PayUmoney has put my money on hold because of risk issues for more than a week. They are asking for proof of buyer and seller which I can provide but the link where it should be added is not working, I have repeatedly tried accessing that link but that link doesn't work at all. The link is "staging.payu.in". I have also raised a ticket but the ticket closure date keeps on extending without any kind of help from Payu. Neither do they call you or do they have any phone number where you can contact them. They don't even have a human chat assistance service, every help related service is done by a bot which keeps on repeating the same thing again and again without trying to solve the real issue. I would request them to not hold the money like this. Either release the fund or repair the link where we can provide proof details or refund the money to source.

My transaction ids are [protected] and [protected] which were done on 15th July.

Please keep in mind that I already raised a ticket on 16th July and explained why it was rejected in the ticket but the there was no response from payu and only the date was extended 2 times and after that the ticket was closed without any reason.

There is no option for me on the website "https://help.payu.in/" to add any details, after my ticket was closed those options are not there. It was there before when I had no tickets, when I first raised the ticket. There are only 2 options, one is Chat support and the other is Track a query.

This is coming and under the track a query I am only able to see the previously raised ticket coversations. No other option is avaiable. Please kindly look into this because 50000 rupees is a lot of money for me.

I have already shared scanned copy of PAN card, I have also shared scanned copy of my Passbook.

QN9101291033 is the ticket number where I have shared it. Kindly look at the issue since I am really facing lot of trouble due to the risk hold.

                      I paid Rs.198 to PayU platform for purchase of two umbrellas advertsed on Facebook vide transaction no [protected] paid on 2 July 2021. Soon on 4 July 2021 and on Facebook disappeared and no acknowledgement received from merchant. I immediately reported to PayU that merchant is playing fraud and disputed my payment.

                      Inspite of having raised dispute, PayU chose to close my complaint and my money is not credited back.

                        On 20 July, I made a purchase from NICHE. I used my email id as well as UPI to complete the transaction.

                        However, once the UPI transaction was complete, the email regarding successful transaction went to the person whose number I had added.
                        The surprising thing is that I never added that person's name or email id anywhere. My email id was mentioned and it was my UPI. But I never received any emails from PAyU. Instead, an account whose id and name was never mentioned received it!
                        How did Pay U get the the name and the email id of that person?
                        It's very surprising and raises many security concerns

                              I have a pay you merchant account. Which got 350000 stuck in it.
                              Merchant ID is 8120369
                              My account was freezed so I asked them to change my account details on June 4th.. Since june 4th they said that it will take some time and settlement will be done. After that they started asking new documents and all. when I did all than the manager have blocked me from calling, No response on emails, I cannot even raise any ticket for support.

                              They have taken all my money with no reason. Should I do suicided or else people will kill me. They have left me with nothing.

                                Why provide fraud company gateway, continue customer complain but your side provide Abanke.com gateway,
                                this is not good. My complain no UO[protected], your side close without any soluaction.
