In Sect. no 10 of BHOSARI PRADHIKARAN SLUMS called khande wasti has increased by 3 to 4 times in last 2 years. These all are unauthorised slums who are taking all the benifits of PCMC like Electrical connection, Water connection etc. They have taken more than 50 illigle water connection from water supplying line. The area also has been so unhygenic due to these peoples. One can found all illigle (like robery) activities but we dont know why PCMC or PRADHIKARAN is not taking action.

There has been lot of problem for commuters to travel by Auto anywhere in PCMC area from PMC to PCMC since many years. There has been many complaints against this. But unfortunately, no complaints from the residentc of PCMC region has been addressed. The AUTORIKSHAW drivers straight forward denies to ply on meter and charge exhorbitantly. For example if you are travelling from Wakad to Pune station , if you are single travelling by auto then Rs. 400 minimum they quote for. Also, if you are two the amount jumps to minimum 500 if there is an urgent requirement. And They call it a genuine fair.

Their mentality shows as every one else in the city has a money tree to pay whatever they want. There has not been any communication people asking for the concerned authority's detail to lodge a complaint to whether it should be the concerned RTO or Municipality. The RTO in PCMC area is sleeping with this known bug issue which is making living in PCMC horrible.

I expect the concerned RTO/Municipality and governing bodies to look into the matter on priority.

I would like raise my concern regarding safety of citizens on the Wakad road (or Aundh –Hinjewadi Road). Every alternate day one person is dying on this death road. In last 2 weeks, almost 15 people have died on this road. The road is so big but there are no dividers, no speed brakers, no traffic signals. What is PCMC waiting for? How many more lives you want to waste because of this road? Yesterday afternoon, there was one accident in Manakar Chowk where one person died and other was seriously injured.
I would request concerned authorities to place the dividers on the Aundh – Hinjewadi road, speed brakers and at least 2 signals near the Smashan Bhumi and the Manakar Chowk to save future lives? Thanks.

I have purchased a flat in Ganesh Vishwa, PCNDTA Ravet PCMC. Builder Veddant Builders. Builder is delaying in possession since last 6 months. Construction work is really very slow. Even no one is responsible for the scheme, they now even dont have an office at the site. Also, more than 80% of the disbursement has been claimed by the builder to the banks. What can be done, please suggest.

The builder haven't followed any of his commitments till date with me so I would suggest people to be more careful while dealing with Veddant Builders, PCNDTA Ravet PCMC. Take every commitment from him in written and duly signed.

Please suggest what can be done in order to get the possession asap.

I regularly pay my LIc bills through Billdesk Online portal. So PCMC branch collects the payment and should generate the receipt and send to the customer.
But Idont receive regular receipts for all my policies from PCMC branch.
And I urgently require 1 receipt for the policy No.[protected]

I have bought a Illinois Bedroom Set. The delivery was made on 10th and mirror of the dressing table was broken. One of the guys from House full furniture came and took the mirror and promised to replace it in 2 days. After that no one from Housefull furniture turned up. I have been calling them since then but they are rejecting my phone.

I had purchased bsnl data card from bsnl office mominpur from Rs 2912/ but i am not able to use this card since it is not catching properly in my area with bill amount Rs 221 rental. I have not used this services at all. since I don't get any bill for the same suddenly i found one bill of Rs 4530 writing from date 01 jan 2011 to 31 jan 2011 Rs 221 + 10 late fees and total Rs 4530. Today I informed them when i saw bill. they are saying you have to pay your total bill and filled up surrender form then only you can stop your bill other wise you will continue increasing bill RS 221 + 10 rs late fees for whole life.
i don't understand when they didn't recieve any payment for their bill for phone number for data card [protected]. They should stop their services after checking for two or three months. Is that true to generate false billing for no services rendered for particular thing and threatening now for court case and continue generating bill even if complaining today to 24099304 by telphone no 25223178 by me today at 3 pm. on 15th march 2011.

I would like to complain against PCMC and D ward
I had filed a complaint against an unauthorized construction taking place just next to my house on 04/02/2011

I got an answer that we have given notice to the person who is building the construction and we have to wait for 1 month for taking any action

1 month has passed and still no action Thus I had to take this up with you

I am Nitin Kale stays in Pimple Saudagar , Pune.I want to place an complaint about road maintance going on the road developement from last six months. This road comes under PCMC i.e. Pimpri-chinchwad munciple corporation which itself is the quite richest among Maharashtra state munciple corporations. During this road maintnance it becomes very dusty and not a single person can breath during this time.The quality of the road is also very bad.This can lead to bad breath or asthama or other kind of medical problems. PCMC is also charging more house tax and other tax as compare to other munciple corporationa and we people are paying this. But the basic aminities we are not getting within time. Apart from that its worst like anything whose quality can measure by anyone. On the one side we common man are paying tax for our basic aminities but not getting those things. I request you to please take necessary action about this as soon as possible.Hope this matter will be taken care soon.

2 Big mouse are dead on road and no one is looking at it. Please send someone to look at this situation.

I am a resident of Pimple Saudagar, and have been staying in since last 2 yrs here.

The Road in Pimple Saudagar and around areas have in very pathatic condition.

Even from road belt from talawade to Nigdi is in too bad condition.

I don't know what is the coorporation doing. We have face a lot of problem what ever vehicle we are in or evern if we are just walking then too.

There should be some sense of responsibility to address things and do their work properly.

Can some one look into this ?

1. The street lights on the approach road of Empire Estate society need to be repaired. None of the street lamps are functioning from the past 5 days.
2. The Empire Estate approach road is in a very bad shape with too many potholes.
3. There are too many dogs in that area which create nuisence and disturbance during night.

I stay in PCMC area of Pune i.e. Pimple Saudagar since June 2009. All the rickshaws in the PCMC area do not go by the meter they charge their own rates and since public have no choice so have to give them what they ask for. All the Auto Rickshaw in pimple Saudagar, if you ask them to go Aundh they will charge between 70-100 Rs but the distance is hardly 5-6 kms. Can't we force they to go by meter. Can't we have the strict law for the same in the PCMC area. Hoping for some positive action on the same.

I am staying in Pune PCMC, Wakad area since last 3 years.
In entire PCMC auto rickshaw run on rates decided by area auto group. They don't run on meters.
For a 2 km distance they are charging 40 Rs. From Wakad Naka to anywhere on Wakad Road, they ask for 40 rs. whereas on meter this shouldn’t cost more than 20 Rs. Why can't PCMC take any action on this and make mandate for meter usage in PCMC area?
PCMC request to consider this.

We live in society Jai Ganesh Vardahastha which is in Pimpri.The adjacent road to society which leads to PCMC (Pimpri Chinchawad Municipal cooperation, Pune) is used by Slum residents for their toilet and the roads condition because of which is really smelly and filthy. Despite complaining to PCMC about it they are not taking any steps to stop this. Society residents are getting various diseases due to this.Pls take urgent action to close the road and stop the disease.

I have purchased a " Pauline wall unit maple -015, Qty. 1 No. from M/s. House Full International Ltd, Pune -PCMC on 04.07.09, were delivery date as per invoice was 18.07.09.
Delivery of product was made after delay of 3 days ( 21.07.09) & on next day when Carpenter / Fitter came to assembly, he observed that wrong part were delivered & hence not able to assemble it.
The carpenter / Fitter promised that he will inform to the agency ( House Full..) & it will be replaced with correct part within 02 days. But no body turns up.
On 25.07.09, i have contacted the agency ( House Full..) with Mr. Pratap & made aware of the same, and it was promised to me that your problem will be resolved within 02 days.But no body turns up.
Till today 28.07.09, still defective part is not replaced & corrected from the M/s. House Full International Ltd, Pune-PCMC. Other details:- Invoice No. 101/7587, Inv. Dt. 04.07.09, Delivery Dt ( Inv):-18.07.09, Booking No. [protected], HDC No. 1008/2009/1556, Mode of Payment : Credit Card, Name of CA-Khajasab B. Waghmare.

This is not a complaint since you are not supposed to handle it. This is nice Article you have given for awareness of people. You can ignore the following mail if you are free not to read my concerns.
I leave in area chikhali pradhikaran my baby was born on 21st March 2009 and I had applied for birth certificate on 5th May 2009 at Talera Hosptial. The date given as 16th May 2009 to collect the certificate. As a responsible citizen i was on time but they excused me by saying the certificate has yet to return from PCMC. Day after day gone I have visited 6 times to Talera hospital for the same on 6th visit they had given their register no for PCMC to me. When I visited PCMC and what I see they have mistakenly printed Birthday as 31st March 2009. When I inquired about this as a government offical first time they refused to answer me I beg them then the officer said it might be fault from Talera hosital side. Then I again visited Talera hospital the officer showed me the record he has registered and found no fault from Talera hospital side. I asked the officer Can you give me photocopy as a proof he simply refused to me on the back of slip he has given his no and asked me to go again to PCMC and call him from there.

Now I am very much frustrate . On one side PCMC has new and hoardings that they will be giving Birth Certificate within 28 days and see how a common man get suffer because of their due negligence.
I am not complaining about birth date mistake. It is human error it may happen.
I have complaint about their way of taking and negligence towards their duty. one simple example if your mobile phone is dead and if the service provider do not immediately start it you will scold the call center guy, even his manager rudely. To whom shall we do like this in this department.
My concern is how many such people are there in city facing this problem. As an responsible Editor you can ask such officer for whom our government is giving such facilities with no valuable output from it.

You can simply ignore this feedback if you are not in the condition to ask such a question to officers.

I had applied for PAN CARD in 21/07/08 since i have not recevied my PAN CARD. My application form 49A SR.No is[protected] Dated 21/07/08 my processing fee coupon number is[protected].I request you to look after my complaint & let me get my PAN CARD as earlier as possible as it is required for my offical work.

I have purchased a postdated Reliance Internet Service (PCMCIA Card) on 22 Oct 08. After initially installed the pgme, the services was available upto 30 Oct 08. Since 30 Oct 08 the internet connection is not connected. several complaint send through SMS and voice call but no action has been taken.
