      Your settlement is on hold, we need more details for the amount to be settled

      Hello sir my account is on risk hold asking for invoice which i have already provided ways back .. issue started on 8 july when they ask me for invoice detail which i provided then .. but after that they ask for invoice and delivery detail the courier, which is not possible for as we run webhosting company as as many otehr company do as well the like resellerclub they also use it ..

      But they don't understand it and ask again...

Fees was deposited but I didn't received a payment receipt from PayUmoney on my mail . Payment was cut from card.Please help me to get a payment receipt.                 I have purchased one tshirt from sarthi villa and one from bombayshirt4u.myspotify.com of Rs. 199/- each on Saturday, July 24th, 2021.
                The product is not delivered till today (29/7/2021) but the payment is done via Payumoney gateway on same day..! Please look into it.. and let me knw the further procedure ASAP.

                                I did an online purchase on 17th July 2021, and paid an amount of Rs 9499 via netbanking. The transaction failed but the amount from my account has been debited and not been refunded yet. The bank says the amount was released from their end to Payu and Payu has not refunded it .                                 I tried help.payu.in but it does not accepting amount and going in loops . The transaction was done for an online purchase from Amazon via netbanking with ICICI bank . The transaction failed but the amount was debited from my account, Bank confirmed they released the amount and the amount is stuck with PayU and should be refunded by PayU. Kindly do needful at earliest

                                      I paid Rs 2999 through your getaway for purchase of a chair through my credit card to chairs-center.com ([protected]@gmail.com)on 17th july at around 4.22pm.
                                      However I did not receive the product and the seller has vanished from shopify.I have already filed a FIR yesterday in Bandra kurla complex police station yesterday where I have named you also as an accused.I will be filing a Civil suit as well for damages against you, facebook and shopify on Tuesday .
