We have made payment of Rs 778710/- on 2/8/21 for payment to Punjab State power corporation limited using PayU and received a successful notification also, and now we are getting to know that the money was not credited to Punjab State power corporation limited.
PayU transaction ID- 8518561
Transaction ID-[protected].
And now when I raised the query they have automated response that refund initiated on 3/8/21 and will be done in 5-7 days, it's 15 days now and there is no way to get in touch with them .

    As I have purchased some products from flybaby.com I didnt got any message from that site and also my money got deducted from my account to [protected]@axis.com so I think the merchant is fake fraud so I want my money back from payumoney

                  I opened the website and made payment of Rs. 1250 using my upi id.
                  I approved the payment from paytm app.
                  Amount is deducted from the bank account but tickets were not genereted.
                  I request you to pls look into the matter and refund my amount.

                        Recently on 11st August I made a transaction of Rs 15000 for forex trading or commodity trade . They gave me commitment for 2-3 calls daily as well as training, since the day I have made the transaction they have just made 1 call after that they are giving silly excuses that today is market closed or today is market is versatile etc etc . They have told me that there firm is Uk based and the name of firm is TRADERSPIPS Contact no. They have provided me is +[protected] . I am sure because they India based because of background traffic and people talking at the back when we were having telephonic conversation . I can attach everything like screenshot of payment as well as voice recordings and a little conversation over gmail . Kindly provide me the refund as soon as possible .
