I bought a pant from Peter England website (order number:4138413) on 8th January, 2021. I wanted to return it because of size issue as there is a no questions asked return policy for 30 days. Time is going on but no one came to pickup the return. So I raised the complaint by sending them a mail and they responded by raising a complaint ticket (CAS-140991-H2C6F1) and saying customer care will contact you. But they neither contacted me nor someone came to pickup the return. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

They responded by saying we will create a return but they never created it and not responding and there was never a followup. I think it is a borderline scam. Please look into this as soon as possible.

    The return window of peter england shows a query to select the RETURN TYPE. But NO OPTIONS ARE DISPLAYED to select from. Without selecting the option the return cannot be submitted. But there is no way to select any option or input any option. There is something wrong with the return window. Have already sent more than 20 emails but no solutions are provided yet.

    I Ordered A shirt in Peter England online. order ID is 6705034 . It's not fitted in size. I want to return but, there is no return option. How can I return this product? I mailed it. Pls resolve the problem.

      As I have complained before for the delay in delivery but no response from them and giving me fake delievered message, I ordered a shirt on[protected] and it was estimated to reach me on[protected] but it is well above that and till now the product didn't reach me, I even raise the query against it, and they are not giving me call back and. I don't need the shirt anymore I just want my money to be refunded. Do something fast its been two months or I have to fake a harsh step against you

        I bought a Shirt from Peter England on 3rd January 2021 with order number 4117283. But the size was too small. So I want to place a return request as per your return policy. But unfortunately your site is not working properly. Even after sending mails with the image of the problematic window it is really sad that PE did not take any action.
        The return window shows a query to select "preferred mode of return" but no options are displaying to select from. So I am unable to return the product. Please enable that option.
        P.S.The product is eligible for return.

                I have sent that to someone as gift.
                The packing and the box provided against the tie is disappointing.

There after I talk to transport service E-Com Express, and told him this parcel is cancelled and return to it on date 25 November 2020, E Com Tracking I'd is- [protected].i talk to E- com Express then told me parcel is returned to him on date 10 December and Diliverd on timely, Return Tracking I'd is [protected] on transport to E Com Express. I have registered Peter England for 8 times but no response comes, No amount refund has been received from Pater England since 23 November 2020.

                    Hi, I have placed an order from peter england official website the product is a black two piece suit but the size does not fit me hence i want to return the product under 30 days returns policy but there is no option showing to me for returning the product. I have emailed and addresses the issue to customer care [protected]@peterengland.com but no response received from them.

                      I ordered two trunks on 25 nov. On 29 nov i received one trunk. but till now i does not received my second trunk. i contact u via mail & i also file a complain regarding this but no action taken by your side till now, i already paid for that trunk also, kindly refund my amount and cancel my order.

                                  I refunded my item on 23 nov 2020, and even after 23 days I haven't got my refund, they replied to my mail to wait for 3-4 days, but still I haven't got my refund.

                                        Worst is very tiniest word for Peter England customer support.
                                        I return my jeans order on 16th nov that is worth of Rs882 and its picked up in 17nov and then i mail you regarding my rufund I got reply on my fourth mail that my refund was issue in 2-3 days and that email was on 27nov.
                                        Then i wait for more then 2-3 days..
                                        And after that I again mail you 2 times and till now its been more than more than 25 days i haven't received my refund..
                                        I am attaching photo of my account for your reference.. And you can see that I haven't received my refund..
                                        Every time I mail them the just register my complained but no reply and neither solving it
                                        Is there anyone who tell me what should I do plzz reply me
