Payu money is fraud company, my money is near about 11 Lakh and they are not doing settlement. I had raised too many tickets and not getting support, they are asking for the e-commerce documents but I run software business how I can provide that? Kindly initiate my settlement. My wife Sahana Shetty had placed order for 2 nighties from The Sultry Sleep a Merchant registered for Payments though your website

The transaction No. 652770PAY*PAYU MONEY GURGAON was made for Rs. 698 on 16th June 2021.

We have not received the delivery of items and now we see that lot of complaints are updated in thier websites about they being frauds.

We have trusted them as they are registered...

I had payed payment of rs 20000 to the shoopers app throught your payumoney gatway but that app make fraud to all other persions got refund but i have not recived till now.

25.06.2021 I was book the oyo room through the rupay debit card, room is not book, but my money is debited, and I tried to next day 26.06.2021 that same complaint, 2 times debited after the money debited, next page coming CM90004-duplicate record, sir please refund my money...

For the testing purpose, I have made a Payment using My Credit card using PayUMoney Gateway.

It's done 20+ days but still PayUMoney not refund my amount.

On the PayUMoney website, there is no customer care contact also so you can't contact him, they provide support chat only....

I have ordered 3 products from a website on instagram named whiskey fashion..my money got deducted by pay u but i got no mail or sma regarding my payment as well as my orders..my transaction id no. Is below in picture... either provide me merchants no. Or refund my money .how can u give permit to use ur website to any fraud mechant...

I've payed 430 rupees.

But the website is not available now and we haven't received my order or any other details regarding it. I've been waiting for it so long.

Payumoney I'd[protected] paid 594 INR on 09 May through Icici credit card vide ORDER NO. #1048 Fitnessbaba online Facebook shopping confirmation for OXYMETER & DIGITAL THERMOMETER. But neither shipment delivered by the Marchant nor replied my mail. Also no contact number of the Marchant given to reach them .
In this regard already lodged police complaint.
