I made Payment on aug 4th 21 using Paytm upi later merchant refuses to give service so i reported the matter to Paytm within time and raised the complaint later Paytm failed help me and asking to contact merchant bank so i contacted merchant bank they said they will ask Paytm to contact i informed same but now Paytm telling time over can't help me i m following up from last year no one calling from Paytm

      Hey..
      My payment mobile number is [protected]
      Name - Aman Kumar
      . I had opened Paytm Postpaid in March 2022, in which the loan amount was 500 ₹ that means total amount which was approved so Out of that, I had recharged my mobile for 299 ₹ and 118 ₹ ...
      So total amount which is used is = 417
      Now i had 83 ₹ left in my account before the date of 7th April
      Due to some issues I have not paid in 7th April which means penalty of late fee will be applied

      So main point is - According to the policy, late fee penalty is to be levied on 7th of every month, whose loan will be up to 500 or less.

      I did not pay the bill for 2 months i.e. 7th April and 7th of May that means
      Penalty up to ₹ 25 + 25₹ = ₹ 50 should have been imposed but They are charging more than 50 ₹ every month

      Now here's scenario

      Total amount is = 500₹
      Recharge = 299₹ - 500₹ = 201₹
      One more recharge = 118₹ - 201₹ = 83₹
      Convience fee of April 2022 = 10₹ so 83₹ - 10₹ = 73₹
      Convience fee of May 2022 = 4₹ so 73₹ - 4.18₹ = 69₹

      Now late fee penalty is
      April 7 over due date = penalty applied 50₹ so
      69₹ - 50₹ = 19₹

      Again over due date may = 68₹

      So 68₹- 19₹ = -49₹

      Now total amount which I have to pay is = 549.76₹

      But according to late fee policy i have to pay only 481₹
      Because 7 April and 7 may = 25₹ + 25₹ = 50₹
      but they're charging extra amount 68₹

      That's it I have attached screenshot also please take action immediately otherwise they'll charge late fee extra more from me...

      Resolution which I want is - decrease amount of late fee

      This paytm post paid is scam. They don't send reminders no have auto repayment option. So if a genuine customer misses the data, by 1 day, ge us charged late fees without even offering one-time waiver option.
      It's scam to get money through late fees by paytm bank.
      That's why paytm lost all share value in market and also not gaving all RBI approval.
      Better use paytm only transactions, nit fir post paid. Pls save and get away with paytm, rlse you will face issues

        I'm using fasttag provided by paytm. As and when i cross the toll, amount will be deducted from paytm wallet. Recently they sent notification to update the PAN details (KYC notification) and freeze my paytm wallet due to RBI restriction. As per the notification, updation of PAN will take 72 hours. I have raised ticket under paytm and provided my PAN details as requested on May 5th. Till date, the details are not updated and my paytm wallet is freezed.

        Due to this, i cannot recharge my fast-tag.
        Complaint is -
        1) Though RBI never mandate PAN to use fasttag, payTM is not providing a way to recharge/transfer fasttag. My travel is being affected.
        2) Though i have submitted document, within 72 hours the process is not completed within commited time.
        3) Customer care is not justfying and ticket is not being updated. PayTM ticket ID is ([protected]).
        Request to take the action and help to resolve the issue.

          Today I wanted to recharge my number, So i checked plans on Paytm And selected recharge of 719 rupees which included unlimited talktime and 2gb/day for 84 days.But when I recharged it I got only 1.5Gb/day which is a total concept of misinformation to the customer.I want my full recharge of 2gb/day as mentioned there.

            I ordered a Paytm POS us machine on 14/04/2022 via order number [protected]. I have made the payment in full in advance. The expected delivery date of the machine was 02/05/2022.

            Whenever I call there call centre for inquiry of my order, some random person pics of the phone and ask me to transfer it to their senior person, then they make me wait for 45 minutes for transferring the call and then cut the call on their own without solving the query.

            I tried using the chat support, in which they shift the blames to different departments and not solve the query.

            I tried writing an email in which they said you are query will be solved in 2 to 4 days. The query isn't solved yet and Now they are not replying to my emails also.

            I have made more than 10 complaints the ticket number of which I am writing here:

              I have been trying to pay the paytm postpaid bill generated amount of 6.61 Rupees, While clearing the due i am getting this kind of error (This Transaction is declined as our system surveillance bot has flagged your account from making this transaction).

              Please help as this is your system blocked my transactions, where the overdues should clear or wave off the overdue charges in Paytm account.

                I did the one transaction on 2 may for khushi garment(merchant name) through paytm and that transaction failed and my money has been debited, but till now I didn't get any refund. I contacted the paytm helpline and they said this is the issue from the bank side.Please resolve my query as soon as possible, and refund my debited amount.

                  I am mohinder kaur i am 73 years old and i have been a prey of a fraud.
                  i had posted an ad on olx for rent on olx . A guy called me as a tenant and he told me that his name was sanjay singh and that he is serving in the indian army and he is being transferred to my city and he needs my house on rent . he also sent me his id proofs. he told me that next week he will shift into the house and that he will pay the rent in advance and also a fake senior of his called me and said that his name was jora singh . sanjay tricked me through a qr code and told me to scan it and redeem it on paytm and that the amount will be reflected into my account but instead the amount got debited . he lied to me and also impersonated to be an army man and did a fraud with me. all the transactions were done using paytm upi. If someone could help me get my money back it would be really be helpful as i really need the money for my food and medicines as i alone. thank you

                    I was playing some kind of online betting game which is obviously legal in india and due to some loss of a person whom i dont know from telangana reported my accout and since then paytm had blocked my account and are saying go to Andhra pradesh tirupati police station to unroport your case and i live in j&k.

                      On 3rd May, 2022, there is a suspicious transaction happen with payu from my paytm wallet account.

                      I approach paytm team and they investigated this transaction. Ad a result of their investigation they informed me to contact payu as a receipt of this amount. Kindly refer below suspicious order details :

                      Hi! As checked, this is a successful transaction via PayU Id - [protected] at our end and the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant www.mtcgame.com. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, request you to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end. Further, as checked, you have raised the chargeback against this transaction. You need o follow up with your issuing bank for further assistance.

                        I had recharged my Airtel Mobile 9xxxxxx1982, using the Paytm Mobile App on March 10th 2022. The payment was done using the Mobile No . 89xxxxxxx11. We got the message as 'Bill Payment Successful Rs 492'. However, the Airtel people didn't receive the payment. So I had to again make the payment.

                          I applied for a personal loan of 200000 rupees on 28th अप्रैल through paytm whose citation letter also arrived on 28th but we got the amount disburse message on 3rd May but the amount did not come in the account now my loan account is active and the outstanding amount is also approx. Seeing 210000 I also talked to Aditya Birla's customer support officer mr mintoo and paytm senior customer officer mrs sonia but no one is ready to tell what should we do

                              Paytm debited my money automatically for four months I haven't opted there China made sound box service but still they falsely claim I have opted and charging my paytm business acc there looting customers money

                                I have tried Paytm loan, the loan also been scanction successfully but still my amount is not credited into my bank account but loan statement, repayment date intrest all other data has been sent to me .

                                I tried to reach customer care they told there is no customer support no for loan section and chat also not working

                                I want to when my loan amount will be credited or how to cancel my loan

I have tried the transaction twice and both times the amount has been debited from my account but it is still stuck at processing from your end.                                   The payment got processed after 9 hours.
                                  I'm a paytm postpaid user. As usual according to the instructions my post paid bill has been generated on 1st of July. So, I made a payment of Rs-48 on 1st of July, 2022. But my bill payment gets processing. They asked me to wait 24 hours but I've been waiting till today 5th of July, but it still processing. From 7th of July I'll be charged late fees. But I couldn't repay it. I made another 4 payments and all the time it gets processing not gets succeeded. I have tried to reach out them via Phone call, Twitter and their no value 24×7 help desk option which have not helped me till today. Now I'm frustrated and depressed about the matter.

                                    I received a refund of 3965 from Flipkart and it was supposed to be credited to my paytm account but paytm failed the refund, stating my wallet has reached its limit. I have completed my KYC several years back and i have 100000 limit in my wallet, and even if the refund was done, i would not reach the wallet limit. This is total fraud! Now, i have raised ticket to paytm ticket id [protected] but no one responded to me. I even raised complaint on social media like facebook and twitter but no one got back. TOTAL SCAM
