I purchased a jeans jacket at 50 % discount offer on[protected] but the jeans jacket is old clothes & damaged given by store manager.. so I request him to give exchange for it on next day[protected] but he doesn't accepting to it ..
So Kindly take action on him for exchange dress.

I had ordered a jacket on their official website and even paid for it online as there was no cash on delivery option. Now after four days there is no details of my order, if I try to track my order it shows error. If I try contact them through their mail they are least bothered to respond to their customers. Such a top brand and so irresponsible behaviour from their side to customers. I don't know when they will deliver the product or even deliver it at all. I mailed them to cancel my order and refund my money they are not even responding to that. I feel they purposefully disabled cash on delivery option so that they could collect money from people prior to delivery and then just cheat them. They don't even have a customer care or helpline number, only thing they have is an email which they don't open at all. A strict action should be taken against these type of people who are cheating in the name of online marketing

I make an order from Peter England site.that time my payment was showing successful.but later they cancelled my order and promised to give my money back within 3 business days . But it has been 7 days no money is credited in my bank account . Whenever I email them, they just reply me with a case number saying that their executive will contact me soon . but no-one contact me till now.I am totally confused and hurted with their services . please give my money back.

I have been shopping regulatory with Peter England but their service is not at all up to mark. Last time, I got a coupon to avail free mask pack and when I went to redeem the manager told the code has some issue so it's not working for many and he told he himself will call me once it's working. But even after few days I didn't get any call. Then, I again went to the store to check and then they are telling now stock isn't there. Finally I recently once went for purchase and again enquired about the mask, and they are like now the coupon has expired so we can't give. This is really very poor service. Seriously, I will think twice before visiting again.

Amount of ₹1350/- has been debited from my account but my order is still pending and unsuccessful.

I have purchased a shirt from showroom..Light blue ( Nuvo Fit) from kamote location showroom ..
But after 1 wash the shirt have started showing round balls thread at the bottom..
Request to share the process for returning and replace the product

I got text message from peter england "Peter England celebrates India's Gold Medal at the Olympics! Avail special Rs 300 OF[censored]sing code OLYMPIC at Peter England Tirupattur store. Valid till 13AUG. TC. -Peter England"
I took a product 699 of T shirt . but the manager informed to staff only this code using for above 2000 rupee purchase . i already use other offer code by 300 offer discount from 999 rupee shirts. I paid 700 for that product long back ago. Now they telling lies like that even manager.

I returned an item on 18th May 2021(Return ID : 3912132). As per the return policy the refund amount should be received within 2-5 days. Till now I didn't received any refund amount. It's been 2 months I requested for refund amount through email's to the Peter England customer support. But they didn't find the solution yet. Kindly take an action for the same.

A payment of Rs 1, 575 /- was made via internet banking on 02/07/2021 (Ref no : [protected]IGALKZBSU8) towards my order no 4746095 for apparell via the Peter England official website. .
However the order has not been placed, and the money has not been refunded .
Despite mailing the team for 5 times, no satisfactory remedial action has been taken

I order 3 products (shirt, jeans and belt) but I received only 2 items. I did whole payment at one time then why I didn't get all three items at same time? Even though, when I track order now it's showing me cancelled how can it possible? Without my permission how can you cancel it? Also, you didn't give me my money back? How poor service you providing to your customer ! It's been 4 days I'm trying to reach out but I didn't get response from your customer service? Seriously I'm not gonna buy any products from you also I won't recommend to anyone. Such a poor service.

My money Got Deducted But Order not Successfully Placed Still They Are not refunding My Amount 4130/- 6 Days Complete. I mails Them time Still Not Any Confirmation From them

I have ordered a trouser on February 17 th, but till now I have not yet received delivery and a message about that, please give a reply about that, cancel my order and refund my money or else send me the order

I placed order of 5 items to Peter England under order no. 4648952 and 4 items are delivered to me in 3 shipments. But inside the 3rd shipment I didn't receive all my items (Blue and Black pack of two briefs is missing). Please find attached screenshot.

In the AWB no.[protected], three items supposed to be delivered but I received only two. I confirmed with the delivery man also and he said there is no other parcel for me.
But in my mail and message it's showing that under AWB no.[protected], three items are delivered.

Please explain the reason for this and update me the actual status of my undelivered item (pair of brief).
Also please tell me till which date I will receive my undelivered item.

If I need to talk to someone specific or email someone please let me know the person details or group details. This process needs to be expedite.
