I made an online purchase on Lacarenes.com via PayUMoney gateway, using my Paytm wallet. The transaction was of Rs. 8491.75 and it was done on 16th June 2021. The product was not shipped to me hence, I cancelled the order and requested a refund. They initiated my refund, but I wasnt able to track it. My refunds on Paytm come back to me within minutes but this hasnt come back yet. I have contacted them regarding this issue and I was told I’d receive the refund within 3 days, but I never received it.

              It has been over 2 months, 2 customers of our company JSS Aviation Services Pvt Ltd have paid 2 payment for RS. 10000 and 70000. but even after regular followup with Payu Money Company on there help centre chat process and providing all documents like email id and Invoice they are transferring the amount to our account.
              they are not even replying on the ticket posted to them, neither they do have any direct line customer care Mail id nor Phone no to contact.
              How would we get our payment as there is no chain to complaint.
              Please help us with the same.

                              My wife Sahana Shetty had placed order for 2 nighties from The Sultry Sleep a Merchant registered for Payments though your website

                              The transaction No. 652770PAY*PAYU MONEY GURGAON was made for Rs. 698 on 16th June 2021.

                              We have not received the delivery of items and now we see that lot of complaints are updated in thier websites about they being frauds.

                              We have trusted them as they are registered through your payment portal and we fell that it is your responsibility to ensure that fraud merchants are not entertained and due diligence is followed on registering merchants.

                              We request you to immediately block these merchants and take some legal action against them and ensure that people who have made payment thru your portal are refunded.

                              We have already escalated this to Cybel crime cell as a complaint against The sleep Sultry and you as parties. In addition we are are also contemplating to go tobthe media with this issue.

                              We request you to do the needful to avoid embarrassment

                                        For the testing purpose, I have made a Payment using My Credit card using PayUMoney Gateway.

                                        It's done 20+ days but still PayUMoney not refund my amount.

                                        The unsettled fund against MID 6255914 is INR 39056

                                        On the PayUMoney website, there is no customer care contact also so you can't contact him, they provide support chat only.
