On my purchase dated 25.07.2020 at peter england showroom at ghs road, mangalore, karnataka two trousers were given for length alteration and asked me to collect the same on the next day. After alteration i took the same to home and when i tried at home they have done the alteration with wrong measurement and the trouser length was falling short. Again i went to the the showroom next day and found that they have done the alteration with wrong measurement. They told they will repair it and give immediately. I don't know what they have done, my trousers is still falling short of length and i am so disappointing and my money gone in vain. Looking forward the company will provide me a solution for the same issue.
Till now my order is at processing state.
It takes maximum 7 working day to dilevered the product at my pin code as mentioned by peter england.I have put so many of mail regarding delay in my order . Then also i am only getting case no.Costumer care even neither replying of my qweries nor calling back.
I have put so many of mails till now i didnt get any back call from your side. If the product are not available you can refund my money.
