Paytm Mobile Solutions — Not Returning and refunding against an order | |||||
I bought Nikon camera from PayTM on 4th January 2017, delivered on 7th January 2017. I found that the lens of the camera was not of the same specs/model as mentioned in the product description. I initiated the return last week and after raising so many requests they came back to ask for pictures of the product. I sent them the requested documents same day. It has been 4 days since i submitted the documents and almost a week since I have initiated the return and I have not heard from them. The return is still in requested stage. Also, In PayTM customer service, I can't even talk to the executives. All I can do is respond to IVR and raise request. No call back from them even after raising request through IVR. PayTM's return policies are pathetic. Flipkart, Amazon and Snapdeal are way way better. I am having very bad experience with PayTM. Never had similar issues in other ecommerce websites.
