I ordered 800 top up to free fire but I don't get diamonds so plz refund my money...

I paid 800 but the diamonds not get in my account my account I'd is[protected] plz send my diamonds or my money plz sir...

I have made a payment of rupees 10280.00 through https://cdma.ap.gov.in/en/pay-your-property-tax. The amount has been debited but the transaction has failed. The date of transaction was on 09-August-2021. Till now I haven't got the refund....

I had paid for diamond topup for free fire but did not recieved diamond . Transaction ID is [protected] plz provide my diamond to me...

I have a merchant account with payu and I paid for this account. They are holding my payments in earlier days and whatever they asked I provided.

But for now again they hold my payments from last 2 months and even there is no option to contact them, they have only chatbot option that too if I open it is saying you payments on hold but no proper information.

I have written many emails, there is no proper mail...

I had topup 80 rupees from payumoney and not get the diamond...

Today 11 August I purchase free fire diamonds I paid money but diamonds not received and payment is successfully done...

I want my settlement to PayU. I have submitted my proprietary certificate but they are saying that it's not valid.
I asked how then they are saying provide GST but I don't need to go for GST registration because my business is below 20 Lac rupee.

So I want to tell them they are doing fraud in this industry....

I have order kitchen gadgets from live kitchen worth of Rs. 824.46 using Payumoney transaction ID[protected] but order didn't place.

Please help to place order or refund the money...

PayU money has done a Shoddy job in On-Boarding a Merchant whose website is Non Functional and that Merchant is posting Advertisements to sell Products and making us pay without delivering the product. There is no means and way to Contact the Merchant and PayU Money Has Zero KYC for this Merchant OnBoarded, hence they are refusing to Refund my Transaction Money to which PayU has aggregated Creazcart...

I've made payment Rs. 199 thru Google Pay to payumoney.[protected]@axisbank for online shopping.
But I didn't received any confirmation from shoppers.
