I have done ₹40 top up for free fire. The transaction was successful but i didn't receive the free fire diamonds in my account. So i need a refund or my free fire diamonds as soon as possible....

I have tried to book 2 online tickets for TajMahl from https://asi.payumoney.com/ online.
I opened the website and made payment of Rs. 499 using my upi id.
I approved the payment from BHIM app.
The amount is deducted from the bank account but tickets were not generated and payment page showed that payment failed.
I request you to pls look into the matter and refund my amount.
