On 22/03/2021, at 15:40:52, a black formal shirt was order from the website of Peter england bearing the order no. 4436624 amounting to Rs. 1035. The same was delivered on 29th March. However, the piece was of low quality as well as defected at the back near the shoulder line and subsequently, a return was placed for the same. On 30th March, the defected piece was picked up by the rider ([protected] PIN 6832). However, the consumer was not notified of the item that was picked up. Post 10 days, there is absolutely no update on the refund and also no contact no. to get any update about the same except for the fact that the status shows as "refund initiated" and nothing more than that.
