Have tried to book 1 online tickets for tajamahal, agra from paytm app
I opened the website and made payment of Rs. 1250 using my upi id.
I approved the payment from paytm app.
Amount is deducted from the bank account but tickets were not genereted.
I request you to pls look into the matter and refund my amount.
