Good Morning Sir, On 29 july 2021 at 11:57. I deposit college fees Rs.21276.17 by Bank Of Baroda card from my college website by payumoney. Fees was deposited but I didn't received a payment receipt from PayUmoney on my mail . Payment was cut from card.Please help me to get a payment receipt. It is very important to me show proof for fees....

I have purchased one tshirt from sarthi villa and one from bombayshirt4u.myspotify.com of Rs. 199/- each on Saturday, July 24th, 2021.
The product is not delivered till today (29/7/2021) but the payment is done via Payumoney gateway on same day..! Please look into it.. and let me knw the further procedure ASAP.

on 20 June, 2021. 2 payments were done through my Citi bank credit card. These payments were not done by me which means these are false transactions. so, I want all details about these transactions and also shop details.

My diamonds not received...

I did an online purchase on 17th July 2021, and paid an amount of Rs 9499 via netbanking. The transaction failed but the amount from my account has been debited and not been refunded yet. The bank says the amount was released from their end to Payu and Payu has not refunded it . I want my amount back as i need it urgently...

Some one from pay u debited my amount without my permission they done fake debit by the qs teamviewr access please resolve my issue...

PayUmoney has put my money on hold because of risk issues for more than a week. They are asking for proof of buyer and seller which I can provide but the link where it should be added is not working, I have repeatedly tried accessing that link but that link doesn't work at all. The link is "staging.payu.in". I have also raised a ticket but the ticket closure date keeps on extending without any kind of help from Payu. Neither do they call...

Raised ticket they didn't solve my issue while paying to amazon thru payu.in gateway amount 3091 have been debited not order not placed successfully...

They are cheating customer money. no response in raised ticket also very poor service
