Hi I'm harshith I'm recently make a payment in Royal gamer web set for free fire top up. but I'm not yet get diamonds in my account so please refund my money...

Date of the incident: 2nd July

done a transaction on 2nd July but payU is holding the money for not submitting the invoice, after raising the ticket on payU help they said that they will refund the amount to the source. but till now I didn't get a refund. when I complained to RBL bank(the bank card which I made the transaction) they are saying they can't help with this and I have to be in contact with payu and have to resolve...

Sir i do a transaction of 717.50 rupees on dated 26 June but amount is not reaches to receiver account but has been deducted from my account. Please help me to get my refund...

Hai I made a transaction on payu to my trainer, money was hold my payu due to not submitted the invoice and after the conversation they said they will refund my money. But till now I didn't get my refund and also payu erased all my transaction history and stopped replying to my messages.please help me.guide me how to approach consumer court.Thank you.

I had paid a amount of 299 rs inr to pay u and i didn't get the uc, so plzz iam request you kindly. Send me uc or refund my money . My transaction ID is[protected]...

I submitted my college fee by PayUmoney but the college didn't get fee and balance was deducted from my account. Transaction failed .
Kindly refund my money back in same account, refundable money is Rs. 27085.59...

For the testing purpose, I have made a Payment using My Credit card using PayUMoney Gateway.

It's done 30+ days but still PayUMoney not refund my amount.

This transaction Id: [protected] status showing "queued" from last 10-15 days not yet refunded my amount, and my credit card bill has been generated and I can't pay that billbr...

I today order a wrong airdopes from official website of boAt but canceled my order within 2 hrs. I got a mail that they have refunded my momey to payu account but i dont have one.I want my money into my bank account as soon as possible....

We receive our first payment as a test on 12 Jul, 2021 and It is on hold from that day. you are playing email email with us to resolve this issue. If test payment is on hold, how can we proceed next and live with your payment gateway with you guys. how our customers payment will be handle by you guys. We find very unprofessional behaviour while doing this. you guys keep on asking same query over the email...

I have paid to SAE INDIA amount of 472rs for membership from google pay as directed by the SAE website but the amount didn't go to SAE India but it went to payu payments pvt Ltd's. account. Also the transaction id showed in google pay is showing invalid. Just confirm if my payment is forwarded to SAE India and if not give me the refunds....

Our firm name is himadri aquatics and we are using their payumoney as our payment gateway. But during the last October they hold our settlement of about 40k amount and it is not refunded till date we already submitted all the necessary information as per their request. After that they said us to wait for 7 months . Last month we enquiries about the settlement they say the same things again and again. Actualy they are not willing...

I am sachin pethare started using payumoney for almost 1 month. I know you all are busy so I will make it as short as possible.

So all my payments are showing "Settlement in progress - after 72hours your payment will transfer to your bank account" But I am pretty sure it's almost been a week and I didn't get my money. I have also raised tickets for multiple times, got response from you but you didn't help...

I bought pubg mobile uc today by paying on payu 110rs ammount it showed it successfull but when i checked my pubg account I didn’t got any uc pls look after it...

I have ordered boat xtend from boat official website and it was successfully ordered but after one day it have been cancelled automatically . They have send gmail through payu that the refund is successful and money has been transferred to your account but I have not got any refund in my bank account plz I need my money asap...

Sir I have started playing free fire. I wanted to do topup. I did topup in payu website. The topup amount is 40 rupees. My diamond has not received....

Around 25 transactions of my sales they have settled smoothly. From 5th July 2021 onward they are holding the amount for all transactions. Now only my small business has started picking up.
There is not even a single contact number available.
Also the 24*7 Chat is an automated system, where we cannot raise any of our grievances....
