      Website is totally useless.
      It's not at all user friendly. It's all over the place. Home page is confusing.
      I purchased items from The Online Store and made payment by credit card.
      The merchant isn't able to fulfill complete order. They have supposedly refunded Rs.2, 900/- to PayU wallet.
      I followed the instructions in the email from PayU which took me to the website.
      I tried to set up a customer account but instead it set up a merchant account.
      I want my refund amount to be transferred/credited to my original source of payment mode my credit card immediately.

      I expect you to complete this action within 1 business day.
      You are required to send confirmation email and proof that amount has been transferred/credited to my original source of payment mode my credit card.

          I had made a transaction of RS 10000 from my credit card to premwaikhu MID no. 8064577 on March 2021.
          The transaction no. is [protected] 26 March 2021.
          The amount is still kept in hold.
          Many ticket had been raise.
          More than 3 months passed ticket is also not taken any action.
          The amount didn't refund nor settle.
          They are wasting my time and trying to loot my money.
          I told the owner(where I made transaction) to give back my money he responded if the payu team settle the amount he will able to give back.

                  4. Please click on “Update your bank details”. In the pop-up window, kindly fill in the required details.
                  5. At this stage, you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number, kindly enter the same. In addition to this, kindly check terms and conditions before proceeding further.

                            I have tried to book 2 online tickets for TajMahl from https://asi.payumoney.com/ online.
                            I opened the website and made payment of Rs. 499 using my upi id.
                            I approved the payment from BHIM app.
                            The amount is deducted from the bank account but tickets were not generated and payment page showed that payment failed.
                            I request you to pls look into the matter and refund my amount.
