I have a merchant account with payu and I paid for this account. They are holding my payments in earlier days and whatever they asked I provided.
But for now again they hold my payments from last 2 months and even there is no option to contact them, they have only chatbot option that too if I open it is saying you payments on hold but no proper information.
I have written many emails, there is no proper mail communication from them, not even responded to my emails. As I have a paid membership from them they are not taki5care of my issues and they are keeping my money without releasing it. I got scared that this company is going to shut6or not, but my money with them and they are playing with me. Please help me out from this issues. I don't know how many persons like me suffeing with these people. Please all I need my money back and after that I don't need their services, I will close everything from them.

Updated by Housie Book I got a call from this number [protected], he is very rude when talking, and also asking to share the screen and asking for OTP. I denied that and asked send it from official mail id. Then he told your settlement will not come and disconnected call.
I called him again, and I have shared my screen, this time he is asking to send a message like PORT to some other number, I didn't understand why a merchant needs to send these kind of messages. He is in very rude manner and disconnected call.
So, people please be aware before onboarding with payu money.
They are fighting like anything, we are paying money and we are chasing back on them to get our money. The very very worst service happened. Don't be fools by makend merchant partnership with them. It's a big lesson for me to not go with them. I have many others, they are such a cool to a customer and when problem occurs resolving in a good manner and timely.
But these payumoney people are not even having good manner, please don't play with the people and with their money.

Very very very worst service, I think they are closing company soon, I have seen many people complaining the same about settlements, they diverted our money I guess. Careful guys, I lost hope for my money. Don't be fools yourself by purchasing the payment gateway services.
