How do I track my Merchant ID ? I have checked with Tencent game to acknowledge the same, but they have no information about the product and the money that I paid through PayuMoney.
Kindly, rectify the issue and refund.

            I got a link to pay newspaper bill. i paid the bill thru the link got the receipt and transaction id. after 2 days newspaper boy come to collet the cash. checked with him he says it is not from them and is a cheating that is happening. want customer care to call me else i file a police complaint and sue payu for this fraud

                  Date of the incident: 2nd July

                  done a transaction on 2nd July but payU is holding the money for not submitting the invoice, after raising the ticket on payU help they said that they will refund the amount to the source. but till now I didn't get a refund. when I complained to RBL bank(the bank card which I made the transaction) they are saying they can't help with this and I have to be in contact with payu and have to resolve the issue from their side only. But payu is not responding to my messages and also erased the data from the dashboard which is related to the transaction. please help me.

                      Hai I made a transaction on payu to my trainer, money was hold my payu due to not submitted the invoice and after the conversation they said they will refund my money. But till now I didn't get my refund and also payu erased all my transaction history and stopped replying to my messages.please help me.guide me how to approach consumer court.Thank you.

                              For the testing purpose, I have made a Payment using My Credit card using PayUMoney Gateway.

                              It's done 30+ days but still PayUMoney not refund my amount.

                              The unsettled fund against Transaction Id: [protected] is INR 20, 000

                              This transaction Id: [protected] status showing "queued" from last 10-15 days not yet refunded my amount, and my credit card bill has been generated and I can't pay that bill

                              On the PayUMoney website, there is no customer care contact also so you can't contact him, they provide support chat only.

                                  We receive our first payment as a test on 12 Jul, 2021 and It is on hold from that day. you are playing email email with us to resolve this issue. If test payment is on hold, how can we proceed next and live with your payment gateway with you guys. how our customers payment will be handle by you guys. We find very unprofessional behaviour while doing this. you guys keep on asking same query over the email again and again.

                                  Payment gateway is suppose to do payments and thats what not happening on your gateway. Solve it or say you can't do it. We are looking for another payment gateway just cuz of this.

                                    I have paid to SAE INDIA amount of 472rs for membership from google pay as directed by the SAE website but the amount didn't go to SAE India but it went to payu payments pvt Ltd's. account. Also the transaction id showed in google pay is showing invalid. Just confirm if my payment is forwarded to SAE India and if not give me the refunds.

                                      Our firm name is himadri aquatics and we are using their payumoney as our payment gateway. But during the last October they hold our settlement of about 40k amount and it is not refunded till date we already submitted all the necessary information as per their request. After that they said us to wait for 7 months . Last month we enquiries about the settlement they say the same things again and again. Actualy they are not willing to settle our money back.
