I will pay 240 for double top up but still I will not received the diamond plz clear my problem...

Have tried to book 1 online tickets for tajamahal, agra from paytm app
I opened the website and made payment of Rs. 1250 using my upi id.
I approved the payment from paytm app.
Amount is deducted from the bank account but tickets were not genereted.
I request you to pls look into the matter and refund my amount.

As i paid amount via payu portal but merchandise is not responded and contact number also not available for the merchant. i raised the ticket on payu help, my ticket number is CE[protected] after a two days they closed my ticket without any update about my complaint. i want a refund amount or my ordered product.
