        As i paid amount via payu portal but merchandise is not responded and contact number also not available for the merchant. i raised the ticket on payu help, my ticket number is CE[protected] after a two days they closed my ticket without any update about my complaint. i want a refund amount or my ordered product. I dont know how can payu team make a unauthorised mechandise payment

          My payments were kept on hold for more than 4 months.
          On August 2, I had received a mail that my account will be activated and payments will be released since payumoney all queries were resolved but till NOW Aug 13 there is no clearance from their help centre team. Also my payments are not released nor my my account is activated. I need my hard earned money asap

            Titan is saying it has not received the payment and my bank is saying amount has been credited to the beneficiary. Please check.

                                I have a merchant account with payu and I paid for this account. They are holding my payments in earlier days and whatever they asked I provided.

                                But for now again they hold my payments from last 2 months and even there is no option to contact them, they have only chatbot option that too if I open it is saying you payments on hold but no proper information.

                                I have written many emails, there is no proper mail communication from them, not even responded to my emails. As I have a paid membership from them they are not taki5care of my issues and they are keeping my money without releasing it. I got scared that this company is going to shut6or not, but my money with them and they are playing with me. Please help me out from this issues. I don't know how many persons like me suffeing with these people. Please all I need my money back and after that I don't need their services, I will close everything from them.

                                I got a call from this number [protected], he is very rude when talking, and also asking to share the screen and asking for OTP. I denied that and asked send it from official mail id. Then he told your settlement will not come and disconnected call.

                                I called him again, and I have shared my screen, this time he is asking to send a message like PORT to some other number, I didn't understand why a merchant needs to send these kind of messages. He is in very rude manner and disconnected call.

                                So, people please be aware before onboarding with payu money.

                                They are fighting like anything, we are paying money and we are chasing back on them to get our money. The very very worst service happened. Don't be fools by makend merchant partnership with them. It's a big lesson for me to not go with them. I have many others, they are such a cool to a customer and when problem occurs resolving in a good manner and timely.

                                But these payumoney people are not even having good manner, please don't play with the people and with their money.

                                        I want my settlement to PayU. I have submitted my proprietary certificate but they are saying that it's not valid.
                                        I asked how then they are saying provide GST but I don't need to go for GST registration because my business is below 20 Lac rupee.

                                        So I want to tell them they are doing fraud in this industry. I don't know where should I complain regarding this issue.
                                        If they are able to see this complaint then hopefully they will settle our payment as soon as possible.

                                        Hi, Please revert to the Ticket id - MI[protected] that we've sent you seeking relevant information with details so that we can get this resolved for you on priority.
                                        Ask them how they are saying our proprietary document is not valid and if I am an individual and my business is below 20 Lac then how they can ask GST.

                                        They have too many miscommunications between their KYC verification team and settlement team and grievance team as well.

                                        We are already requesting before 11 days. But still, they are answering like fake people and who don't have much information about our country business rules and MSME as well.
