Hi, I had made an UPI payment on[protected]. The amount as debited from my account but however the merchant did not receive the amount/ service was not delivered.
When I checked with PayTM, they just shifted the complaint to the bank. When I asked the bank, they asked to check with PayTM.
Where am I supposed to go? How will I get my money refunded? Very unethical behavior by both parties!!1

    Sir my soundbox still not deactivated they take my soundbox on 28 may and still asking for charges of soundbox their agent says that soundbox is deactivated but it still active I call on customer care on 10 june they says we will solve your problem tomorrow within one day but today is 13 june still problem not solved.

      Ordered a sound box in November 2021 and the machine was inefficient and did not work properly. I registered a return and deactivation and sent the box to the office through courier(Rs. 65) details of which i had provided to the company.
      But the monthly charges were still being deducted from my account till may 2022 (Rs. 125×5).
      I have been trying to contact the customer support but it takes me 8 to 10 minutes to connect with the agent and the whole time is wasted and again repeating the same thing. Every time I make a call they assure me i will get the refund within 10 days but till date i haven't received any.
      I am totally done with the customer service of paytm, the worst I have ever seen in 22 years of my life and my father being local businessman who is technically backward and doesn't know how to look into such matters has been struggling with this issue and due to the brevity of time and the cost of time in our lives i cannot invest the beautiful hours of my life in making calls and rantting over the agents, who are telling me that i can call in a day 4 times but still i have to hear from them that there are technical issues.

          I am Y Rajesh my account freezed one month completed i have complaint to paytm they told wait for 3 days like that 1 month completed i have money in my account for hospital purpose i told they their response is worst for solving problem any body will take 1 month like this service means how people can trust month completed amount in bank i can i trust tell me solve my issue unfreeze my account 1 month completed tell me how people will wait 1 month health problems is there money in account only please unfreeze account please 🙏🙏🙏🙏. They told 4 hours now 1 month completed not solved problem so many time i have given complaint i am attaching screenshot check once.

            Hi Forum,
            i had booked two spicejet Airline ticket for 15th APR 2020 from surat to patna through PAYTM APPLICATION. However the ticket got cancelled as due to the 2nd LOckdown imposed. and spicejet gave me a Credit Shell to be used within an year.

            As per the Governemnt of India and DGCA aviation ministry stated to REFUND the amount completely instead of Credit Shell. and Indigo airlines REFUNDED THE amount on 20th april 2020 itself to the Booking agent PAYTM in this case.

            However Paytm did not inform the customer on this and they did not even credit the Refund amount to the customer. only when i was not able to use the credit shell for the subsequent use, and contacted the spicejet customer care, i came to know about this .that the refund they had processed.

            now when i am trying to use credit shell in paytm, it is saying that credit shell had a validity of 1 year, now when they never notified me of credit shell then how am i responsible for its expiry.

            here i am filing a complaint against paytm, please help

                    I booked a bus ticket of MR travel via Paytm from Pune to Vadodara of aprox amount 5k. The bus arrival time was 12:15 am as per the booking schedule, but it came around 2:00 am. MR travel’s driver was lying of arrival time for an hour. I asked the operator to cancel my bus. He told to ask to the Paytm. When I called paytm agent he told me that I will be entitled for the refund as I was waiting for more than hour. I raised a ticket for the refund. After few days, paytm said that operator denied the refund. As per policy I was entitled for the refund but now Both paytm and bus operator both are denying the refund. Paytm is not taking any action against this fraud. Both are taking advantage of the situation by playing blame game. Pathetic service by paytm and MR travel. Requesting help for the refund.

                        On 28 may they come and deactivated my soundbox but after 1 june they still asking for 125 charge for soundbox please solve my problem they didn't attend call . They said that my soundbox is deactivated but why they are asking for 125.

                          Paytm hold my food wallet amount they not allowing to using even online food order in swiggy or zomato, after optout the food wallet option from my office they are not allowing to use my existing amount

                          I tried to call reach paytm about this, there is no option to check

                                  I have Paytm fastag. They linked fastag with Paytm wallet k. Now they can freeze your wallet balance due to which you can’t even add money to fastag and in end you have to pay double toll tax charges. Even customer care executive doesn’t revert properly. It’s frustrating

                                      So I recently made Paytm postpaid payment in full. I can see the amount in my available funds within the app. Now whenever I am trying to make the payment through postpaid the only message I am getting is "we are currently facing issues with postpaid, kindly use another option". That being said I am stuck somewhere and kindly urging you to look into the matter as soon as possible.
