Payumoney I'd[protected] paid 594 INR on 09 May through Icici credit card vide ORDER NO. #1048 Fitnessbaba online Facebook shopping confirmation for OXYMETER & DIGITAL THERMOMETER. But neither shipment delivered by the Marchant nor replied my mail. Also no contact number of the Marchant given to reach them .
In this regard already lodged police complaint.

PayU is a payment aggregator who helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, hence any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only.

But the Marchant has out of reach .Neither he replied nor mailed to me regarding delivery of my order .Hence it is requested to you that please contact them for refund my money as it too late . I mean after lapse of above 45 days the Marchant didn't initiate to deliver my shipment. It may be cheater or fruad onlineshoping Marchant.
IN THIS REGARD I HAVE ALREADY COMPLAINT TO POLICE .

        To Payu support team
        A payment of 4500 rupees was paid to my payu business account on 15th June, 2021 with payment ID[protected]. But I have not received the amount till date. It's showing payment deposit cancelled. Moreover, I can not refund the amount to my customer because it shows that "this amount will only be refunded from the next payment you collect." therefore I request you to either deposit the amount in my account or refund it to my customer at your earliest.

                    I had paid a total of Rs. 420 (210+210) two times via Googlepay for my LLR renewal at AP Transport website. The two the transaction was failure although my money was deducted and hasn't refunded. I tried to contact via PAYU support site but the bot couldn't detect my transaction ID.                                 I have made the payment to RAHUL TRAVELS on 12/06/2021 and Amount was : 6999.00 via PayUMoney.
                                Money was deducted from my account. However Merchant has not received the Amount as confirmed by Merchant(RAHUL TRAVELS).

                                However, spoke with my ICICI customer care, as they confirmed UPI transaction has been done successfully, there is no problem from bank end.
                                Official message from the bank:
                                "Your transaction of Rs 6999 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary rahulcarrental account XXXXXXXXXX3359"

                                They also shared the UPI reference number(RRN), ending with RRN[XXXXXXX61515]"

                                  Chargeback dispute against fraudulent transactions

                                  Dear PayU Support Team,
                                  I have raised a chargeback for a fraudulent transaction that happened from my UPI Account linked with my Federal Bank account on a Website used PayU money to collect the payment. Two days before Merchant confirmed, they already refunded the payment and attached the email made between Merchant and PayU Money, shared by the Merchant.

                                  But I still have not received the amount back to my account....

                                  This is to submit that on 12 Jun 2021, from the Airtel Mobile App i made multiple attempts to pay my landline bill and every time the screen showed and error and prompted me to retry payment which resulted in my multiple payments of Rs 588.82, The amount was paid thrice and deducted from my PNB Bank Account.
                                  The amount has neither been received by the merchant nor been refunded back to me.

                                    Order no(ONEPLUS STORE): M[protected]

                                    I am facing issue related with a transaction done online on OnePlus store dated 8th june 2021 at 10.06 pm
                                    The amount of loan was rupees 40478.00 and after placing the order, it got cancelled at the same moment I placed transaction but the loan amount tends to be deducted from Bajaj Emi Card and Loan account got generated (532ECFHA487279).

                                    When i communicated with ONEPLUS Customer care they informed me that the transaction was not processed because of timeout issue at the payment gateway(PAYU).

                                    Inorder to cancel the Loan from Bajaj Finserv they needed a confirmation receipt or mail from PayU to be forwarded to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, [protected]@gmail.com regarding the transaction failure.
                                    Could you please look into this.

                                      I have made the payment to RAHUL TRAVELS on 12/06/2021 and Amount was : 6999.00 via PayUMoney.
                                      Money was deducted from my account. However Merchant has not received the Amount as confirmed by Merchant(RAHUL TRAVELS).

                                      However, spoke with my ICICI customer care, as they confirmed UPI transaction has been done successfully, there is no problem from bank end.
                                      Official message from the bank:
                                      "Your transaction of Rs 6999 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary rahulcarrental account XXXXXXXXXX3359"
                                      They also shared the UPI reference number(RRN), ending with RRN[[protected]]"

                                      Merchant Name - RAHUL TRAVELS
                                      Payment Amount - 6999.00
                                      Date/Time of Payment - [protected]:16:40.0
                                      Let me know if you require any further details from my end.

                                      Could you please have a look along with shared UPI RRN and let me know when will I get my refund and the next course of action.
                                      PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I don't see any comment from PayUMoney customer care but issue marked as Resolved.
                                      Please have a look and provide the update on this.
