after that. After a couple of days, I again received their one call and then they told me to clear just 75 rupees to clear all dues. I have also cleared the same. Still, my amount is not waived off and cleared. In the year 2021 again one executive called me and told me that waived off offer was canceled that is why you are getting this recovery call from our end and you need to pay 10000 rupees including fine now to clear all the dues. I was begging him to waive off again then they told me to pay 1000 rupees but I don't have 1000 rupees at that time. Then he told me how much I have just paid then again I paid 600 rupees. After that, they again started calling me to recover 10000 rupees. So, please look into my matter and take the necessary action on this because I will not able to pay any penny for this again.

            The balance got deducted from my account...
            But after 2 days i.e. on 21 June 2022 they shows payment has been failed and ..your money refunded in you account...
            But until now I didn't receive any sms regarding payment or refund money..
            Pls do my help...

              Myself Malla Prakash,

              There was an offer campaign from May 1-May 31, 2022 on rental transactions.
              It has said flat 2% up to 1000 rupees cashback for the 3 rental Transactions.
              Please refer the rule no 1 in the offer campaign screenshot attached.

              I made 1st rent payment and received cashback on 4th May.
              On the 10th of May, I made the 2nd rent payment and Received cashback on the 10th of May.
              On 11th May I made the 3rd rent payment, for the same I have not received the 2% cashback Can I know why?

              So I have made a transaction of 49000, which means the cashback should be 980 rupees.
              So can you please check and tell me why did I not receive the promised cashback as per the campaign terms and conditions?
              And this campaign offer is active while the transaction happened. Then why did no cashback given for the transaction?

              I talked to Paytm Customer Support via Twitter and they are saying 500 Cashback points are credited against the transaction, and the cashback offer is not applied to this transaction, but that is not the case. If the cashback is given to 1st and 2nd transactions, why not 3rd transactions?
              The flat 2% cashback offer is active, and the only offer is active while the transaction happened, and I should be getting 2% cashback, not cashback points.

              So can you please check and tell me why did I not receive the promised cashback as per the campaign terms and conditions?

                They charges late fee three times without any mgs, remainder call and notification
                1. Rs 885

                and this is not enough the main think is that they charged two times my paytm postpaid bill :
                1. Rs 6933.76 date 11-june-2022 time 12:46 this is the bill they provided after that again a payment shown to me of Rs 6439.74 I paid it also by think in mind that there something mistake by my side and the amount is

                and now they closed my account and I lost my all the previous transactions after that I again open new account to get transactions back same i found all transaction are gone how can I found and match my tranctions and bill amount
                even no way to contact on call with paytm postpaid please help to refund my amount and to get statement of my account too its a request from aditya birla group because i contact to paytm they called me to contact with aditya birla group they are in partnership with each other even I request a query in paytm postpaid message section after that they called me and they told me on call to refund the late fee amount of rs 2020 and the extra bill they charged of rs 6439.74 will be refunded as soon as possible but no response found till now please help its my hard earn money

                its very urgent Paytm customer service told me it can be provided by the Aditya Birla finance only
                and please refund my money as soon as possible

                      Paytm company not recharge my fast tag due not update of pan card so please take action against the company Paytm making public foolish for the reason I didn't run my car because fast tag is compulsory in haryana but Paytm doesnt recharge my fastag in the name of pan card

                            I placed order on blikit on 3rd may 2022. The money was deducted but order was not placed. On contacting grofers ( Blinkit). They said no any such amount was recieved. But Paytm is saying the money is with grofers. it has been 10 days but still i dont have my money back.

                              I did a try to pay my lic premium through paytm mobile solution. Money got deducted from my bank but not credited to lic . Where the money gone then ??? I can see in my paytm history. Kindly revert asap.

                                  Hi, I had made an UPI payment on[protected]. The amount as debited from my account but however the merchant did not receive the amount/ service was not delivered.
                                  When I checked with PayTM, they just shifted the complaint to the bank. When I asked the bank, they asked to check with PayTM.
                                  Where am I supposed to go? How will I get my money refunded? Very unethical behavior by both parties!!1

                                    Sir my soundbox still not deactivated they take my soundbox on 28 may and still asking for charges of soundbox their agent says that soundbox is deactivated but it still active I call on customer care on 10 june they says we will solve your problem tomorrow within one day but today is 13 june still problem not solved.

                                      Ordered a sound box in November 2021 and the machine was inefficient and did not work properly. I registered a return and deactivation and sent the box to the office through courier(Rs. 65) details of which i had provided to the company.
                                      But the monthly charges were still being deducted from my account till may 2022 (Rs. 125×5).
                                      I have been trying to contact the customer support but it takes me 8 to 10 minutes to connect with the agent and the whole time is wasted and again repeating the same thing. Every time I make a call they assure me i will get the refund within 10 days but till date i haven't received any.
                                      I am totally done with the customer service of paytm, the worst I have ever seen in 22 years of my life and my father being local businessman who is technically backward and doesn't know how to look into such matters has been struggling with this issue and due to the brevity of time and the cost of time in our lives i cannot invest the beautiful hours of my life in making calls and rantting over the agents, who are telling me that i can call in a day 4 times but still i have to hear from them that there are technical issues.
