            I have purchased one tshirt from sarthi villa and one from bombayshirt4u.myspotify.com of Rs. 199/- each on Saturday, July 24th, 2021.
            The product is not delivered till today (29/7/2021) but the payment is done via Payumoney gateway on same day..! Please look into it.. and let me knw the further procedure ASAP.

                            I tried help.payu.in but it does not accepting amount and going in loops . The transaction was done for an online purchase from Amazon via netbanking with ICICI bank .                                     PayUmoney has put my money on hold because of risk issues for more than a week. They are asking for proof of buyer and seller which I can provide but the link where it should be added is not working, I have repeatedly tried accessing that link but that link doesn't work at all. The link is "staging.payu.in". I have also raised a ticket but the ticket closure date keeps on extending without any kind of help from Payu. Neither do they call you or do they have any phone number where you can contact them. They don't even have a human chat assistance service, every help related service is done by a bot which keeps on repeating the same thing again and again without trying to solve the real issue. I would request them to not hold the money like this. Either release the fund or repair the link where we can provide proof details or refund the money to source.

                                    There is no option for me on the website "https://help.payu.in/" to add any details, after my ticket was closed those options are not there. It was there before when I had no tickets, when I first raised the ticket. There are only 2 options, one is Chat support and the other is Track a query.

                                      Still they didn't process my complaint request I have raised ticket TQ[protected] still in progress could not able to raise another ticket to share more detail about my transaction receipt
